Royce is probably pretty borderline on OHKO damage. Topic has her doing 220 damage at L45, and average HP is 230 at L50. Remember general LSSC stat gains being low, but not sure how that applied to HP.

It's not +10 a level I'm pretty sure. Though yes, she is really close.
