Meeple Fantasy 6 (bosses)
« on: September 18, 2008, 03:52:44 AM »
Because they're underappreciated alternate forms for many misunderstood duellers! Yes. Start the upgrade hype.

Pretty straightforward stuff, I think, if you've played FF6 especially you should know how these bosses work. Anyway, let's get started.

Note about FF6 first strike: While it does ensure you'll act first, typically PCs act shortly after. So it's not a free turn (like FFX first strike), but think of it as the first turn as coming super-fast (say, 180% average speed or so).

Floating bosses are immune to some Earth attacks but not all (generally ones that involve the ground shaking, but not ones that involve falling rocks). They're also immune to a few other random ground-based special attacks. Take this in the DL as you will.

Damages marked with a star are factored into averages at half damage (because they take a while to resolve).

Assume all bosses fight four PCs unless otherwise noted in the damage average.

Marcus
"In Honor of Pherae, we won't give up Sheldar and its guardian Lugia so easily!"

HP: 3200
Speed: 25 (83%)
Def: 102 (1.20x)
MDef: 155 (0.78x)

Immune to all negative status.

PC averages: Lv 4, 108 HP, 34 Speed, 121 Def, 80 MDef, 2 MBlock

Damage to average/Marcus:
Terra's TekMissile: 483/483
Noish's Bolt Beam: 222/173
Alec's Bolt Beam: 218/170
Average: 308/275 (from 3 PCs)

Marcus has First Strike.

Always double acts
Physical: 19 physical damage
Silver Lance: 39 physical damage

Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage with two attacks. These attacks have a 2/3 chance of being Silver Lance, and a 1/3 chance of being his physical, so the average counter damage is 65.

Comments: That's earlygame Marcus for you, he's a badass. Solid 2HKO damage over his doubles, and he makes you pay for every blow you land on him, too. He's a bit slow, but between the counters and first strike he sure doesn't feel that way. Durability's nothing special, a little above average PC.

Much better than his FE form (either of them). He's scaled to a point where he is far more powerful, and he gets to use all his counters even against ranged or multitarget damage, regardless of your usual stance on FE counters. Heavy/Godlike, he's just horrific if you don't OHKO him or wall physicals.

Miluda
"NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION YOU NOBLE SCUM!"

HP: 400 (no, I didn't forget a zero)
Speed: 40 (158%)
Def: 110 (1.13x)
MDef: 140 (0.90x)

Weak to Darkness. Lacks any boss immunities whatsoever.

PC averages: Lv 7, 170 HP, 18(!) Speed, 61 Def, 42 MDef, 6 MBlock

Damage to average/Miluda:
(Shady's Fire Spin: 541/487)
(Shady's Croagunk: 421/757)
Dusk Requiem damage average: 501/577
(Shady's physical: 88/100)
Kupek's physical: 74/84
Kamog's physical: 70/79
Kupop's physical: 66/75
Kushu's physical: 64/72
Yuri's physical: 62/70
Kurin's physical: 55/62
Kuru's physical: 50/56
Kuku's physical: 49/54
Kupan's physical: 43/49
Kumama's physical: 41/46
Kutan's physical: 31/35
Average (w/ Dusk Requiem average): 92/105

Attack: 53 physical damage
Speed Break: Physical attack, inflicts Slow instead of dealing damage.

Counter: 2/3 chance of using her physical attack in response to a regular attack. Works even against the killing blow.

Comments: Well... she's very fast! And has an awesome speed game! But that HP... ew. She does face lower damage than Marcus, but one eighth? Fail. Pretty close to dying to average damage is not good, especially when she can be statused to hell. Damage needs work badly too. Totally different from her FFT form, and probably a bit worse overall, though your mileage may vary with SRPG bosses, etc. Light.

Paladin x2 (Fujin & Raijin)
"Uh, yes, sir, boots are all clean."
"...RAGE."

(They are fought together, and statistically identical.)

HP: 300 (uh, see Miluda)
Speed: 25 (83%)
Def: 105 (1.17x)
MDef: 130 (0.98x)

Immune to Zombie, Poison, Imp, Petrify, Death, Condemned, Seizure.

PC averages: Lv 7, 175 HP, 34 Speed, 109 Def, 66 MDef, 9 MBlock

Terra's Fire: 111/109
Yuri's physical: 62/72
Fayt's physical: 49/58
(*Fayt's Jump: 74/86)
Average: 74/80 (from 3 PCs)

Note: Raijin and Fujin always ambush you and will strike first as a result... this may or may not mean anything to you in the DL, since it's a formation thing.

Attack: 18 physical damage
Steel Lance: 27 physical damage

Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage, with either Steel Lance (2/3 chance) or Physical (1/3 chance). Average damage is 24. Works even against the killing blow.

Comments: Um... horrible. They're horribly inferior to Marcus; heck, even Miluda owns them. Roughly dead to average damage, shaky immunities, 7HKO damage... not even a universal counter can save them, or even come close. Puny. Horribly owned by their FF8 forms regardless of how harsh you are to FF8 bosses.

Songi
"Bwahahaha! I am Songi! Behold my awesome flipping powers!"

HP: 720 (the fail continues)
Speed: 30 (93%)
Def: 85 (1.33x)
MDef: 150 (0.82x)

Weak to Darkness. Immune to all negative status except Slow, Dark, and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 9, 216 HP, 34 Speed, 119 Def, 73 MDef, 9 MBlock

Terra's Fire: 135/111
Yuri's physical: 77/102
Fayt's physical: 69/91
(*Fayt's Jump: 103/137)
Average: 94/101 (from 3 PCs)

Note: Songi is protected by two Fanboys; he can't be targetted until they are killed (which happens pretty quickly to be fair). Whether or not this means anything is up to you.

Attack: 32 physical damage. He can doublecommand this, so 64.
Chaos Flare: 48 physical damage. Ignores evade.
Genocidal Cannon: 97 Wind magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.

Comments: Well, he dislikes the horrible HP he has bereft of his support, but he likes how he's such a focus whore. Anyway, 3HKO wind magic with a 4HKO physical backup, very physically frail, kinda okay against magic, a little on the slow side. Seems like an average enough Light. I'm told he prefers his LoL form, but what do I know?

Ultros 1
"Don't tease the octopus, kids!"

HP: 4500
Speed: 35 (92%)
Def: 100 (1.21x)
MDef: 140 (0.90x)

Weak to Fire and Lightning. Absorbs Water. Immune to all negative status except Slow, Dark, and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 11, HP 309, 40 Speed, 147 Def, 111 MDef, 22 MBlock

Roger Bacon's Overlord's Wrath: 1248/1118
(Roger Bacon's physical: 410/496)
Rolf's Gifoi: 280/504
(Rolf's physical: 168/203)
Terra's Fire: 147/265
Fayt's physical: 76/92
(*Fayt's Jump: 115/139)
Average: 438/495

Note: Roger Bacon rapes all the averages pretty badly. I factor him in anyway.

Ultros has First Strike, but all he can do with it is a single-act attack.

Always double acts except for scripted Tentacles and his opening move
Attack: 48 physical damage
Ink: 95 physical damage. Can't be used twice consecutively.
Tentacle: 256 physical damage. Can be used MT at half damage. Ignores evade.

Counter: 100% chance of countering any fire damage with Ink.

Comments: Yikes. Only Roger Bacon keeps this guy sane. Once the damage gets started... well, single Tentacles are borderline OHKO to Rolf, easily kill Terra and Fayt. And he doubleacts. Luckilly, good ol' RB reduces Ultros to below average speed and takes single Tentacles down from OHKO, but the durability's still good enough to get off some massive damage (PCish). Boss immunities + monster damage = Heavy/Godlike. Variant on Marcus, really.

Compared to the DL? Honestly, this form doesn't change anything, I'd think. The increased damage and HP from FF6 are offset by Roger Bacon... more than offset in case of HP I'd think. So probably worse. Of course, this assumes you allow and scale the first of his four forms.

Seifer
"Get over here now, so I can show them how much of a chicken wuss I am not!"

HP: 456
Speed: 35 (110%)
Def: 88 (1.30x)
MDef: 110 (0.13x)

Lacks any boss immunities whatsoever.

PC averages: Lv 9, HP 223, 30 Speed, 103 Def, 64 MDef, 14 MBlock

Ike's Hand Axe: 202/202
(Ike's physical: 78/203)
Average: 202/203 (from 1 PC)

Attack: 40 physical damage
No Mercy: 60 physical damage

Counter: 1/3 chance of countering any damage with No Mercy. Works even against the killing blow.

Comments: Just sucks. Even worse in-game, where Ike has a 75% counter rate with that Regal Sword of doom to anything he does, meaning you're going to beat him without entering any commands on average. Obviously prefers his FF8 form. Puny.

Zed
"There won't be any sunny breakfast for you tomorrow!"

HP: 2500
Speed: 50 (130%)
Def: 160 (0.74x)
MDef: 127 (average)

Immune to all negative status except Slow and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 10, HP 269, 34 Speed, 124 Def, 81 MDef, 12 MBlock

Rolf's Gifoi: 280/280
Ike's Hand Axe: 202/202
Kurtis' physical: 167/123
Tir's physical: 74/55
Average: 181/165

Zed has First Strike.

