Sephiroth's probably just donning the one wing. Some people speculate his sword will start glowing too based off the EX Burst shot, though thinking that's just a reflection effect given all the flashiness of a burst.
Some people are whining about how its not Safer Sephiroth or something, which is just kind of "..." inducing since you'd think "Sephiroth with one wing" is obviously meant to be a reference to that <_<
Cloud...uh...no clue! While I know its not likely happening, I want to see him arbitrarily pull a Motorcycle out of nowhere; hey, it beats "lol ultimate weapon" that Squall *AND* Tidus are already doing (and...both are kind of referencing their home games through it as well, something Cloud wouldn't be; Squall's case, its the whole "FF8 Characters don't change weapons, they just upgrade old ones!" aspect, and FF10, feels like a knock at "They pull weapons out of their ass...almost literally...when you change equips mid fight" (that, and Tidus casts Hastega on self as well, so weapon change is more just there for an extra visual effect, most likely))
