MOMO (XS) vs. Scholtenheim Reinbach III (S4)- Reinbach hates confuse. There's a ton of other factors but... confuse.
Poco (AtLC) vs Lexis Shaia (Lufia 2)- Poco needs to win this with a might magic Lion Drum doubleturn. I think he can pull that off.

Randi (SoM) vs. Tellah (FF4)- Turn one Randi offense is that bad.

I'm assuming that Tibarn doubles, but that Empyrea's doubleact works like a brave weapon and doesn't trigger 2 separate counters.

Elc (AtLC) vs Deis (BoFs): Deis 2 goes first and frags with ID. Elc's not that fast, and magic canceler is just a damage reducer.

Galcian (SoA) vs. Legretta (TotA): The real question is: Does Galcian 4HKO? If not, he eats an MA and gets vaporized. Otherwise, he avoids the MA and probably wins. Well, I know I see Legretta taking 4 terminals.
Marisa (FE8) vs. Millenia (G2): Wins if she one-rounds, otherwise loses since G2 techs ignore evade. Looks like Marisa falls short.
Berserk (WA1) vs Fenril (OB): WA1o stuff does ignore evade. It's still a close fight, moderate durability and damage edge for berserk vs. huge speed edge for fenril.

Just to set the record straight, there is no way Nergal OHKOs Jude. With his higher-MDef armour, Jude doesn't fall over dead until he takes 82% PCHP damage. Nergal doesn't have that. He doesn't have it even if you totally ignore the two Res-boosting weapons you have and supports. (50 attack vs. 14.something res and 45 HP.) Him winning relies on you seeing him survive long enough to 2HKO.