Attack: 87 physical damage
Doombringer: 174 physical damage

Comments: He's fast and he 2HKOs, and the durability, especially physical, doesn't fail. Pretty good overall. Hates anti-physical defence/evade whores with a passion, but otherwise seems to cover his bases well, with decent slugfesting and heal-locking capabilities. Heavy. Better than his WA1o form (actually deserves the division!), except Monster Z which he's worse than. Lines up well with his ACF form, mostly a bit more durable.

Gengar

HP: 3230
MP: 10000
Speed: 52 (133%)
Def: 85 (1.33x)
MDef: 180 (0.59x)
Hit rate: 200%
Physical evade: Perfect (Auto-Image)

Nulls Darkness. Floats. Immune to all negative status except Zombie (um) and Seizure.

PC averages: Lv 10, HP 269, 34 Speed, 124 Def, 81 MDef, 12 MBlock

Rolf's Gifoi: 280/165
Ike's Hand Axe: 202/202
Kurtis' physical: 167/--
Tir's physical: 74/-- (98 with Foresight equipped, I guess)
Average: 181/--

Gengar has First Strike.

Attack: 109 physical damage
Stop (10 MP): Has a 1/3 chance of being cast after using his normal physical. Inflicts Stop, 100% hit rate.
Confuse Ray: Inflicts Confuse, 120% hit rate.
Shadow Ball: 217 physical damage
Sleep (5 MP): Inflicts Sleep, 111% hit rate.
Drain (15 MP): 2868 magic damage, drains HP to caster, limited by target's remaining HP and caster's missing HP. Baaasically, this just kills anyone it hits. Can only be used on sleeping targets.

Counter: Casts Deadly Fingertips on the person who dealt the killing blow immediately before he dies. Instant death, perfect hit rate.

Comments: Um, wow. The best parallel I have is Malik. On crack. First of all, he's got durability: HP is solid enough, MDef is excellent, perfect evade covers the weak physical side in many cases. Second, he has actual damage in Shadow Ball. Third, he has massive, accurate status whoring of four varieties. Plus, 10x overkill with his Dream Eater clone! Finally, he's a speedster out of the gate and pretty fast after that. Can you say Godlike? You should, because he's the best boss yet. His main weakness is physically tanky boss mages. An improvement over any of his Pokemon RBY/GSC/RSE forms in basically every way.

Hrist Valkyrie
"This is impossible! You creatures are but slaves of the gods!"

HP: 2000
MP: 900
Speed: 35 (average)
Def: 29 (1.77x)
MDef: 145 (0.86x)
Hit rate: 2%

Immune to all negative status.

PC averages: Lv 12, HP 352, 35 Speed, 129 Def, 78 MDef, 18 MBlock

Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 296/254
Yuri's Die, Scumbag!: 235/235
Average: 266/254 (from 2 PCs)

Attack: 2 physical damage. Is used three times in succession, so 6 total.
Fail: Inflicts Dark. (2% chance of inflicting FF6 blind. Godlike.)
Nibelung Valesti: 105 pseudomagic damage. Ignores evade.
Nibelung Valesti 3: 645 pseudomagic damage. Ignores defence and evade. Has a 1/6 chance of kicking in after a physical string.

Comments: Uh. Well, she 4HKOs and is... fairly unremarkable otherwise, with AI. Without, she spends most of her time trying to land that 2% hit rate for negligible effect anyway. Yeah. Godlike if for some reason you're insane and allow NV3 at will. Physically frail, but at least she's status immune and decent against magic. NV3's good for butchering the likes of Raja. Light. Infinitely better than her VP1 form, thanks to her PWSs doing damage. Completely owned by VP2.

Johan

HP: 1300
Speed: 10 (57%)
Def: 170 (0.66x)
MDef: 50 (1.60x)

Weak to Fire and Darkness. Immune to Imp, Zombie, Confuse.

PC averages: Lv 12, HP 322, 33 Speed, 127 Def, 78 MDef, 12 MBlock

(Rolf's Githu: 770/1231)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 564/902
Yuri's Demon Rays: 474/759
Rolf's Gifoi: 299/958
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 296/473
Ike's Hand Axe: 256/256
Terra's Fire: 171/548
Fayt's physical: 95/63
(*Fayt's Jump: 142/94)
Average: 307/566

Note: Rolf's Githu has a really big-ass MP cost, although he does have just enough MP to cast it twice. This isn't really practical in-game, though. Plus it's extremely easy to miss. I'll probably ignore it for now.

Attack: 90 physical damage
Steel Axe: 271 physical damage

Counter: 100% chance of countering any regular attack with Steel Axe. Works even against the killing blow.

Comments: Weird as hell spoiler. If you have any non-fail offensive magic, he's probably dead - that magic durability is just horrible, as is the speed. He can survive a physical, though, then he beats your face in with Steel Axe (which has OHKO potential). And even if he doesn't, if you're using ordinary physicals, the counter is deadly. If not, though, you have 3-2, maybe even instant double potential. Uh... Low Middle, I think.

Kefka 1
"Son of a submariner! They'll pay for this!"

HP: 7000
MP: 3000
Speed: 45 (123%)
Def: 55 (1.56x)
MDef: 160 (0.74x)
MBlock: 30% (23%)

Immune to all negative status except Slow and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 12, HP 322, 33 Speed, 127 Def, 78 MDef, 12 MBlock

(Rolf's Githu: 770/570)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 564/395
Yuri's Demon Rays: 474/351
Rolf's Gifoi: 299/221
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 296/219
Ike's Hand Axe: 256/256
Terra's Fire: 171/127
(Ike's physical: 96/300)
Fayt's physical: 95/148
(*Fayt's Jump: 142/222)
Average: 307/252

Kefka has First Strike, but all he can do with it is Attack.

Attack: 95 physical damage
Ice (5 MP): 166 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Ice 2 (21 MP): 468 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Petrify (6 MP): 415 Earth magic damage
Drain (15 MP): 287 magic damage, drains HP to caster, limited by target's remaining HP and caster's missing HP. Ignores reflect.
Muddle (8 MP): Inflicts Confuse, 94% hit rate.

Comments: Narshe Kefka was never too shabby, but now he's got a massive HP store to take the hits, and two elements to play with. Overkill damage off decent speed (though, wasting that initiative on a physical tones this down a bit) and outright good HP, with just enough variety to get around some spoilers? Sure, magic tanks who fight physically beat him, but that's... really around it. Plus people with Stop. Bwahaha. Godlike.

Sten
"The girl behind me is mine for the taking... wait, what? I can't have her?"

HP: 3270
MP: 150
Speed: 40 (111%)
Def: 100 (1.21x)
MDef: 70 (1.45x)
MBlock: 10% (8%)

Immune to Zombie, Poison, Death, Berserk, Confuse, Seizure.

PC averages: Lv 14, HP 434, 34 Speed, 142 Def, 86 MDef, 12 MBlock

(Rolf's Githu: 870/1262)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 674/978
Yuri's Demon Rays: 574/832
Ike's Hand Axe: 356/356
Rolf's Gifoi: 338/491
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 313/454
*Fayt's Jump: 512/620
Average: 419/588

Attack: 85 physical damage
Rip: 85 physical damage, inflicts Dark
Fire (4 MP): 93 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Gizan (24 MP): 132 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Gifoi (12 MP): 154 Fire magic damage

Comments: Kinda fast and barely 3HKOs! PCish HP but crappy defences. All things considered this is pretty true to his BoF2 form, trading some small stat advantage and damage variety for MP and (shaky) boss immunities. High Light it is.

***Interlude***
From this point on, Summons are avilable. Any PC except Laharl and the WoR folks can unleash one summon per battle. For damage average purposes, I will give the party the N best summons available, where N is the party size, and list the average damage done by an average Magic stat using an average powered summon out of that group.

An average that reflects these summons will also be provided, since they are a very important part of in-game offence. I'll assume a three-turn average: one summon, and two normal attacks. Arguably this inflates the average since most MF6 bosses have enough HP to last more than three rounds, but on the flipside, it's pretty easy to twink summons with Arcane Books, so eh, I'll say it balances. The old average will be listed in case you disagree.

Ultros 2
"I ain't no garden-variety octopus!"

HP: 5000
MP: 500
Speed: 40 (111%)
Def: 105 (1.17x)
MDef: 150 (0.82x)

Weak to Fire and Lightning. Absorbs Water. Immune to all negative status except Slow, Dark, and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 14, HP 434, 34 Speed, 142 Def, 86 MDef, 12 MBlock

[Average Summon: 641/701, 1/3 hit weakness]
(Rolf's Githu: 870/713)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 674/553
Yuri's Demon Rays: 574/471
Ike's Hand Axe: 356/356
Rolf's Gifoi: 338/554
*Fayt's Jump: 512/599
Average: 440/446
Average w/ Summons: 509/521 (from 3 PCs)

Attack: 66 physical damage
Ink: 131 physical damage
Tentacle: 377 physical damage. Can be used MT at half damage. Ignores evade.
Githu (41 MP): 423 Holy magic damage
Fire (4 MP): 99 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Gifoi (12 MP): 164 Fire magic damage
Mega Volt (20 MP): 94 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Drain (15 MP): 179 magic damage, drains HP to caster, limited by target's remaining HP and caster's missing HP. Ignores reflect.
Imp Song (20 MP): Inflicts Imp, 100% hit rate, MT.

