So... the dawn of the new depression has effected ticket prices in ways I did not expect and I can actually probably afford to make it after all. I need to double check with work, but I may just end up being a yes. I need to sort out other stuff like who/where to stay with before/after though because again, long arse flight makes for a goddamned holiday either side of it.

Mmm...ok, travel plans look like this:

Head east from Morgantown (WV) to Hagerstown (Maryland), then northeast through Chambersburg, Harrisburg, Allentown (PA), then east through Morristown to Wayne (NJ). Anyone on that way, let me know - I can probably make a detour if needed. Drive is about 6 hours.

Oil prices are spiking again (50 dollars a barrel) I would strongly suggest that anyone flying in buy tickets as quickly as possible.

Oh, I should say this now, cause I'm not sure everyone quite understands...

Do *NOT* bring any food into my house. This is an odd request, but bare with me:

My mother is big on being Kosher. Therefor, rather than trying to explain what you can and cannot bring, it'd just be easier to say "Don't bring any food into the house." So yeah, if you wrap anything up from a Restaurant, bring it back to your hotel room...or just don't wrap it up at all. Don't buy any sort of food unless you plan on eating it on the spot or outside of my house. My parents are pretty strict on this stuff.

I'd love to explain what "Kosher" means but that gets complicated, so yeah, just for one last point, do NOT bring any food.

Drinks are fine, mind (though please keep them non-Alcholic, for all that I don't think that'll be a problem), since Kosher doesn't really apply there.

I don't think any of the above will be a problem; yes, I will make sure there's food provided at my house, but yeah, this is something I think should be noted.

So yeah, money's still an issue, and not sure how I'd be getting there yet. But, my summer classes at that point would make it doable - last class for the week is Thurs. and ends at 11:30 a.m., and Mon. class doesn't start until 1 p.m., so I can get home late Sun. and sleep in (or even leave really early Mon. morning if I had to).

I'll probably not be driving myself over, though, so unless train schedules are good enough, I'll need a ride to get there. And, of course, need to get the money as well, which isn't a sure thing.

So yeah, nothing really new (I'll be sure either way by June, promise T_T), but schedule is now known (as long as I've been at whatever job I'm doing long enough to get whatever days I need off >_>).

Ok, this needs to be said now, and since we're nearing DLCon time in only a few short months...

DEADLINE: May 21st.

You need to have confirmed by then. If you're on Probably/Maybe, you will be considered not coming if you do not change by then, UNLESS you have a really damn good reason. We need to start booking the hotels and its hard to do so when we don't know whose coming and such.

Ideally, those who haven't dealt with their travel plans yet, please do so ASAP as well. We're running out of time and we need to get this shit figured out.

I'm going to need the following info from you, for a variety of reasons.

Your real life name.
Your address.
Phone Numbers (Cell ideally if you have one)
Some emergency contact with required info to contact them.

Even if you think I have this info, send it to me anyway, its important.

If you think this is a little extreme...well, remember, you're coming to my house, which is technically my parents house, and they kind of want your personal info in case something goes wrong (be it you do something really fucking stupid and we need to hunt you down, or something unexpected happens, thus the emergency contact is required)
Whether you want to display this stuff here, PM me via the boards or IRC, or flat out E-mail me in the info, any of that is fine. I just need to get a hand on it.

Well, basically, I'm meant to be coming over for about 1-2 weeks, so I'd need everyone who's gonna be staying past the weekend to say ASAP - I know Super mentioned it, but can't remember who else said they might.
If that were all to be sorted out within the next week or so, then... should be able to go. If not, I'll at least be able to give a definite answer.
