Ehh, those are some really common voice actors, Niu. You could just as easily say that it's a Gundamfest with Heero, Jesus Yamato, Duo, Athrun, Gato, and Loran.

(Yes, I realize this isn't changing the yaoi point at all, but then the cast lineup pretty much made that a given)

You miss the point. Using common actors is one thing, I can cite a Gundamfest out of so many things. But copy and pasting actors from a single show to another right after the earlier one finished however is a rare practice and likely to attract suspicion. (For example, did you see a show or a game right after Gundam W finished reusing the identical cast of the 5 boys, despite all the fan girl craze and it would be practical to pick on their wallet?) Only products like Angelique would go that far, and those are the ones that milks the fan girls out front.

Eh, that feels mostly coincidental; Soichirou and Midorikawa had pretty small roles in Geass in the big picture, I certainly don't associate them with their CG chars, whereas they've played hordesof popular fangirl bait characters in the past. Sakurai's been playing Cloud in KH and the Complication for a while now, so any Geass association there is pure coincidence, since let's face it, there was no way in hell they could leave Cloud out of this. That really just leaves Fukuyama and Wakamoto, and Wakamoto's been playing this sort of over the top hammy villain for ages. Maybe they got Fukuyama for the Geass tie in with Emperor Wakamoto and Cloudzaku, but then Onion Knight sounds pretty different from Lelouch so it's pretty easy to miss.

Where we see getting OHKOed on ch.1 despite the Bracelete....... Than Tsukasa poping out of nowhere and being unresonabelly emo and every other crap on the book.

Important to note that the lead human seems to be wielding a CHAINSAW in one of the screencaps. I never played FFL2, were chainsaws available in the original game?

Yeah, Chainsaws were available, but they sucked.

But yeah, I'd buy that in English also. FFL2 was the best of the original 3, and still holds up well today.

Eh, I think FFL3 is the best of the original 3, but... it's kind of generic, so I'm really glad they picked FFL2 instead. It's a game that with a bunch of extra polish and stuff could turn out being a notable improvement.

Did I mention polish when talking about a SaGa game? Oops~

Chainsaw was awesome because of its hilarious glitchyness. As I recall, Instead of being ID that worked on targets of N defense and below, it was instead N defense and above (oops!). I remember Chainsawing Venus in half. Good times.