Dive: Oookay, this one's weird. Dive is a counter. Best way to explain it is probably as follows. It consumes four "Dive points", and will not be used if Ultros has fewer than four Dive points. Dive points start at zero. Ultros gains 0 Dive points from using Imp Song, 1 Dive point from using Ink/Tentacle/Githu, and 2 Dive points from using any other attack. If Ultros has enough Dive points, this is a 100% counter to all damage. As for what the move does, well, it allows Ultros to change which HP bar he is currently using. He has four to choose from, all starting at 5000. When any one bar reaches zero, he dies.

Also has a 100% counter rate to Yuri's Fusion attacks (and arguably other physical-based techs) with Acid Rain. Acid Rain costs 20 MP, and does 117 Poison/Water-elemental magic damage, and inflicts Seizure on a hit.

Comments: Oddball, isn't he? Anyway, if you don't 2HKO him, or go first and 3HKO him, you're in trouble, because you'll be seeing Dive, and with it he can stretch out the battle for a good nine rounds or so, more than enough time to murder you with his good damage. If you do? Well, that damage is still damn good, high 2HKO to both defences, and of course he has his trademark, deadly Imp Song. He's pretty similar to his original FF6 form, in fact, with one nerf and two improvements. The nerf is fairly minor (in FF6, all his non-Imp Song moves gave 2 Dive points), while the improvements of actual HP (he's now a bit above PC, instead of noticeably below) and the ability to hit both defences are both very important. Low Godlike.

Next up are Groudon and Kyogre. They are optional superbosses (you can run from them), fought together. Still, here are their stats. Fear, worship, etc.

Groudon
The sun is strong

HP: 16000
MP: 65535
Speed: 43 (117%)
Def: 203 (0.41x)
MDef: 139 (0.91x)
Hit rate: 150%

Weak to Ice and Water. Nulls Lightning. Immune to all negative status except Slow and Dark.

PC averages: Lv 16, HP 552, 34 Speed, 147 Def, 95 MDef, 19 MBlock

[Average Summon: 694/789, 1/4 hit weakness]
(Rolf's Githu: 970/883)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 748/681
Yuri's Demon Rays: 638/580
Ike's Hand Axe: 437/437
Rolf's Gifoi: 377/343
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 366/333
*Fayt's Jump: 725/297
(Fayt's physical, Ice Brand: 205/168)
Average: 489/424
Average w/ Summons: 560/540

Note: This is damage to Groudon alone. In practice, damage dealt may be lower, due to targetting/focusing issues.

Shield (12 MP): Inflicts Shield status, self only (1/3 reduction of oncoming physical damage, permanent).
Slash: 921 physical damage
Fissure: Inflicts Death, 75% hit rate.
Earthquake (20 MP): 718 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Fire 3 (51 MP): 869 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Decel (5 MP): Inflicts Slow, 120% hit rate.
Solar Beam: 861 Lightning magic damage. Ignores evade.
Rest: 1144 healing, MT
Petrify (6 MP): 395 Earth magic damage. Used twice consecutively, on the same or different targets.

Comments: Um... ow. Over 3x PCHP, and basically can't lose to anyone reliant on physical offence. Insane overkill damage to both defences, decent speed. A fatal status and a brutal backup that works on many bosses. Just... damn. Has everything. Too good. High Godlike, freakishly so, he's basically Fou Lu+ outside pesky Water/Ice mages. Nearly impossible to spoil, only person I'm certain beats him is Zophar. Massively owns his original form.

Kyogre
Rain continues to fall

HP: 16000
MP: 65535
Speed: 43 (117%)
Def: 139 (0.91x)
MDef: 203 (0.41x)
Hit rate: 150%

Weak to Lightning. Nulls Fire, Ice, and Water. Immune to all negative status except Slow and Dark.

PC averages: Lv 16, HP 552, 34 Speed, 147 Def, 95 MDef, 19 MBlock

[Average Summon: 694/142, 2/4 nulled]
(Rolf's Githu: 970/398)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 748/307
Yuri's Demon Rays: 638/262
Ike's Hand Axe: 437/437
(Yuri's The End!: 546/546)
Rolf's Gifoi: 377/--
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 366/150
*Fayt's Jump: 725/660
(Lenneth's Last Avenger: 262/238)
(Laharl's physical, Plasma Maser: 237/431)
(Rolf's physical, Coral Sword: 210/383)
Average: 489/414
Average w/ Summons: 560/392

Note: This is damage to Kyogre alone. In practice, damage dealt may be lower, due to targetting/focusing issues. Lenneth/Fayt can do similar damage to Rolf with the Coral Sword, but they need the help less.

Protect (15 MP): Inflicts Protect status, self only (1/3 reduction of oncoming magic damage, permanent).
Attack: 776 physical damage
Body Slam: 776 physical damage, inflicts Stop
Hydro Pump: 1110 Water magic damage, 80% hit rate.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 1128 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Cold Dust (20 MP): Inflicts Freeze, perfect hit rate.
Decel (5 MP): Inflicts Slow, 120% hit rate.
Giga Volt (20 MP): 1017 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Rest: 1474 healing, MT
Flash Rain (20 MP): 694 Ice/Water magic damage

Comments: Look, it's Groudon's twin. Even better on offence (although a little less balanced, and lacks ITE), even better on status (stupidly so if you see Freeze hitting bosses). Shuts down magic instead of physicals. Just crazy. High Godlike, Unrankable if you let Freeze hit status immunes, though I think slightly worse than Groudon otherwise (Yuna and Myria beat him!). Also massively owns his original form.

Superbosses are a good point for our first break. Up next, MORE POKEMON.

Entei

HP: 11500
MP: 777
Speed: 40 (111%)
Def: 170 (0.66x)
MDef: 100 (1.21x)

Weak to Earth and Water. Nulls Fire and Ice. Immune to all negative status except Imp.

PC averages: Lv 17, HP 620, 34 Speed, 147 Def, 95 MDef, 19 MBlock

[Average Summon: 1016/1640, 2 nulled, 2 weak]
(Rolf's Githu: 1020/1245)
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 785/958
Yuri's Demon Rays: 669/817

*Fayt's Jump: 787/520
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti: 384/468
(Rolf's Gizan: 340/415)
Average: 518/567
Average w/ Summons: 671/887

Protect (15 MP): Inflicts Protect status, self only (1/3 reduction of oncoming magic damage, permanent).
Attack: 161 physical damage
Bite: 322 physical damage
Fire 2 (20 MP): 340 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Fire 3 (51 MP): 685 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Nafoi (53 MP): 764 Fire magic damage
Roar (20 MP): Switches the row of one target.
Swagger: Inflicts Confuse and Berserk, 90% hit rate.

Note: Nafoi is pretty rare (1 turn every 15, on average). Matters both for some AI interps and for learning it (it's Rolf's new Githu, in effect).

Comments: More awesomeness. About 2xPCHP and reduces physicals by a third. Magic's a weakness, but one that Protect will cancel. Other than that, OHKO Fire damage, and Swagger's a mean status attack (accuracy could be a little better). Basically a Rubicant remix. Godlike. Yet another pokemon who likes his MF6 form.

Raikou

HP: 9000
MP: 810
Speed: 51 (131%)

Shield (12 MP): Inflicts Shield status, self only (1/3 reduction of oncoming physical damage, permanent).
Attack: 100 physical damage
Crunch: 300 physical damage
Bolt 2 (22 MP): 386 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Githu (41 MP): 569 Holy magic damage
Giga Volt (20 MP): 696 Lightning magic damage
Roar (20 MP): Switches the row of one target.

Comments: Entei, lightning version. Less durability (although in-game his lack of Summon weakness helps a good deal), but he can buff both defences. Loses Swagger and a little damage, but is harder to elementally wall with two elements to work with. Gains speed. Overall another nasty slugfest boss, also fits in Godlike, and also vastly prefers this form.

Latios

HP: 8000
MP: 3000
Speed: 48 (124%)
Def: 127 (average)

Luster Purge: 224 physical damage
Gires (35 MP): 478 healing
Githu (41 MP): 453 Holy magic damage
Gizan (24 MP): 151 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Nafoi (53 MP): 679 Fire magic damage
Gra (22 MP): 91 magic damage, MT
Gigra (35 MP): 196 magic damage, MT

Comments: Two last Pokemon in this arc. Latios and Latias fight together in a pincer attack, so they're pretty nasty (borderline superboss, you can cheap 'em out though). In a duel? Latios wants Instant Death immunity, but otherwise, usual OHKO magic damage (this time Fire, with respectable Holy backup). In longer fights he can use Quicken to gain a turn advantage. Pretty fast anyway, durability's not incredible but not bad either (magical is nice, some element spoiling too). Low Godlike.

