Level is 40.

Stuff like "1.5x per second" next to attack is the rate of the attack if spammed.
Every character has the same starting HP and HP growths, but some have access to more HP Ups than others (The mains get the ones from Wind's quests, and the sisters miss the one in the stairway to Drac since their game stops at Brauner)

Nest of Evil stuff isn't allowed in general. Otherwise, everything that's unique, storebought or gotten from enemy drops is.

Arguably only the two mains should be considered for the averages, so there will be averages with everyone and with only them.

Damage tests done against mud golems. Average resistances and average-ish defenses - Marry me mud golems.

About elements, Castlevanias are a special case.
74 enemies out of 129 (And 8 bosses out of 26) are weak to the whip element.
71 (And 9 bosses) are weak to fire.
57 (And 16 bosses) are weak to piercing damage.
69 (and 10 bosses) are weak to holy, and about the same are srong to dark.
You could cut those elements some slack in the DL, I guess. Vampire Killer is whip/holy, and is much better than the numbers suggest in game as such.

Stats:
HP: -
MP: -
Attack: 2 attack points = 1 point more physical damage dealt.
Defense: 2 defense points = 1 point less physical damage received.
Int: Affects spell damage. How much Intelligence is factored in depends on the spell.
Mnd: 2 mind points = 1 point less magical damage received.
Luck: Affects status resistance, perhaps.
I completely threw constitution and strength out of the topic since they couldn't matter less.

Elements:

Bible: 47 per hit, holy. The Bible floats around and hits average size people around 5 times over 4 seconds. 22 MPs.
Javelin: 47, piercing. Just throws a javelin. 1.5x per second. 25 MPs.
Ricochet Rock: 62 per hit, piercing. Throws two rock that bounce around the room. In an arena, uh... It only hits twice. 1.5x per second. 22 MPs.
Boomerang: 62 per hit, piercing. Throws some boomerang. Should only hit once. 1.5x per second. 28 MPs.
Bwaka Knife: 34 per hit, piercing. THrows some... circular knife that hits human size targets two times. 1.5x per second. 22 MPs.
Shuriken: 47 per hit, piercing. Throws four shurikens on the ground. 1.5x per second on paper, but they can't be used in a row for the same reason as the cross. 20 MPs.
Yagyu Shuriken: 62, piercing. Throws one shuriken forward, hits human size targets two times. 1.5x per second. 24 MPs.
Discus: 55 per hit, piercing. 2... bladed things... Would take too long to explain. It hits three times. 1.5x per second, but only two discs can be on screen at the same time, meaning he has to use a physical every two crosses. 32 MPs.
Kunimitsu: 68, piercing. Throws four knives forward, but all of them together only hit once. 1.5x per second. 24 MPs.
Kunai: 34, piercing. Throws 5 knives in different directions forward. 1.5x per second on paper, but they can't be used in a row. Obviously more hits get in the closer you are to the enemy. 20 MPs.
Paper Airplane: 34, piercing. It... Yeah. 1.5x per second. 3 MPs.
Cream Pie: 34, blunt + dark. Throws a pie for psychological damage. Massively stylish. 1.5x per second. 3 MPs.
Crossbow: 110, fire. It's like a gun in DoS. Hits once. 1.5x per second. 24 MPs.
Dart: 19 per hit, piercing. Only one hit normally. Way more if the dart hits the center of the target, but still not noteworthy enough in the DL. 1.5x per second. 3 MPs.
Grenade: 62, fire. Throws a grenade that explodes after one second. Hits once. 1.5x per second. 28 MPs.
Steel Ball: 105, blunt. Throws some steel ball at very close range. Should only hit once. 1.5x per second. 30 MPs.
Stonewall: Raises his defenses massively, but makes him unable to act. 24 MPs.
Offensive form: +8 attack, so +4 damage. Lasts 30 seconds. 25 MPs.
Defensive form: +8 defense, so -4 damage taken. Lasts 30 seconds. 25 MPs.
Taunt: Draws enemy attention to you! 10 MPs.
Wrecking Ball: 77, blunt. SHOWTIME! It's just like the hammer throwing olympic game, without the throwing. Hits 2.5x per second an average size target. 25 MPs.
Rampage: 41, blunt. Hits 4 times, very close range. Horrible in game, not worth talking about it. 20 MPs.
Knee Strike: 100, blunt. Remember Double Dragon 2? Yeah. 1.5x per second. 20 MPs.
Aura Blast: 68, holy. Releases a wave of energy around him, hits once. 1.5x per second. 40 MPs.
Rocket Slash: 77, piercing. Moves through a short distance at high speed, damaging everything in the area. 1x per second. 40 MPs.

