Godlike

Rupert Dandridge (Wild ARMs XF) vs Xorn (Grandia III): uh... Xorn taps Rupert, takes a hit, and then kills on a double? If he hits Rupert too hard to start with Rupert just OHKOs him and goes on his merry way...
Ted (Suikoden IV) vs X (Mega Man X: Command Mission): Never did finish MMXCM.
Sulphur (Phantom Brave) vs Kefka (Final Fantasy VI): No mercy for the damned. Futurama Godlike is boned.
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon): Can't vote.

Heavy

Freyjadour Falenas (Suikoden V) vs Masaru (Live a Live): Take a single hit? I think he can from what I remember.
Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X): Just assuming he could wall fire here. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series): Won't vote on Zed till I play ACF.

Middle

Blanca (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) vs Katina Tarask (Super Robot Taisen Series): SP...
Thief (Final Fantasy X-2) vs Cinnamon (Mega Man X: Command Mission): Can't vote yet.
Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword): Killer Axe offs him before he moves with a double. Which is a good thing for Dart, as that Res makes Ken's status turn 1.
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest): No thinking.

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon)

Rupert Dandridge (Wild ARMs XF) vs Xorn (Grandia III) - Kneejerk.  Low Xorn respect, though low Rupert HP/speed respect...  Not sure.
Sulphur (Phantom Brave) vs Kefka (Final Fantasy VI) - Bam.
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon) - ITD?  Not sure if it's enough.  Hmm...  Right Break.

Heavy

Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Breaks -> smite?
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series) - I think all of Zed's stuff is evadable.

Middle

Blanca (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) vs Katina Tarask (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Stalls with Invincible and then smites?  Alert's probably enough even.
Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) - Oh, Killer Axe.  I'll buy it.
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - Outwhores.

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon) - Not Magikarp
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics) - I... think she kills fast enough?
Cornet Espoir (Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure) vs Russel Bergman (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Hmm, wonder if Russel can outlast here.  Cake probably OHKOs so Russel is forced to Guard spam... which Cornet responds with physicals until he runs out?  And Russel's damage ain't good.
Purugly (Pokémon) vs Shiki Misaki (The World Ends With You) - I hate you CK.

Ted (Suikoden IV) vs X (Mega Man X: Command Mission)
Sulphur (Phantom Brave) vs Kefka (Final Fantasy VI)- Kefka's got a decent argument here, but I don't think I give either his speed or damage enough credit. And Terminate is horrible death as always.

Middle

Thief (Final Fantasy X-2) vs Cinnamon (Mega Man X: Command Mission)

Light

Mel (Suikoden III)
vs Magikarp (Pokémon)

Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Assuming Zed's stuff isn't normally evadeable,  Zed needs to OHKO before Lat gets a turn to prevent Alert whoring and I'm not sure if he can.  If it is, then Lat just mocks.

Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - Trivial.

Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon) - I also forgot about Break. I'm reaaaaally on the ball today. >_<

Heavy

Freyjadour Falenas (Suikoden V) vs Masaru (Live a Live) - Hmm, would Armlock stop Prince from using his rune? It is on his hand, afterall...

Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X)
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series)

Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon) - Break is a free win.  Even if you give Arceus a res check for some reason, he can't damage Terra particularly well so she'll easily get more chances.

Godlike

Rupert Dandridge (Wild ARMs XF) vs Xorn (Grandia III): Limit bosses trying not to damage each other. Rupert gets his crazy damage out much faster, though, and OHKOs as soon as he's lost so much as 30% of his max HP. Yeouch.
Ted (Suikoden IV) vs X (Mega Man X: Command Mission): Ted faces someone he is faster than, that he OHKOs, and who can't kill him in one turn. And loses. X triggers X Heart, goes Hyper Mode and gets two straight turns due to the speed boost. Build up WE + Nova Strike = death to Ted.
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon): What stops Terra from just winning with Break? Even... if it's turn 2.

Heavy

Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X): Magic Break, Ho-oh instant double, Burns with Sacred Fire. At this point he can just Recover until he wins, pretty easily. EDIT: Two problems with that. Zombie Attack, and Sacred Fire being unable to inflict Burn if its damage is immuned.
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series): Zed didn't have any ITE either.

Middle

Blanca (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) vs Katina Tarask (Super Robot Taisen Series): ALERT SPAM owns Blanca's SP. We then get to see Blanca urinate on a mech, which is amusing but doesn't help him win the fight.

