The Aurora Pokemon has been successful so far, felling even last season's Champion by exploiting the fiery Wiseman's crippling water weakness. While the fantastically ancient Rose's weaknesses are no so easily exploited, Suicune does have a decisive advantage. Despite her mind-numbing longevity, Rose is not particularly resiliant, and Suicune's punishing Hydro Pump will assuredly incapacitate her in a blow or two. Suicune is additionally ever so slightly faster, allowing the legendary beast to get the drop on Rose and take her down before her decisive Dragoon spells can come into play. A fast and furious battle, befitting the semifinals, and one in which Suicune holds all the cards.
