Just noting here, it appears my uncle from DLC3[Gate knows who I'm talking about] is offering to help pay for parts of the con.

We already call him Mini-Meeple. There's no reason to subject him to the orginal and pass the point of no return. hehe.

Give him another couple of years and maybe. Right now, WAY too young to be hanging out with you freaks. ;) The mother in me knows better.

While I realize that this is something of a joke and not targeted specifically at me, the part of me that is a schoolteacher is a little hurt at the idea of a mother telling me that I shouldn't be around her kid...

One of my friends just invited me to go fly with him back to Philly for his best friends wedding in Jersey. The date he mentioned was sometime in July.

Not saying the dates will coincide, but....who knows!

Edit:

Looks like four spots for international guests. CT/Tonfa are confirmed, Nitori's a probable. My goal for the internationals is to avoid them having to pay for food/room, but we'll see there. Going to start PMing people this month about that.

You've willingly exposed him to me and Laggy, and we got along fine. Then again, I can't remember the last time I didn't get along well with someone under the age of 12; come to think of it, I strongly suspect he's more comfortable around adults than I am....

...Where was I? Oh, yeah: Niu. I can totally understand why you wouldn't want someone of that age to hear lines like "gaming takes priority over socialization!" >_>