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon): Um.
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics): Gut due to going first and being able to double. Might need to numbercrunch to check, but too lazy. EDIT: BEASTKILLER... wait, doesn't work aganist dragons. <_<

Godlike

Ted (Suikoden IV) vs X (Mega Man X: Command Mission): Yeah, Elfboy summed it up.  Ted goes first (which can be debated since X is fast! But Ted's probably faster anyway), Kills X -> X Heart activates.  X goes, transforms, attacks Ted for some damage, next turn, X unleashes his Command Trigger and butchers Ted.  This might not kill a normal enemy, but...Ted's physical durability is not what we call high.
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon): Yeah, Break wins it.  She can tank two Judgments since its Magical, which means the second one gets halved, and she already had good magic defense to start with.

Heavy

Freyjadour Falenas (Suikoden V) vs Masaru (Live a Live): I'm totally kneejerking this one.
Hollander (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) vs Elincia (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn): Hollander has the same exact issues in Heavy Hojo does, which is to say, he doesn't really win...ever...
Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X): Immunes Fire, that kind of screws Ho-Oh over right there.  Even playing defensively, Auron will eventually get his Overdrive up, and use Shooting Star.  He doesn't even need Zombie Attack to win this!

Middle

Thief (Final Fantasy X-2) vs Cinnamon (Mega Man X: Command Mission): I...think?  Wanna say that even if Cinnamon immunes Borrowed time, Thief has the speed and damage edge?  Eh, not a match I'm going to think hard about.
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest): Kaeli has more healing than Frog, and if you allow it, she still has Life.  Also, she can cast Heal to eventually get Break to kick in and kill Frog THAT way (CT lacks a Stone status, therefor, Vigil Hats do nothing to it.)

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon): Light vs. Puny.
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics): I'm kneejerking that Sothe's counters give him an edge, and the fact that getting Bane + Follow Up to kick in before he dies isn't totally unreasonable.   Seems like randomness odds are in his favor, I guess?

Heavy

Freyjadour Falenas (Suikoden V) vs Masaru (Live a Live) - EDIT: Okay, I'll start by assuming Arm Break does -not- affect Freyjadour's spellcasting. -If- Masaru's stat-busting affects stats directly and the damage reduction comes just from the stat-busting, Freyja wins: killing his magic doesn't do much to his damage, and Masaru MDef is so epic that it makes him frail to magic in spite of the HP. If it just busts damage itself, like FFX Breaks, then Masaru wins: Frey is going to struggle too much to damage him without his magic. Buuuuuuuuut I'll kneejerk towards the former.
Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Auron immunes fire? Ow.
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Evadable damage, Zed? Good night and good luck.

Middle

Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - Uh kneejerk. Frog's damage just fails, and I tend to kneejerk against him in a lot of resource wars.

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon) - hrhrhr.

Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - ffmq

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon) - Mel.

Cornet Espoir (Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure) vs Russel Bergman (Super Robot Taisen Series) - SRW
Purugly (Pokémon) vs Shiki Misaki (The World Ends With You) - This is close-ish given Shiki's somewhat limited damage output, but I think she gets to Fusion before Purugly can end the match.

Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X)

Middle

Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)- Ha ha ha to killer axe. since everyone can use killer weapons, it just goes into the averages, so alls it does is raise the damage average to me. Raised damage average doesnt do anything. :P
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest)- Frog fails

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon)- not Magikarp
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics)- again, Reis breaths are evadeable, Sothe has pretty good evasion.

I think you missed the point.  Killer Axe raises critical rate, which means that a critical will OHKO Ken (even with the raised damage average I believe), which means he can't healstall until hitting with ID.

Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon)- Easy.

Heavy

Hollander (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) vs Elincia (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn)- Hollander can properly use the invincibility to hit Elincia with his gravity damage. With good hp to fall back on his sad damage eventually kills from there.
Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X)- Spoiled.

Middle

Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest)

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon)
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics)- Don't think the breaths are counterable.

Godlike
Rupert Dandridge (Wild ARMs XF) vs Xorn (Grandia III) - Don't particularly see Rupert all the durable myself. Doesn't matter though. Since the moment Xorn taps Rupert, overkill damage likely kicks in.
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon) - What's been said. Break. Arceus wishes he had something to block it.

Heavy
Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Auron blocked Fire naturally? Oh gg Ho-oh

Middle
Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) - Pretty certain Dart gets that critical before Ken gets his ID to work. That crit kills the moment it hits.

