Zopher (Lunar2) vs. Lavos (CT) - One of these two revives for as long as humans have hatred. The other dies permanently when killed. GG.

Gig - Soul Nomad - Gods - Hey guys, look at me, I cut through everything and kill the God of Drazil. Who's called Drazil. Whatever, Gig's pretty strong in his own game, so I'd place him at Gods.

Lenneth (VPs) vs. Kuja (FF9)- Lenneth brought back what Loki destroyed yes but he just left it a barran waste not completly destroyed it like Kuja can and will. Kuja somehow not dying in space makes me believe he can survive in space. Lenneth is less likly to do so.
This oddly reminds me of the Frieza vs Goku fight with Kuja being Frieza o.o. I can't beat you so I'll blow up the planet and let you die in space.

Melfice (G2) vs. Emelious de Pamela (G3)- Emelious has the godkiller yes. However Melfice has one thing that trumps this. He can float on air! Even in Human form so imagine his floating powers in demon form.
Mithos Yggdrasil (ToS) vs. Ashley Winchester (WA2)- Okay Mithos you had your time.

Middle:
Lucia (Lunar 2) vs. Tim Rhymeless (WA2)- Zephyr puts his heart in to his attack against Lucia but she still lives. Justine not wanting to be outshown by Zephyr rips out his heart and force feeds Lucia with it. All that could be heard was "Yes Lucia, taste my courage!" before both prombtly died. Justine for having no heart and Lucia for being forced to eat a Heart the size of herself.
Remember that the heart as Zephyr has shown it the strongest thing you can attack with. So rip it out and do something with it today. It'll win you many things, I mean Tim won through the power of the heart did he not?

Light:

I doubt thats enough. She had to guard against Loki's attack so I'm going to guess that she can't just astralise to protect herself from attacks with such power. Ultima is in that range so yeah.

It is not about Ultima killing her or not, but rather, she use her astral form to stay in space. So destroying the battle ground or not does not matter to her.
Add the fact that not even Dragon Orb can just finish her off, I doubt Ultima can outright kills her. Which would take Kuja a couple more shots of Ultima, but we know of Kuja body condition, how many Ultima can he toss out before he kills himself? And this is on top of Lenneth's regenerative powers. Even you don't see it recovers all the damage that Ultima can do, I think it is fair to see it protects Leneth long enough to the point Kuja is going to kill himself.

Ah I knew I was forgetting something. I'll throw some names at you now I guess.

Nominations -

Shane Carradine (Wa3) - Very odd choice to put in but I think much better then his brother who was in just now. Actually knows what he talks about when he speaks (Unlike said brother) and can summon an endless amount of Hydras and Salamandras. Heavy/Middle in ranking depending on how much respect you give the beasts.

Trump Card (Wa4) - Do I need to state why. Has powerfull pistols, generally awesome and is rival to a man who can move at inhuman speed and has an Arm. Godlike/Heavy.

Zack Fair (CCFF7) - Can take on armies by himself and is more or less the best in SOLDIER. Sephy just got media hype apparently. Heavy.

Jack of Blades (Fable) - Odd pick and shouldn't be picked most likely as very few people played Fable from what I remember. Anyway he is an unequalled swordsman able to take on several Guild members by himself and slay monsters like they were nothing. Has a cursed mask and can turn in to a dragon.
Heavy.

Widdershin (ToW) - Is a Descender and commands a world eating world. Godlike.