Latias

HP: 8000
MP: 3000
Speed: 48 (124%)
Def: 139 (0.91x)
MDef: 190 (0.51x)

Weak to Ice and Darkness. Nulls Fire, Lightning, Water, and Earth. Immune to all negative status except Slow, Dark, and Death.

Faces some PC stuff as Latios.

Attack: 123 physical damage
Mist Ball: 245 physical damage
Gires (35 MP): 773 healing
Githu (41 MP): 732 Holy magic damage
Gizan (24 MP): 244 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Gifoi (12 MP): 285 Fire magic damage
Nafoi (53 MP): 1099 Fire magic damage
Gra (22 MP): 146 magic damage, MT
Gigra (35 MP): 317 magic damage, MT

Comments: They're supposed to be balanced, but they're really not. Latias loses Quicken, but she's more durable and MUCH more damaging than Latios. Overkill of two elements, from that speed = sexy. ID vulnerability still sucks, but doesn't really hold her back much. Godlike.

Always double acts
Physical: 104 physical damage
Silver Lance: 208 physical damage

Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage with two attacks. These attacks have a 2/3 chance of being Silver Lance, and a 1/3 chance of being his physical, so the average counter damage is 347. Works even against the killing blow.

Comments: ... weird. My first thought was to look at his HP and call him crap, but that's not entirely fair. Open with Double Silver Lance, get OHKOed, counter and hope the damage has added up to kill. Works decently, but you only need average physical durability, evade, or high speed to beat him. Doesn't seem too hard, but rarish in the lower divisions. High Light. Inclined to say his FE8 form is a bit better, but very different.

Notes: From now on, Terra can use Morphed Summons, which basically do uber damage. The strongest straight-damage summons (Kyogre, Groudon, Salamando, Deis) do a bit over double what L2s do (double that if they hit a weakness, i.e. Water/Fire/Lightning/Holy). So combining that with Morph, and perhaps Cai's Book, White Dress, etc., yields some really scary results (Moltres took 9999 for instance). You may not respect boss HP as much because of this. Up to you.

On another note, Ryu possesses an ability called D-Dive, which does really high damage but kills him. I don't consider it at all since I like my PCs alive, but it's there.

Sky Attack: 441 physical damage
Fire 2 (20 MP): 390 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Fire 3 (51 MP): 786 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Fire Spin: 468 Fire magic damage. Ignores evade.
Nafoi (53 MP): 877 Fire magic damage
Ifrit Caress (20 MP): 520 Fire magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.

Comments: Given how unimpressive he is in-game (Fire Materia + Morph + Lightning magic = ^_^) it's kinda shocking to see he's yet another Pokemon Godlike. The Fire damage is pretty mean, Nafoi does manage a OHKO, and the durability is respectable when his weaknesses aren't in play. Sky Attack's low 2HKO prevents Fire defence from totally murdering him. Low Godlike.

Tentacle: 671 physical damage. Can be used MT at half damage. Ignores evade.
Stone (22 MP): 287 magic damage, inflicts Confuse, 75% hit rate. If for some reason you're Level 25 exactly here, it does 7.5x its normal damage. That's pretty overlevelled though.
Lode Stone (20 MP): 75% cHP gravity damage. Ignores evade.

Every two turns Ultros takes, he steps forward. If he's attacked twice by magic, or eight times by anything else, he takes a step back. If he ever somehow steps forward eight times, he gains access to the following:
Earthquake (20 MP): 718 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Githu (41 MP): 646 Holy magic damage

Below 15630 (47.3% max) HP, Ultros gains access to a OPB doubleact of the following:
Quicken (10 MP): Inflicts Haste status, self only (31% speed boost).
Shield (12 MP): Inflicts Shield status, self only (1/3 reduction of oncoming physical damage, permanent).

Once Ultros has been attacked by magic four times, he gains access to the following counters:
Fire 3 (51 MP): 869 Fire magic damage. Triggers in response to fire elemental damage.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 876 Ice magic damage. Triggers in response to ice elemental damage.
Impulse (53 MP): 718 magic damage. Triggers in response to lightning elemental damage.

Comments: Even with summon cheese, that's some pretty godly durability right there (3PCHP or so?). Especially against magic. Physical fighters have to deal with a pesky doublecast below half HP (still well above PC at this point). He's a bit slow due to facing Virginia, but he deals high 2HKO damage with Tentacle (as always), and gets a new option of decently accurate FF6 Confuse + some damage, which is always nice. Not quite good enough for a lock but certainly enough to own anyone Confuse-vulnerable anyway. Low Godlike I think. Compared to original Ultros 3? Well, his damage is actually slightly worse, and he's below instead of above average speed due to Virginia being a freak, but the HP is faaaar better, making this form notably better overall anyway.

Kratos' Ether Strike: 4781/4781
Average: 4781/4781 (from 1 PC)

Attack: 62 physical damage
Demon Attack: 124 physical damage
Petrify (6 MP): 190 Earth magic damage
Earthquake (20 MP): 345 Earth magic damage

Notes:
-Kratos has Auto-Float, and there's no way to remove this. This means that Earthquake can never actually do damage in-game, and the number listed is an extrapolation (from Petrify, which hits floating targets just fine). Make of this as you will.
-Flipside, against more average defences such as those faced by Ultros 3, Earthquake would do ~470 damage and Demon Attack ~290. The weaker attacks would also do proportionately more.

Comments: Uh... well. The worst interp of him has about 25% PCHP and 6HKOs with Petrify. The best (scale him against a non-Kratos party, give him credit for fighting solo) sees him as only slightly sub-PC and 2HKOing with Earthquake. Nice boss immunities anyway, speed needs work though. Ranges from Puny to Middle/Heavy. My own take? Probably take the averages somewhere in the middle, so the durability is bad but not horrible and he has high 3HKO. Rather Rasputin-like. Light/Middle.

Note: From now on (what with the 11 PCs and all) I am too lazy to show damage done to bosses. You can figure it out yourself anyway, stuff hits weaknesses, defences, etc. Of course I will continue to show damage done to average.

Acid Rain (20 MP): 102 Poison/Water magic damage, MT, inflicts Seizure
Githu (41 MP): 367 Holy magic damage

Comments: His damage is pretty bad for an Ultros form, which means it's only a solid 2HKO off above average speed. Adding to that, Stop is a hard status for PCs to block (and owns them utterly). HP is pretty solid, too. Possibly the worst MF6 Ultros but that's not saying much, Heavy/Godlike. Although the damage is once again lower, the durability, speed, and Stop make him much better than the corresponding FF6 form.

Nasty in-game, because he fights with...

Attack: 132 physical damage

Dalton has a 100% counter rate to any damage based on the element used. If multiple elements are used in a single attack, the last element used determines the counter. These counters activate even against the killing blow. They are as follows:
Fire -> Ice 2 (21 MP): 516 Ice magic damage
Ice -> Fire 2 (20 MP): 499 Fire magic damage
Lightning -> Water Edge: 832 Water magic damage. Ignores evade.
Water -> Bolt 2 (22 MP): 508 Lightning magic damage
Darkness -> Holy (40 MP): 899 Holy magic damage
Holy -> Black Shadow (30 MP): 416 Darkness magic damage, MT
Wind -> Petrify (6 MP): 458 Earth magic damage
Earth -> Gust: 399 Wind magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Non-elemental -> Iron Ball: 660 physical damage

Comments: Well, his non-counter damage scares nobody and generally wastes his good speed. The counters add up, though, he's hard to OHKO and two counters spell bad news for most. If you fail to 2HKO then you're in really big trouble. Defensive fighters and healers can claw past him easily enough though. Middle. Bit of a remix on his CT form, he no longer has evade and he can't keep up pressure on his own turns, but the raw counter damage is certainly more threatening.

Nafoi (53 MP): 906 Fire magic damage
Ifrit Caress (20 MP): 537 Fire magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.

Comments: Rules. Flare Strike is disgusting. Decent durability (no weaknesses always helps), speed, everything. Godlike, it's his VP form with about double the damage in general.

Black Shadow (30 MP): 299 Darkness magic damage, MT
Meteo (20 MP): 636 magic damage, self only. (...) Ignores defence. 80% hit rate.

Comments: Uh... he really wouldn't be very good even if he knew who to hit with Meteo. As is... Luc redux. Slow helps against the likes of Evil Gaia I guess. Puny.

We're halfway done! See below for WoR bosses.

Igglanova

HP: 30000
Speed: 15 (65%)
Def: 120 (1.05x)
MDef: 132 (0.96x)

Lacks any boss immunities whatsoever.