Notes about Charlotte's spells:
CT = Charge time.
Every spell has two charge phases. The first one is often near instant. If Charlotte stops charging after the first charging phase is over, the spell will be at half effectiveness. The second phase has a fixed time of around 0.75 seconds, and give the spells full power.
The CT indicated here is with fully powered spells unless fully powering them brings nothing though. (See: Toad Morph) Fully powering them up is often worth it as after charging a spell Charlotte takes one second casting it before being able to move again.
Even after being able to move she can't use a spell until the other is finished (and so is forced to physical), which takes no time for lightning spells, 1 second for the fast spells, and a bit more than 2 seconds for the slow spells like Hex.
If she's attacked during the charge, the spell is cancelled.
Her status up spells last for one minute, which is forever in a duel.

Tome of Arms X physical: 55. 1.5x per second.
Tome of Arms 3 physical: 62. 1.5x per second.

I'll list everything, but her best damage options are:
Hex + 3 physicals: 1110, 4 seconds total time
Salamander + 8 physicals: 1744, 9 seconds total time

- Toad Morph: Turns herself into a frog and turns her frog self back into herself. Watch out Cait. 1/4 second CT. 10 MPs
- Owl Morph: Same, except it turns her into an owl. 1/4 second CT. 10 MPs
- Sanctuary: Cures status ailments, and turns the undead back to normal. 5 seconds CT. 80 MPs
- Speed Up: Cast instantly, it gives her Richter level speed. Cast fully, double that. Touching an enemy under that spell does 46 damage. 1 second CT. 20 MPs
- Berserker: Makes her spam her physical at double damage without moving. 1 second CT. 20 MPs
- Eye for an eye: Automatically damage any enemy that attacks her with a short range physical. The damage done largely seems to depend on the overall strength of the monster, it deals aroud 134 damage to Mudmen and less than 50 to Drac. 1 second CT. 15 MPs
- Clear Skies: Makes the area around her block every ranged attack. 1 second CT. 15 MPs
- Time Stop: Stops time for 11 seconds (inculding the 1 second casting time). 1 second Charge Time. Doesn't work on bosses and on some randoms. In the DL, I'd say full status immunity > it. Unequipping it cancels the spell, so she can only use it with physicals. 975 damage all in all. 50 MPs
- Heal: Heals 100 HPs. 2 seconds CT. 200 MPs
- Cure Poison: Cures poison. Your descriptions are always so helful Fenrir why thank you. 1 second CT. 10 MPs
- Cures Curse: Cures curse. 1 second CT. 10 MPs
- STR/CON/INT/MND boosts: Raises attack/defense/intelligence/mind by 30 points. 1 second CT. 10 MPs
- LCK boost: Raises luck by 60 points. 1 second CT. 10 MPs
- ALL boost: Raises all stats by 15 points. 1.5 second CT. 30 MPs
- Rock Riot: 104 per rock, blunt. 1 second CT. Six rocks fall on the enemy at very short range. There's a good chance the target will have moved on before getting hit 6 times though. 20 MPs
- Gale Force: 144, piercing. 1 second CT. A boomerang like attacks that covers all the screen but should only hit one enemy once. 20 MPs
- Raging Fire: 86 per hit, fire. 1 second CT. Usual fire flame thing, good range. Hits twice. 20 MPs
- Ice Fang: 182, ice. 1 second CT. Some ice fang goes slowly through the whole screen. Should only hit once in a human duel. 20 MPs
- Thunderbolt: 202, thunder. 1 second CT. Pretty much impossible to avoid, hits one time only. 20 MPs
- Spirit of Light: 144, holy. 1 second CT. Pretty much impossible to avoid, hits one time only. 20 MPs
- Dark Rift: 66 per hit, dark. 1 second CT. Creates a dark rift that constantly damages everything around it for about 20 seconds. 1.5x rate per second. This stuff owns Zeon. 20 MPs
- Tempest: 104 per hit, piercing. 1 second CT. Creates a tempest that constantly damages everything around it for aboud 4 seconds. 1.5x rate per second. 30 MPs
- Stone Circle: 66, blunt. 1 second CT. Creates a shield made of rocks around Charlotte that lasts 30 seconds. Hits people who use short range physicals skills on her once I suppose. 30 MPs
- Ice Needle: 66 per needle, ice. 1 second CT. Creates 8 needles that hover for a while around Charlotte then are thrown in front of Charlotte. 30 MPs
- Explosion: 182, fire. 1 second CT. Couldn't be simpler, attacks an enemy automatically, and hits only once. 30 MPs
- Chain Lightning: 202, thunder. 1 second CT. Impossible to avoid, hits one time. 30 MPs
- Piercing Beam: 104 per hit, holy. 1 second CT. Hits stuff directly in front of Charlotte twice. 30 MPs
- Nightmare: 86, dark. 1 second CT. A giant slow ball that should hit twice in front of Charlotte. 30 MPs
- Summon Medusa: 66, dark + petrify. 1 second CT. Hits everything in its direction once. The status never seems to work on monsters with average resistances and is 100% to monsters weak against it. 25 MPs
- Acidic Bubbles: 66 per hit, blunt + poison. 1 second CT. Throws 9 bubbles directly in front of her rapidly in a slightly varying direction, so it's more effective at close range. I'd say only one or two hits don't get in in the DL. Poison also isn't accurate. 25 MPs
- Hex: 66 per hit, dark + curse. 1 second CT. Hits stuff directly in front of Charlotte at long range rapidly 14 times. Where did this godly spell come from? The curse status is innacurate. 25 MPs
- Salamander: 104 per hit, fire. 2 seconds CT. Fire dragon that homes in at the enemy and hits 12 times over 6 seconds. 120 MPs
- Cocytus (aftergame ability): 104 per hit, ice. 2 seconds CT. Hits stuff in front of her 10 times over 2 seconds, hard to avoid. 120 MPs
- Thor's Bellow (aftergame ability): 144 per hit, thunder. 2 seconds CT. Hits the enemy automatically 5 times over 4 seconds. 120 MPs
- Summon Crow: 46 per hit, piercing. 1 second CT. Summons 4 crows who each home in at the enemy every 5 seconds, alsts 1 minute. Would be good if it didn't fully prevent her from using other spells. 40 MPs
- Summon Ghost: 46 per hit, dark. 1 second CT. Summons 2 ghosts who home in at the enemy alternatively every 5 seconds, lasts 1 minute. Each ghost attack hits the enemy a multiple number of times, depending on its size. ~Twice for humans. 40 MPs
- Summon Skeleton: 104 per hit, blunt. 1 second CT. Summons 4 skeletons who each throw a bone like a Castlevania main throws an axe and disappear imediatly. 20 MPs
- Summon Gunman: 124, piercing. 1 second CT. Summons 4 gunmen who shoot in front of Charlotte and disappear. 20 MPs
- Summon Frog: 66, ice. 1 second CT. Last but not least, summons 6 frogs who... just slowly walk around disappear after five seconds. 20 MPs

