So happy he almost didn't notice that Yuki and Alfina had skipped his match to watch Emelious lose to Rubicant. Almost didn't notice. He was pretty upset that his friends hadn't even come to the match. It didn't help his mood when a very attractive woman by the name of Red came to console Yangus over his loss while Ulf stood there completely deprived of any companionship whatsoever. Except maybe his dragon but that doesn't really count.
If loneliness is the path to being emo, and emo is as powerful a force as Grandia 3 seems to make it out to be, has Ulf started on the road to Godlike? Only time will tell.