PC averages: Lv 27, HP 1500, 34 Speed, 171 Def, 111 MDef, 22 MBlock

[Average Summon: 2620]
Rolf's Nafoi: 2280
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti 2: 1430
*Fayt's Jump: 1750
Average: 1528
Average w/ Summons: 1698 (from 3 PCs)

Attack: 348 physical damage
Fission: 348 physical damage, inflicts Poison

Comments: The durability's pretty respectable, which allows POIZN to add up. (Poison does roughly 2%, then 4%, then 6%, etc.). The damage, speed, and immunities are awful, however. Light.

Reid

HP: 36400
MP: 1600
Speed: 35 (average)
Def: 170 (0.66x)
MDef: 100 (1.21x)

Nulls Fire, Wind, Holy, and Water. Immune to all negative status except Slow and Stop.

PC averages: Lv 28, HP 1550, 35 Speed, 171 Def, 113 MDef, 22 MBlock

[Average Summon: 2360]
Rolf's Nafoi: 2360
*Vyse's Cutlass Fury: 4000
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti 2: 1430
*Fayt's Jump: 2130
Average: 1714
Average w/ Summons: 1930

Attack: 417 physical damage
Omega Demon Chaos: Eight hits to random targets, each for 417 physical damage. Fully focussed total is 3336 damage.
Sonic Chaos (20 MP): 518 magic damage
Sacred Fire (52 MP): 740 Fire magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Quasi Seal: 1594 Wind magic damage. Ignores defence. Useable below 25% max HP only.

Note: Reid is an optional fight deep in Sauzer's Tomb, a dungeon which you have no reason to return to later. You could scale him against a later party if you really wanted. In-game he's mostly just... very durable for the time (owns Rolf's elements, Vyse/Fayt don't like his defence, Lenneth is fine though), and easy enough to handle otherwise (Vyse's anti-physical moves ftw, although the Quasi Seal stage is modestly scary).

Comments: Fooooocus whore alert! 2x overkill with Omega Demon Chaos is just mean. Granted if you're the type to frown on focussing then he's much worse, although he should still be very damaging overall. Excellent physical durability, and magic... spoiling some key elements helps. Since I don't scale back focussing at all myself, he's another very solid Godlike, fears the evasive somewhat though.

Sauzer

HP: 35175
MP: 1721
Speed: 59 (143%)
Def: 160 (0.74x)
MDef: 140 (0.90x)
Hit rate: 150%

Floats. Immune to all negative status except Seizure.

Sauzer has First Strike.

Kaiser Blade: 925 physical damage
Ragnarok: 819 magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.

Counter: 1/3 chance of countering any damage with Kaiser Blade.

Comments: For all that he's not much in-game, he'd not be fun to duel, since he's accurate, fast, durable, and a random Kaiser Blade counter can really screw with you. Lacks the overwhelming offence or tricks of some of the other bosses so far, granted. It's quite possible to get his damage below 2HKO which means a PC healer should be able to handle him provided he or she isn't constantly 3-2ed. High Heavy.

Note: Non-linear part of the game, go! At this point you can pretty much fight all the remaining bosses in any order. I'm going to pick an order, following plot suggestions (e.g. right after the world opens up, the plot strongly leads you onto Mt. Highfort, and from there to the Golden Plains, etc. Still, you do have a choice in the matter, so if you want to scale all the remaining bosses to near-endgame, that'd be pretty much legit. Average HP should finish up a little under 3000 by endgame, and damage... uh, hell. 5000? Should be higher than FF6. We'll see eventually!

Storm Dragon

HP: 84000
MP: 1250
Speed: 65 (142%)
Def: 110 (1.13x)
MDef: 150 (0.82x)

Weak to Lightning. Absorbs Wind. Immune to all negative status except Dark and Seizure.

Attack: 672 physical damage
Wing Sabre: 2015 physical damage
Gust: 812 Wind magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Razor Leaf: 846 magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.

Counter: 2/3 chance of countering any damage, with even probability of his physical attack and Wing Sabre. Average counter damage is 897.

Below 30720 (36.6% max) HP, Stormy gains access to the following:
Nazan (45 MP): 1777 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Cyclonic (20 MP): 93.75% cHP gravity damage, 75% hit rate, MT.

Comments: The only surviving FF6 boss not named Ultros or Kefka, so you KNOW he's going to be badass. And he doesn't disappoint: he OHKOs off great speed, and that's just the beginning. The counter strategy is back and much more dangerous (Wing Sabre is brutal), and the obscene HP forces you to face a lot of them. His backup magic damage is 2HKO (good when you consider his speed), climibing to OHKO at "low" HP. High Godlike.

Of course, since he's so good, he has more of an argument to be considered later (again, you'd need to come back to a dungeon for no reason but to fight him, though). Use your own judgement. I'm assuming he's fought now (affects later bosses because he drops Fayt's best armour).

Muddle (8 MP): Inflicts Confuse, 94% hit rate.
Stop (10 MP): Inflicts Stop, 100% hit rate.
Sleep (5 MP): Inflicts Sleep, 111% hit rate.
Shishi Hokudan: 2850 physical damage. Ignores evade. Useable below 25% max HP only.

Comments: The speed is bad, but the physical durability is obscene. Physical fighters won't be able to blast past Shishi Hokudan, which kicks ass, and everyone has to deal with the status whoring. Heavy/Godlike.

Milon

Milon has two forms (if you've played FF4, you know how this works). When you kill the first, the second is immediately brought in mid-battle with an empty turn gauge.

First form:
HP: 20000
MP: 1600
Speed: 60 (136%)
Def: 100 (1.21x)
MDef: 100 (1.21x)

Immune to all negative status except Slow and Stop.

Second form:
HP: 19000
MP: 9999
Speed: 50 (119%)
Def: 127 (average)
MDef: 127 (average)

Weak to Fire and Holy. Absorbs Ice. Is Undead, so he reverses draining/healing and is OHKOed by revival. Immune to all negative status except Zombie (... uh) and Death (though some types of ID heal him).

PC averages: Lv 30, HP 1800, 39 Speed, 195 Def, 138 MDef, 36 MBlock

[Average Summon: 2580]
Rolf's Nafoi: 2510
*Vyse's Cutlass Fury: 4520
Ike's Short Axe: 1890
Lenneth's Nibelung Valesti 2: 1520
Laharl's Overlord's Wrath: 1520
*Fayt's Jump: 2630
Average: 1836
Average w/ Summons: 2025

First form:
Attack: 167 physical damage
SuperFail!: 167 physical damage, inflicts Dark
Bolt 2 (22 MP): 687 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage with Bolt 2. Unless he's hit with the spells Holy or Judgement, then he counters instead with Meteo (1473 magic damage ITD, 80% hit rate).

Second form:
Attack: 579 physical damage
Poizn: Physical attack, inflicts Seizure
Poison Mist: 696 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison and Seizure, MT. Ignores evade.
Dischord (68 MP): Halves target Level, saved by ID immunity, 100% hit rate. This roughly reduces magic damage by 45% and physical damage by 2/3. Can be recast for a stacking effect (damage approaches about 10% of original with infinite castings, if you care).

Notes: Seizure kicks in about twice as often as Poison (twice a round, roughly), but never increases in damage (always about 2%).

Comments: Speed! Actually the first form's counters can be pretty frustrating, although they're not as good as Sauzer's or Stormy's (and lightning defence owns this form). Second form inflicts two POIZNs at once and can nuke your damage, which can add up fast, although he has to watch out for the element/healing weakness. If you don't let him form-chain he's pretty bad, but since it is one battle in-game... hmm. Heavy. And it's MILON. What the fuck.

Always triple acts, using a fixed combo, in order:
Steal: Takes your monies! You get them back when he dies.
Attack: 10 physical damage
Eggbeater: 10 physical damage

Comments: 91HKOs. That's... uh. Man, he's worse than his BoF2 form substantially. Which is impressive. Puny. Loses to all other Punies in this topic so far; don't think he beats anyone ranked except Jogurt.

Frieza

HP: 40000
MP: 9400
Speed: 35 (89%)
Def: 175 (0.63x)
MDef: 175 (0.63x)

Immune to all negative status except Slow.

Always triple acts. The third attack MUST be a regular physical, though, and he can't use anything except his physical more than once per round.
Attack: 161 physical damage
Sonic Chaos (20 MP): 621 magic damage
Air Cutter: 62.5% cHP gravity damage. Ignores evade.
Stop (10 MP): Inflicts Stop, 100% hit rate.
Bakutsai Tanketsu: 709 Earth magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.

After each of his three actions, he has a 1/3 chance of using the following (he can use this multiple times per round, the checks are independent):
Charge: 322 physical damage. Ignores evade.

Comments: Man, he's weird. His damages look low but don't be fooled. He averages one Charge per round, and Air Cutter -> BT -> Attack -> Charge kills anyone with less than 1.75x average durability. Toss in Stop for good measure, and you have quite the PC killer. Against bosses he still has borderline OHKO damage. Dislikes Earth defence a little but can handle it, and durability is good thanks to defences. Low Godlike.

He fights alongside this guy...

Deathjester

Weak to Holy and Ice. Immune to all negative status except Slow.

Deathjester has First Strike. He can't use anything remotely damaging with it, though (best option is FIRE).