EDIT: Okay! Some number crunching for fun. Ken's luck is around 1.04x average. This translates to around 17.4 FE Luck. Still leaves Dart with around a 40% critical rate. More importantly though, Dart deals 1.43x average damage if my calculations are correct. And Ken is neither above average for END or above average for HP. This plus the fact that  Dart barely doubles average (24.5 speed to 20.6 average) makes this pretty much a horrible slaughter for me.

To see Ken winning, assumptions seem to be:
- Assume he goes first and gets his ID to work in one shot. (Debatable who goes first)
- Assume that Ken's Agl is enough to make Dart miss at least once and that no crit occurs during his double.
- Assume that Dart doesn't double on his attack.

Light
Sothe (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Reis Dular (Final Fantasy Tactics) -Assuming breaths can be countered in game with a 2handed weapon. Pretty certain on this personally, but somebody can check.

Bored, so: Stat topic says Shiki has 5HKO damage and nothing else besides bad durability. Purugly is way better than that, with turn 1 status, high speed, and 3HKO. So why is the match tied?

Maybe.

Well, I don't know about everyone else, but for me - I see Shiki as having access to her lvl1 Fusion. Since the Fusions are unique for each partner character (one of the only unique things about them), I allow the partner characters to build up their Fusion meter and unleash the Fusion at the end of the turn they finish building it up (reflects in-game ability to unleash Fusion whenever), The only thing Shiki has going for her is that in her set of unique equips, she can equip a Fusion+1,2,or 3 item in each of her equipment slots, allowing her to start a match with 7 Fusion stars (Joshua and Beat can get 6 starting at max). She only needs 8 for her level 1 Fusion, which does ten times normal damage.

(Coincidentally, the Fusion does different amounts of damage to the enemies on different sides of the screen. Meaning 10x Shiki's damage on her half of the screen and 10x Neku's damage for the bottom half. Due to this, I'm inclined to see the Fusions as running off of only the partner character's stats and ignore anything Neku's doing.)

Anyway, this amount of damage is more than enough to finish off below-average durability (but probably not enough for even slightly-above average  durability, which is why she's a Light to me). At the latest, Shiki would have 8 stars by turn 2, and already have two turns of her combo damage on her opponent. This beats out Purugly's 3HKO. And of course, if Purugly was Flying, Shiki would have a low 2HKO/high 3HKO against the pokemon anyway.

Godlike
Sulphur (Phantom Brave) vs Kefka (Final Fantasy VI) - Weeeeee nuke'd
Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) vs Arceus (Pokémon) - Status.

Heavy

Ho-oh (Pokémon) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Spoiler heaven.
Zed (Wild ARMs) vs Latooni Subota (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Vote immediately reversed if Zed doesn't have ITE, but NEB and I both recall WA1o named techs apparently being ITE or something, and Zed can last out Latooni offense long enough.

Middle

Blanca (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) vs Katina Tarask (Super Robot Taisen Series)
Ken Amada (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3) vs Dart (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)
Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Kaeli (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest)

Light

Mel (Suikoden III) vs Magikarp (Pokémon)
Purugly (Pokémon) vs Shiki Misaki (The World Ends With You) - Shiki, to me, is a good Light; I take her against W1D7 Neku, since to take all three against the same time period seems... yeah. So Shiki benefits from being around when Neku's at his weakest!... Purugly's a low Middle to me and has status which I don't think Shiki can block under even the most generous arguments by the time she leaves. Bye, Shiki. (Hypnosis -> 2x Charm = Shiki has -no- damage, since it is completely possible for TWEWY characters to fail to break defense, and... not inclined to say a L1 fusion kills after that, even if I allowed it. Purugly has all the time in the world after that.)

And you seem to be forgetting that Purugly has status in the form of Sleep as NEB mentioned (Hypnosis), and I don't think Shiki could block that, if she was able to, then my TWEWY memory sucks balls. Even if equipment sets could make avoiding Purugly's Hypnosis viable, there's still the fact that Purugly also has Fake Out, then Body Slams her to death, since Body Slam also has status in the form of Paralysis, greatly slowing Shiki down. Purugly is also Normal and not flying and is pretty fast. You also neglect to note that Purugly has Charm, which makes Shiki's offense COMPLETE AND UTTER FAIL, so... Yeah. :|
19:35:58 (trancehime) there's a specific spot in the game that's for item duping
19:36:14 (Sanae) o.o
19:39:11 (Sanae) I'd love to dupe a second trancehime.

Paralysis is quite fairly arguably blockable, and if you're generous to status blockers the same thing that covers Paralysis could cover Sleep, but that takes a major stretch to me and I definitely wouldn't agree on that.