Holy Cross: 71, holy. ~120 MPs. Hits around 8 times against a normal size human, more against big guys. Lasts 4 seconds, but completely invincible during the charging/casting.

Fire Bird: 94 per hit, Fire. Throws two red birds in the air in opposite directions. Hits 1-2 times. 3x per second. ~20 MPs
Thundercat: 74 per hit, Electricity. Throws a cat that runs on the floor, similar to Richter's Holy Water. Hits around 3 times. 3x per second. ~20 MPs
Turtle: Raises her defenses massively, but makes her unable to act. ~20 MPs

Axe to the face (Up): 88, piercing. Hits ~8 times per second. Very short range + can't move around when using it, but it works in game.
Puppet: Throws a puppet and teleports where it lands.

Just thought I'd do some of the boss forms for some of the characters along with Death maybe?

Damage against Jonathan/Damage against Charlotte


Stella 1
Note: I did this before Nation of Fools, but she can be fought after. I stumbled upon her before the Nation's portrait though, so that's what I have stats for. Also note that due to a certain armor I had her wearing, in this fight Charlotte has almost twice Jonathan's defense, and over three times his mind. Thus, the damage against her should be higher.

Crescent Moon: Spends about two turns creating four crescents that, after she's done, will one-by-one fly at you for 24/18 damage each turn. Note that after making the crescents, she can do her own stuff each turn too. (Unlocked at 50% HP?)

Red Mini-Scythe: 21/12, sometimes two hits per scythe, works same as Mini-Scythe, and can be in effect at the same time. (Slash and maybe dark or something else?)
Spinning Scythe: 73/77 (Slash and maybe dark?)
Color shift: Becomes immune to magic, but weak to physicals and vulnerable to sub-weapons. Can use to change back to normal also.
Hold down and slash: 264/264, binds target for about 6 seconds, but Death spends that time doing the attack anyway. Damage may always be 264? (Slash and maybe dark?)

Comments: Holy Water 2HKOs at best, and he takes forever to take down. Very fast too. Probably better than his PoR PC form, but not as good as his SotN PC form? This is the form to use for a slug-fest though. High Heavy perhaps?