Attack: 80 physical damage
Fail: Physical attack, inflicts Dark instead of dealing damage.
Fire (4 MP): 182 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Ice (5 MP): 191 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Petrify (6 MP): 477 Earth magic damage
Fire 2 (20 MP): 520 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Ice 2 (21 MP): 538 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Bolt 2 (22 MP): 529 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Fire 3 (51 MP): 1049 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 1058 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Nathu (63 MP): 1405 Holy magic damage
Mega Volt (20 MP): 173 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Giga Volt (20 MP): 954 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Earthquake (20 MP): 867 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.

Comments: Really frail, mostly, and kinda slow in practice, reminds me of Lemina but different in a few ways. He'd be decent if he had HP, since he's got a nice solid 2HKO and can hit pretty much any element he chooses. What a random choice for your source of an ultimate spell. Low Middle. Really easy to outslug but at least he's status immune and he'll spoil sometimes.

Note: Virginia's back! I'm ignoring her in the damage figures. L2s are no longer good so she's entirely dependent on what she can replay for good damage.

Ena

HP: 24000

Flametongue: 2240 physical damage. Ignores defence. 220% hit rate.

Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage with Flametongue.

Note: Flametongue's damage is actually based on your number of steps, so it can vary a fair bit. Also means it scales some if you fight her later (or earlier).

Comments: Bad HP, godly defences. Bad speed but she counters a lot. The damage is brutal though it can't scratch the likes of Malik. Reminds me of the FE7 Dragon except she counters absolutely everything and can't be doubled, so a definite and clear improvement. Also feel the durability is better. Godlike.

Freya will always combo Attack -> Thunder Sword. 1/3 of the time, she will then finish the combo with Ether Strike. She will continuously attack the same target during a combo, unless the target dies, in which case she will switch targets.

Attack: 681 physical damage
Thunder Sword: 1703 physical damage. Ignores evade.
Ether Strike (20 MP): 28400 (9999) magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.

Comments: The HP's merely okay, but good def/evade and great MDef make her a tank. This lets her often live long enough to Ether Strike something, which pretty much splatters anything this side of Myria1. Even if she doesn't, she has OHKO mostly-ITE damage so she's no pushover. Godlike.

Note: MF6 damage spike is underway! FtC, Terra, Judgement got learned now, etc. First of all, I'm assuming Terra is Morphed for bosses, since she gains oodles of Morph gauge easily in the WoR (unlike the WoB). She does 2/3 her normal damage unmorphed, until she gets Ultima. Secondly, from this point on, dropping the Summon average, they haven't improved since the WoB and that really isn't changing much (and you're more and more likely to have defensive ones set, like Asellus and Suicune), so they are no longer key to offence. You can adjust the average up as you wish, but it tends to be a 2-5% increase from now on.

Counter: 100% chance of countering any damage, with either Bite (2/3 chance) or Ice Beam (1/3 chance). Average damage is 1279.

Comments: RAR, another counter whore. Getting tired of 'em yet? I know I am. Chewing on his opponent with Bite works pretty well, and he doesn't mind being forced into magic. There's also Fissure, and Poison Mist, though he lacks the HP to really pull off the latter. In fact his durability is pretty disappointing for a MF6 boss... though nothing terrible. High Heavy.

HP: 53000
MP: 50000

Nathu (63 MP): 1886 Holy magic damage
Nazan (45 MP): 1222 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Rest: 2827 healing, MT. He doublecommands this, so 5654.

Comments: Tank! Like Ena, Lugia is simply not fun to damage with anything defence-subject (his MDef post-Protect is particularly obscene). Unlike Ena, he has some HP. His elemental weaknesses basically don't matter. Offence-wise, he's good but nothing we haven't seen before, solid 2HKO damage of various elements, headed up by the always painful Nathu. Still, just too durable. Godlike.

Attack: 150 physical damage
Tail Smash: 900 physical damage

Comments: 3HKOs off bad speed. This is not what we've come to expect from an MF6 boss. Even has sub-PC physical durability. Light.

Note: With the Cardboard Box, I'm making the first raid of Kefka's Tower now. A few nice goodies there, the big pertinent ones being the Minerva, second Mystile, and Diabolic Sword. Note on the Diabolic Sword, specifically: it hits a human weakness (which about half the remaining bosses are... you can probably figure out which). For the purpose of this stat thread I'll take Diabolic Sword halfway between its weakness-hitting and non-weakness-hitting damage. Laharl can now get 45% more damage if drops his shield, I'll ignore this since it tends to get him OHKOed by any decent physical and a lot of magic.

Megid (64 MP): 75% cHP Holy gravity damage, MT. Ignores evade.

Comments: At this point bosses start getting railroaded pretty badly (you can kinda see why if you look at the damage curve, and rising MBlock, plus lots of anti-element cheese). Still, Mithos can really dish it out, even if he's not incredible at taking it. Usual high 2HKO, hits both defences, status (good stuff is turn 2), gravity, etc. Doesn't feel like he has quite enough oomph, but still a respectable dueller. Heavy.

Quicken (10 MP): Inflicts Haste status, self only (31% speed boost).
Attack: 830 physical damage
Jump: 1245 physical damage. Ignores evade. One-turn charge time, Rayquaza is untargettable during this time.
Dragon Claw: 3320 physical damage
Solar Beam: 1254 Lightning magic damage. Ignores evade.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 1275 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Giga Volt (20 MP): 1150 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Black Shadow (30 MP): 523 Darkness magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Rest: 2836 healing, MT
Escape: Run away!

Counter: 1/3 chance of countering any damage with Dragon Claw.

If attacked by Kyogre or Groudon, Rayquaza will instead reply with the following quinta-act:
Revenger (20 MP): Dispels all positive status, MT. Ignores evade.
Ultima (80 MP): 4254 magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores defence and evade.
Judgement (70 MP): 2666 Darkness magic damage. Ignores evade.
Nibelung Valesti 3 (70 MP): 5104 magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.
For the Child: 1882 magic damage. Ignores evade.
(Total in a duel = 13906, most of it ITD. Bye!)

Comments: DRAGON CLAW SMASH. That's really all there is to him. He's not really durable enough to get in many counters, but he does hurt rather a lot. A bit bland otherwise, could use a better hit rate or something. Heavy/Godlike. Really varies in terms of when you can fight him, so your opinion might differ significantly in either direction.

The next three bosses are fought together as a team. (They work that way, but have issues in a solo setting, as you will soon see!)

Escape: Run away! Used if alone.

Counter: If Slash and Flea are alive, has a 100% counter chance of countering any damage with:
Delta Force (20 MP): 576 Darkness magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.

Comments: ... um. Even if you give him a phantom Flea and Slash so he can use his counters he's basically a frailer but slightly more damaging status-immune Renault. Some sort of Low Light? Too bad I don't, so he's Puny. CT or MF6, Ozzie just can't catch a break, can he?

Slash

HP: 25000
MP: 2000
Speed: 62 (132%)
Def: 100 (1.21x)
MDef: 150 (0.82x)

Nulls Ice and Water. Immune to all negative status except Confuse and Slow.

Attack: 262 physical damage. He doublecommands this, so 524.
Sonic Chaos (20 MP): 363 magic damage

Counter: If Flea is alive, has a 100% counter chance of countering any damage with:
Fire Skean: 519 Fire magic damage. Ignores evade.

If Flea is not alive, he instead counters with:
Yes Indeed!: 524 physical damage

Comments: A bit better, near-4HKO damage with counters to match, and he's fast. Still feels like a pretty crappy wannabe counter whore. Light.

Flea

HP: 25000
MP: 2000 (dies if this is destroyed)
Speed: 35 (89%)
Def: 80 (1.37x)

Floats. Immune to all negative status except Stop.

Kiss: 152 physical damage, inflicts Sleep
Gra (22 MP): 107 magic damage, MT
Poison Mist: 357 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison and Seizure, MT. Ignores evade.
Muddle (8 MP): Inflicts Confuse, 94% hit rate.
Schiller (20 MP): Inflicts Dark, 80% hit rate, MT.

Counter: If Ozzie and Slash are alive, has a 100% counter chance of countering any damage with:
Impulse (53 MP): 595 magic damage

Comments: Best of the bunch by far. While he also has crappy damage (and even better, SCHILLER), he can Confuse or Sleep his foe then poison them or otherwise spam magic and watch them die. Kiss spam is perfect, and Muddle locking is somewhat possible too. Still too frail and gives up the first turn too often, also explodes if both his key statuses are blocked. Middle.

Magus has First Strike.

Attack: 810 physical damage
Geyser: 810 physical damage, inflicts Seizure. Ignores evade.

