Time & Space: A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda - The Fighting Priest (Xenogears) vs Dragon Slayer 4 Arrange Album - Ending (Dragon Slayer 4) - Fighting Priest ends right when it's getting good. Ending is pleasant throughout.
Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6) - World's End isn't quite as boring as I thought it was in the first round, but there's no way it's beating Hot Pink.
kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3)
Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2)

ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom) - Decisive victory for Kefka
Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World)
McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6)
Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle)

Time & Space: A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda - The Fighting Priest (Xenogears) vs Dragon Slayer 4 Arrange Album - Ending (Dragon Slayer 4) - Eh.

Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6) - More eh.

kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3) - Still more eh.

Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2) - This, I actually care about somewhat.  That said, I don't think this is particularly close.

ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom) - I like both of them, but I guess I like the latter just a bit more.

Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World) - Battle Medley is competent but not much more.

McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6) - Slaughter

Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle) - The former probably could've been done better.  The latter's nice to listen to.

Time & Space: A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda - The Fighting Priest (Xenogears) vs Dragon Slayer 4 Arrange Album - Ending (Dragon Slayer 4): TFP again manages to barely exist. Ending's pretty solid.
Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6): Boring-off. World's End is a bit nicer.
kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3): More yawns.
Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2): Match of two good tracks, close.
ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom): Both are pretty good but really unimaginative.
Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World): Ghost just doesn't catch me.
McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6): Waaay better at pretty much the same thing.
Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle): Rar.

Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6) - Good match.

kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3) - Good match again.

Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2) - Genre bias.

ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom) - This pool is mostly meh to me.  Decent, but not much to say.

Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World) - I like Ghost.

McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6) - As Tonfa said, better at the same thing.

Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle)-  Sure.

Still unimpressed with Fighting Priest.
Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6)
Tricky.  World's End is less boring this time, but still a close match.
kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3)
Less boring.
Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2)
Parasprinter is cool but overstays its welcome / doesn't do anything neat toward the end.
ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom)
Easy.
Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World)
Ghost is good times.
McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6)
Yup.
Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle)
Morning Grow is less coherent than I recall.

Time & Space: A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda - The Fighting Priest (Xenogears) vs Dragon Slayer 4 Arrange Album - Ending (Dragon Slayer 4)
I really, really like this piece of music.

Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6)
Overly long, but at least it's nice to listen to.

kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3)
Still a piece I like.

Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2)
One of my favourite pieces in the pool.

ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom)
Infernal Temple is pretty rocking, but gets a little repetitive in parts, and I'm a sucker for well done medleys.

Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World)
Nothing special, but doesn't have the annoying mechanidrum that ruins an otherwise good piece.

McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6)
What's with annoying drums?  Anyways, STK manages a piece that's good enough that it manages to overcome that, but mostly because I don't like Weepy Loop that much.

Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle)
Seems pretty clean cut.  Just more energy.

Time & Space: A Tribute to Yasunori Mitsuda - The Fighting Priest (Xenogears) vs Dragon Slayer 4 Arrange Album - Ending (Dragon Slayer 4): Pretty easy. I love the basic song and they did some nice stuff with it.
Benefit of the Boomerang - At The World's End (Terranigma) vs Prince of Darkness - The Hot Pink of Blues (Final Fantasy 6): Both of these are excellent mood pieces, though.
kLuTzMusic - Town Theme Piano Arrangement (Final Fantasy 1) vs Gux - MM3 Wily Metal Oc remix (Megaman 3)
Reuben Kee - Ryu for Four Pianos (Street Fighter 2) vs Ninjascape - The Parasprinter (Ninja Gaiden 2)
ansgaros - Kefka Gets Decisive (Final Fantasy 6) vs Xi - Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple (Perfect Cherry Blossom)
Opus.XERO - Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley (Final Fantasy 7) vs Nixdorux - Ghost (Super Mario World): Really fun, for all that the FFVII medley is totally metal and so on.
McWaffe - Weepy Loop (Final Fantasy VI) vs STK - Forever Rachel (Final Fantasy 6)
Ys Series Metal Arrange CD Tears for the Lovers - The Morning Grow (Ys) vs Dark Chronicle Premium Arrange - Moonlight Tango (Dark Chronicle): Vastly more my style.

Editing of answers is in progress.

The Fighting Priest vs Ending - Both nice.
At The World's End vs The Hot Pink of Blues - End is mehish and goes for far, far too long, but it does have a couple of good segments. Hot Pink is never good.
Town Theme Piano Arrangement vs Wily Metal - Seems simple enough.
Ryu for Four Pianos vs Ninjascape - Matchup of meh.
Kefka Gets Decisive vs Touhou Youyoumu~Infernal Temple - Not difficult.
Final Fantasy 7 Battle Medley vs Ghost - Medley isn't special at all, but Ghost is the epitome of worthlessness.
Weepy Loop vs Forever Rachel - Weepy is awesome, but STK's Rachel is so much more awesome. Piano Fantasy forever.
The Morning Grow vs Moonlight Tango - What do we hate? Tango. When do we hate it? Consistently.
