More Bartz/Ex-death stuff! One shot of him in EX-mode even which is a fusion of Neo and Tree (...no, I'm not sure how that's suppose to work, especially since it just looks like a large tree with a suit of armor...)

Bartz is apparently a Mime; you can see him using Squall's Gunblade, Zidane's Mage Mashers/Ogre, and Cloud's Buster Sword in these shots; also mimics Onion Knight's Flare. If someone who knows Japanese could actually clarify this, that would be nice <_<

Some shots of the game's summons; Carbuncle, Ifrit and Cactuar confirmed so far in this, Trailer confirms Typhon's in it as well (someone who knows Japanese: Is that 50 above them in reference to how many summons there are? If so...uh, wow, they're going all out!)

And finally, an in game shot of Cosmos; nice to know what she finally looks like or something.

Sounds awesome and from what Japanese I know, seems accurate. On the third page in the bottom picture, for example, Bartz is saying how 'That looks fun' and the caption next to it mentions 'something Bartz can do from Exdeath'. The second page also keeps talking about the Customize system where a character (maybe only Bartz, I wasn't clear enough on that) can 'Level Up' during battle - and the play gets to customize how they level up.

If this is only in reference to Bartz (again, not sure), I think it could mean that when he 'levels up', he would get to select another character's upgrade (Megaman-style?). But I think it's more likely that they were describing a universal battle system feature. Again, Niu or TranceHime would be more help. My kanji abilities are... limited.

Which is why I can't answer your question about the number of Summons either... the kanji next to '50' is unknown to me.

Let's see, Butz does fighs with miming, and he can customize the moves too. Exdeath is a guard counter type of fighter.
And yeah, there is around 50 summons, but summon mostly effects your brave ratehr than doing damage.
And Cosmos, apparently Chaos beat her up, and she is calling in all the main characters for help.

...Avatar Kingdom? Based on...what I can figure out...its like Kingdom Hearts Meets Tetris Meets Really Weird Art Style I can't Place My Finger Where I've Seen That before...

...yeah, "Milking" is about the best way to describe that <.<

Seems they made some modifications to Terra's face. Its not just a poor quality scan; compare some of the details there to my avatar, and you'll see what I mean.

Also, second shot is a close up of Terra's EX Form; finally we get an idea of what her Esper form was actually suppose to look like in non 2D or Amano form <.<

Was there some indication in FF6 that Kefka isn't 100% human?

They don't really talk about sentient races much in FF6 apart from Humans, Espers, and Moogles. I guess Umaro and Lone Wolf could be an indication that there are other FF6 races we're not really aware of...

Those are her two Amano art shots. Make of them as you will. I think there's a chibified one of her in Esper form (entire FF6 cast has amano art of them chibified...not sure why <_<), but it looks like Gau howling at the moon in the distance or something, and doesn't really show much.

Also, FF6 Anthologies added this as a dummied portrait...which FF6a decided to actually use in game cause text boxes actually showed character portraits there...

No, no there was not. Kefka is 100% normal human, just gained the Magitek Infusions, and being the first one, the experiment was flawed so he went mad. The ears are probably just there for artistic style, to make him look even less normal, and adds to the psychotic aspect.

Grant is now Voldo, Sypha is a lolimagegirl now (instead of a White Mage lookalike), Cornell is MECHA WEREWOLF, and Carmilla is a Nomura Mummy...

...well, at least one of those four designs is fairly awesome, the other three...I'd rather not comment, since I don't think words can justify...

Terra and Kefka related Famitsu scans. Finally we see Terra's IN GAME MODEL and such, as well as BOTH character's EX Forms.

Fun to note that unlike FF6 Anthologies, they actually paid attention to detail on Kefka's form, in that they actually gave him the bat wings (original sprite had a large Angel wing, and a smaller bat wing, but its hard to tell if that was smaller cause it was distant (eg its the further wing), or if it was actually smaller and sitting below...seems they went for the latter))

Complete with arbitrary stuff. Things to note offhand are new summons revealed are Valvalis, Leviathan, and Bomb (so we can expect Rubicant, Milon, and Cagnazzo...don't expect the FF1 Fiends, they're already referenced in Shrine of Chaos), FINALLY decent shots of Garland and WoL's EX form (I mean, its not like those two were among the first character's revealed!)

Apparently, FF4/5/6 will be downloadable on the PSP in the future.

Data Install apparently lets you install the game onto your mem stick to some degree, which allows the game to load faster.

Though, not a bad thing, this guarantee good quality on game mechanics and difficulty.
BTW, the character artist this time is actually the author of Yazakura Quartet. While Kaneko is in charge of the total game design. Kaneko claims that this game is going to be a traditional SMT game.
And from all the hints here, I smell something to do with SMT3....

Yozakura Quartet, eh? Also: Interesting at everything that you've mentioned. I'm not in total shock about this, but it's still something worth looking forward to, in a way, I guess. SMT3MCE also came out.

Kaneko is most certainly planning some crazy things for the traditional SMTs. Kuzunoha Raidou vs. Abaddon king already proves this. Lucifer clearly is trying to eliminate SMT1's flow of history while showing a preference on SMT3's history, and he goes so far to drag Raidou in. There are also few occasions you can tell that YHWH isn't doing nothing either. I think no doubt that Kaneko is trying to set up another Armageddon in the traditional SMT style.