If Magus has an elemental weakness, he gains a new spell temporarily, based on the weakness, as follows:
Fire -> Fire 3 (51 MP): 1414 Fire magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target
Ice -> Ice 23 (52 MP): 1426 Ice magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target
Lightning -> Giga Volt (20 MP): 1286 Lightning magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target
Water -> Water Edge: 1169 Water magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.
Darkness -> Delta Force (20 MP): 1520 Darkness magic damage. Ignores evade.
Holy -> Megid (64 MP): 75% cHP Holy gravity damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Wind -> Nazan (45 MP): 1227 Wind magic damage, MT
Earth -> Earthquake (20 MP): 1169 Earth magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target

Counter: 100% chance of counter any damage with Wall Change. This allows him to absorb one element, be weak to its opposite, and null the rest. After using Wall Change, he has a 2/3 chance of using Geyser, and a 1/3 chance of using his physical, to complete the counter.

Below half HP, loses the counters and special spells, and gains the following:
Dark Matter: 1814 Darkness magic damage, MT. Ignores evade. One-turn charge time.
Holocaust: 1361 magic damage, MT. Ignores evade. One-turn charge time.

Comments: Oh yeah, the badassery returns. Magus has plenty of HP, and great defences in his first phase. He can hide behind his barriers and lob 2HKO damage while owning everything except NE magic and ITD, and he's even pretty tough against the former. He's kinda screwed if you get him down to phase 2 (for all that he's still pretty scary in-game), but it can finish some people off. Godlike.

Endgame awaits!

Mirror Shade (61 MP): Inflicts Image status on himself (perfect evade, 25% chance of being broken by a physical attempt). Also gives his opponents a 65000 HP wall that will absorb physical damage until it is destroyed.
MBarrier (50 MP): Inflicts Protect (1/3 reduction of oncoming magic damage, permanent) and Reraise (when killed, revive with 1/8 max HP and erase status changes). (He's immune to Regen, and already has Quicken/Shield.)
Mystic (50 MP): 1587 healing... but because he has Auto-Reflect, it can only heal his enemy.
Revive: 4046 healing. This one works!

Supersonic: Inflicts Confuse, 128% hit rate, MT.
Disaster (20 MP): Inflicts Dark, Imp, Condemned, Mute, Confuse, and Float, MT. 62% hit rate. (Either all non-immuned statuses hit, or none.)
Scar Beam (20 MP): 153 Holy magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Icy Wind: 301 Ice magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Ifrit Caress (20 MP): 438 Fire magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Earthquake (20 MP): 548 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.

Mjollnir (60 MP): 712 Lightning magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.
Whump: 841 magic damage, MT. Ignores defence and evade.
Ianuki (60 MP): 1111 Wind magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.
Psychic (80 MP): 2443 magic damage. Ignores defence.
Last Fang: Tries to summon Lucied but Lucied says "screw you, with that mdef and element nonsense I could OHKO you". Has no effect.
Hinas: Runs away! Well, he tries. And fails. The lesson is, never try.

(Yes, that's way too many moves. The only ones that really matter are Psychic, Supersonic, Disaster, and MBarrier, though.)

Counter: 2/3 chance of countering any damage with one of two attacks, with an even probablity:
Attack: 1391 physical damage
Excalipoor: 4867 physical damage (Meeple is insane)

Comments: This is why you don't let Hatbot design a boss. Somewhere in the insanity is a good dueller if you give him AI, though - most of his magic blows but Psychic burns like acid, and Supersonic is a brutal status attack, and it's all powered by insane speed. Might as well be physically immune (you can't beat the HEALING...) and nails some elements, but gets fried by magic otherwise... except he has both Reflect and Protect. Oh, and those counters aren't pleasant at all, and Alma auto-life cheese can rape the slow. High Godlike.

Attack: 926 physical damage

At half HP, he gains access to the following:
Open First Gate: Inflicts Haste, Protect, and Shield status (1/3 damage reduction, 31% more speed).
Omote Renge: 1389 physical damage

At one quarter HP, he gains access to the following:
Open Second Gate: Inflicts Image, Morph, and Berserk status (Seizure does ~478 damage twice a round, or 0.75% of his HP)

After Berserk, he can now only physically attack, but due to its powerup along with Morph, he does:
Attack: 2315 physical damage

Comments: Limit boss. He's got a pretty fast 3HKO, then a really fast 2HKO, and then a OHKO. Good mages should get around either limit, but fighters will likely see the first at least. The powerups taking turns is bad but the speed offsets this some. Evade whores own him, however, though at least he can evade some in kind. Heavy of some flavour.

Char (20 MP): 1376 Fire magic damage, MT
Flare Star (20 MP): Target Level * 80 / number of targets damage. In a duel vs. my levels, 2720 Fire magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.

Comments: Pyro-bait. Yes. He's pretty lucky, though, since Firaga Ball, despite the name, is non-elmental. So we've got a version of Rubicant who doesn't hit quite as hard or last as long, but owns elemental damage and can't really be spoiled. Godlike.

Char (20 MP): 1930 Fire magic damage, MT

Comments: Straightforward. He'd love non-fail speed, but beyond that? Good damage, awesome durability. Bit one-dimensional and the speed really does suck (most high-end PC healers should handle him unless they have Rydia-like durability). Heavy/Godlike. The speed makes him a downgrade from his BoF1 form as far as I'm concerned, though his backup damage being better helps.

Holy Breath: 2408 physical damage. Ignores evade.
Giga Volt (20 MP): 1363 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.

Comments: Another tanky boss (defences cancel HP and she's about even with Zog). She takes a while to bring down, and Holy Breath is painful, with Giga Volt as okay backup. Speed still kinda fails. Not quite as healer-bait as Zog, and a bit harder to wall, so... Low Godlike I suppose. (You must all start voting on this form now.)

Zande

HP: 90000

MDef: 127 (average)

Always double acts, but the first half of the doubleact is always Analyse (SHOWS HPS/WEAKNESSES) so this is pointless. The second half is one of:

Earthquake (20 MP): 2554 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Char (20 MP): 3064 Fire magic damage, MT
Meteo (20 MP): 4707 magic damage, MT. Ignores defence. 80% hit rate.

If hit by Garland, Zande will take DAMAGE TOO HIGH TO COUNT!!! and die instantly.

Comments: Good lord. And I thought Milon got improved by MF6. He's got nothing about Zande, FF3j's scrubby main villain who somehow learned to doublecast and doubled his damage on top of that. He's kinda superbossy but MBlock and Fire res make him quite doable (128 MBlock means you win). His durability is respectable but not uber. As far as the Garland weakness goes? Well, he OHKOs FF1 Garland first, but FF9 version's insane speed crushes him. Otherwise, High Godlike.

Fou-Lu

HP: 130000

Floats. Weak to Fire. Absorbs Ice. Nulls all other elements. Immune to all negative status except Slow.

Fou-Lu has First Strike, which he uses on Fallen One.

At the beginning of each turn besides the one with which he has First Strike, Fou-Lu will, as a free action, use Wall Change, setting his elemental weakness to an element of his choice. He now absorbs that element's opposite and nulls all other elements.

Fallen One (20 MP): Sets target's HP to 1, MT. Ignores evade.
Attack: 1240 physical damage. He doublecommands this, so 2480.
Aura Smash: 1860 physical damage. Ignores evade.
Earthquake (20 MP): 1375 Earth magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Absolute Zero (20 MP): 1513 Ice magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 1678 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Solar Flare (70 MP): 1788 Holy magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.
Reinfleche (52 MP): 1375 Darkness magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Nazan (45 MP): 1445 Wind magic damage, MT
Megid (64 MP): 75% cHP Holy gravity damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Deadly Fingertips (20 MP): Inflicts Death. Ignores evade.
Virite (20 MP): 275 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison. Can be used MT at half damage. 80% hit rate.

Counter: Has two, independent 1/3 chances of countering any damage with his physical. Average counter damage is 827.

Comments: TAAANK. Crazy defence and owns elemental damage (unless you have Fire, in which case you have one shot at him). His raw HP may be a small step down from BoF4, but he doesn't really care. Damage is certainly solid enough, and impossible to wall, while PCs bite it to either Virite->Fallen One or Deadly Fingertips. Counters make him even better. Nice remix of his Godlike Champ BoF4 form, so to High Godlike he goes. You can fight him much earlier if you want (no prereqs for fighting him, and I've saved him to right before the final dungeon myself), but that only makes him more evil.

Flare Star (20 MP): Target Level * 80 / number of targets damage. In a duel vs. my levels, 2800 Fire magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.
Flametongue: 2850 physical damage. Ignores defence. 220% hit rate.
Roar (20 MP): Switches the row of one target.

Below half HP, he gains access to the following:
Bakutsai Tanketsu: 922 Earth magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.
Hawkeye: Kills the target, physical. Ignores defence and evade and immunity and everything, except total physical immunity.

Counter: 100% chance of countering any Water damage with Hawkeye. (So you'd damn well better kill him if you try.)

Note: See Ena for disclaimer on Flametongue.

Comments: Stupidly broken. Vaguely like Boss TimeLord from what I know of him, only better - instant wins below half HP and scary as hell before then (OHKO damage off great speed). Spoils physicals too. If he didn't have Flametongue godly fire-immune could beat him, but as is... really struggling to think of anyone besides Zophar who pulls it off. Unrankable High Godlike.

