He knows his Arc Edge. He certainly knows his potential, his limitations, and, most importantly, his resolve. And he can transform into a monster. So that's likely enough to take this guy out! I mean, sure, it looks like he might have enough damage to be threatening, but this Shuzer dude also looks frail as all get out. One combo as Super Rue should easily toast the guy and let Rue get back to trying to figure out where Claire might be... once again.