Note: Final dungeon bosses! You have to take in three parties. Since my Def/MDef/Evade averages assume that you use limited-use equips (like Mystiles), average defences will drop a lot if you don't rotate equips during this three-party segment. Mainly MDef (expect enemies to do about 15% more magic damage) and MBlock. Scale as you will.

Comments: Decent, I guess? Offence isn't really what we're used to (his magic... doesn't even 2HKO?), but the defences are solid and Stop is mean. Probably turn 2 by now, but that doesn't matter too much with his durability. Also, good counters. High Heavy.

Comments: Dragonite's partner in crime. Better on the attack, worse on the defence. Slow isn't as directly useful as Stop, but it works on more things and can buy him time to pair it with Haste for infinite turns. Even enough trade overall. High Heavy. (WATCH OUT FOR MP-KILLS, THOUGH!)

Mega Kahn

HP: 120000
MP: 5200
Speed: 65 (137%)
Def: 158 (0.76x)
MDef: 135 (0.94x)

Immune to all negative status except Slow.

Attack: 1006 physical damage
Holy (40 MP): 2687 Holy magic damage
Megid (64 MP): 75% cHP Holy gravity damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Virite (20 MP): 498 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison. Can be used MT at half damage. 80% hit rate.

Below half HP, Kahn immediately gains Shield status (1/3 reduction of oncoming physical damage), and gains access to the following:
Tiger Fist: Three physical attacks against random targets, followed by three more at random odds of 1/3, 1/3, and 2/3 of being used, respectively. Average damage is 4360. The first hit also removes Reflect status.

Counter: 1/3 chance of countering any damage with his physical.

Comments: I don't really need to explain this do I? OHKOs at high HP, overkills below half (though bad evade screws this part), decently durable especially physically, and badass speed. Godlike. Can be spoiled, but very not easily. The power of KAAAHHHNNN is strong indeed.

Godlike Champion Ghaleon

HP: 180000
MP: 65535
Speed: 12 (52%)
Def: 180 (0.59x)
MDef: 150 (0.82x)

Immune to all negative status.

Always double acts. He can't use the same move twice in one turn, however.

Ice 3 (52 MP): 1280 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.

to caster, limited by target's remaining HP and caster's missing HP. Ignores reflect.
Hell Wave (20 MP): 1154 magic damage
Deadly Fingertips (20 MP): Inflicts Death. Ignores evade.
Chaos Shield: Creates a shield that takes all damage for Ghaleon. Destroyed by 10000 damage, can't be Dispelled.

Comments: You all know him. Pretty much the same as his SSSC form, a bit frailer and the physical nerfed slightly, but still good stuff. Speed is pathetic, but durability rules, Chaos Shield rules, instant death rules, and he OHKOs if he takes an offensive strategy. High Godlike.

Godlike Champion Myria

HP: 300000 (!)
MP: 19000
Speed: 75 (153%)
Def: 230 (0.20x)
MDef: 127 (average)

Immune to all negative status.

Attack: 1588 physical damage
Big Crash: 2383 physical damage
Fire 3 (51 MP): 1774 Fire magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Ice 3 (52 MP): 1788 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Nazan (45 MP): 1539 Wind magic damage, optionally MT
Stop (10 MP): Inflicts Stop, 100% hit rate.
Mystic (50 MP): 4559 healing, MT

Also has a specific doublecast of:
Muddle (8 MP): Inflicts Confuse, 94% hit rate.
Virite (20 MP): 293 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison. Can be used MT at half damage. 80% hit rate.

Below half HP, she gains access to the following:
Giga Volt (20 MP): 1612 Lightning magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.
Holocaust: 1319 magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Deadly Fingertips (20 MP): Inflicts Death. Ignores evade.

Comments: Rules at everything. Takes all the strengths of both her BoF1 form and BoF3 form and rolls them into one, except her HP isn't as good as the BoF1 form (still utterly insane). Won't die to physicals ever, great offence which can't really be walled (extreme evade could do it pre-Holocaust, maybe), and multiple nasty status attacks. High Godlike, and has a good case for being unrankably good.

Godlike Champion(?) Altima

HP: 87408
MP: 18900
Speed: 35 (89%)
Def: 127 (average)
MDef: 108 (1.15x)

Weak to Holy. Immune to all negative status except Slow.

Sword Strike: 1609 physical damage
For the Child: 1410 magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.
Grand Cross (20 MP): Attempts to inflict one random status, MT. Statuses that can be chosen are Dark, Zombie, Stone, Poison, Imp, Death Sentance, Mute, Berserk, Confuse, Siezure, Sleep, Slow, and Stop. 110% hit rate.

Below 2/3 HP, Altima immediately gains Haste status (31% speed boost), and gains access to the following:
Attack: 1073 (replaces Sword Strike)
Ultima (80 MP): 3654 magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores defence and evade.
Divine Blade (18 MP): 731 MP damage. Ignores defence. (This is about 1.5x average MP.)
Dispel (25 MP): Dispels all positive status. Ignores evade.

Counter: 100% chance of countering any fire damage with Divine Blade. Useable only if Altima was already below 2/3 HP before the attack struck.

Comments: Limit boss. She's not really much at high HP, with a sluggish 2HKO (though PCs won't want to dick around with her due to Grand Cross). Once she gets going she overkills, though, and the speed problem goes away to boot. The limit's difficult to dodge if you don't have Holy, but enough people do it probably. Bosses can tank one Ultima often, too. Low Godlike. Heh, DL doesn't really do her justice, I feel, which is the opposite of her FFT form!

Final Kefka
"This is sickening! You sound like chapters from a self-help booklet!"

Note: You fight Kefka immediately after the tiers who are very scary bosses in their own right. You probably don't have full control over what your party is. I'm assuming defences drop by 1/10/16 as a result (2/3 of the bonuses granted by unique shields). Maybe I should have done this for the previous bosses too, I dunno.

HP: 186000
MP: 38000
Speed: 72 (148%)
Def: 117 (1.08x)
MDef: 108 (0.94x)
Hit rate: 190%

Floats. Nulls Darkness. Immune to all negative status.

Due to the way the tiers work, both sides have First Strike in this battle. I'm kinda inclined to throw that out, myself.

PC averages: Lv 37, HP 2620, 42 Speed, 202 Def, 163 MDef, 45 MBlock

Fallen One (20 MP): Sets target's HP to 1, MT. Ignores evade.
Havoc Wing: 5832 physical damage

Ice 3 (52 MP): 1264 Ice magic damage. Can be used MT at half damage.

Water Edge: 1036 Water magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores evade.
Poison Mist: 622 Darkness magic damage, inflicts Poison and Seizure, MT. Ignores evade.
Swagger: Inflicts Confuse and Berserk, MT, 90% hit rate.
Train: Inflicts Blind and Silence, MT. Ignores evade.
Revenger (20 MP): Dispels all positive status, MT. Ignores evade.

Below 2/3 HP, he gains access to the following:
Grand Cross (20 MP): Attempts to inflict one random status, MT. Statuses that can be chosen are Dark, Zombie, Stone, Poison, Imp, Death Sentance, Mute, Berserk, Confuse, Siezure, Sleep, Slow, and Stop. 110% hit rate.
Goner (20 MP): 2279 magic damage, MT. Ignores evade. One-turn charge time.
From now on, when Kefka uses a normal turn on Havoc Wing, Train, Revenger, or Grand Cross, he has a 2/3 chance to add a free Havoc Wing onto the end of his attack. Average damage of a Double Havoc Wing attempt is 9720.

Below 1/3 HP, he gains access to the following:
Dark Matter: 1243 Darkness magic damage, MT. Ignores evade.

Counters (bit complicated here):

-If Kefka was below 2/3 HP before the attack struck, he has a 100% chance of countering with one of the following, at even probability:
Attack: 1458 physical damage
Divine Blade (18 MP): 861 MP damage. Ignores defence. (This is about 1.75x average MP.)
Flametongue: 2950 physical damage. Ignores defence. 220% hit rate. (Step-based.)
Average counter damage is 2204/1469, depending if Divine Blade is considered a threat or not.

-If Kefka was below 1/3 HP before the attack struck, he instead has a 100% chance of countering with one of the following, at even probability:
Attack: 1458 physical damage
Ether Strike (20 MP): 4307 magic damage. Ignores defence and evade.
Ultima (80 MP): 4307 magic damage, MT, half damage against more than one target. Ignores defence and evade.
Average counter damage is 3357.

Kefka can not counter on the turns immediately before or after he uses Goner.

Comments: So broken it's not funny. (Actually he kinda needs all that in-game, and is a cool fight. Of course, not always for DL reasons, Goner is a pretty nasty attack in-game for instance.) Overkill damage off good speed that only gets better once he gets started, and the counters will just completely destroy most people. Also has more PC-killing tricks than he knows what to do with. Great durability. Nearly unstoppable, your only hope is to wall Havoc Wing and have uber enough damage/durability to deal with his counters. High Godlike. Huge improvement over the FF6 form (TRIPLE HP) which was already badass.

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.
Maybe.
