Godlike:
Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII) vs. Anima (FFX): Think he can survive two hits from her? More than enough.

Heavy:
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2): A twinked Flare should do it.

Middle:
Norn (Atelier Iris) vs. Walnut (Phantom Brave): Candification for PC, just obliterate the boss in a shot?
Alouette(La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Don Mole (Dragon Quest 8): Alouette is pretty scrubby, as I recall.

Light:
Dean Stark (Wild Arms 5) vs. Batta the Beast (Fire Emblem 7): Cute.

Wizard toasts Bubba. Bwhahaha to Bubba getting off his good damage here.

Heavy:
Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2): Augus is completely unfair. Summoner's got OHKO damage and is faster and still loses.
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2): Bubba durability on the other hand, isn't so good. Probably dies to a single Flare. Never mind that Wizard will get a second turn in, and can probably add even more damage. Possibly even a second Flare.

Light:
Dean Stark (Wild Arms 5) vs. Batta the Beast (Fire Emblem 7): Hmm, need to figure out exactly how I see Batta. Dean goes first, Batta counters. Dean needs to kill in two or die horribly. I'll think about where I see Batta's HP.

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.
Maybe.

Godlike:
Odio (Live a Live) vs. Nyarlathotep (Persona 2) - I think I've seen Odio's best form for this (the damage one). This being said, gut is Nyarly gets the damage he needs to in, unless I'm severely underestimating Odio speed. (His durability was... well, in that form, bad).

Heavy:
Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2) - Can't spell slaughter without laughter, and we have to please the fans~
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2) - I have Bubba durability respect and FFT mage casting time disrespect. ...The match is still close, due to Bubba taking a turn to get going.

Light:
Shuzer (Saga Frontier) vs. Rue (Threads of Fate) - Kills first. How sad.

Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2) - Uh yeah. Booms in spite of going last against OHKO damage.
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2) - Bubba on the other hand, isn't so hot. Wizard goes first and OHKOs.

Shuzer (Saga Frontier) vs. Rue (Threads of Fate) - Uh, I guess? Rue's damage is pretty danged sad, and Shuzer has good offense.

Wizard needs to get two really good shots in before Bubba gets his second turn. I don't see it happening.

Godlike:
Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII) vs. Anima (FFX)- No vote.
Odio (Live a Live) vs. Nyarlethotep (Persona 2)- No vote.

Heavy:
Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2)- DS Summoner.
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2)- I dunno, don't remember thinking Bubba's durability was sufficently low for Wizard to kill.

Middle:
Norn (Atelier Iris) vs. Walnut (Phantom Brave)
Alouette(La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Don Mole (Dragon Quest 8)- Alouette heals, goes first, and does something resembling damage.  Not sure what Don Mole can do there.

Light:
Dean Stark (Wild Arms 5) vs. Batta the Beast (Fire Emblem 7)- Not super-inclined to respect Batta's accuracy.
Shuzer (Saga Frontier) vs. Rue (Threads of Fate)- Offense was.. at least salvagable.  Which is enough.

Odio (Live a Live) vs. Nyarlethotep (Persona 2) - Even O.Dio isn't killing fast enough. Nyarlie can put this away.

Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2) - DS Summoner
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2) - Isn't OHKOd, wizard needs that to win.

Middle:

Alouette(La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Don Mole (Dragon Quest 8) - See CK.

Godlike:
Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII) vs. Anima (FFX)- Anima is scaled damage wise to me, so think Vayne takes this clearly.

Heavy:
Summoner (FF3) vs. Augus (BoF2)
Wizard (FFT) vs. Bubba (Legaia 2)- Yeah, 463 damage when fully damage set up takes Bubba out! Losing that whole first turn is kind of a killer!

Light:
Dean Stark (Wild Arms 5) vs. Batta the Beast (Fire Emblem 7)- Lol no. Batta is crushed by an average PC, which just so happens to basically describe Dean.
...into the nightfall.

Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII) vs. Anima (FFX) - I remember actually mathing this one out.  It IS possible to see Anima winning, but it requires all the interpretations to fall her way.  Vayne has 9X PCHP, so things which are not Oblivion are not really going to phase him that much.  The evade hype might help Anima get to the Overdrive faster (along with surviving), except Vayne just switches down to his almost-as-good magic damage which can't really be evaded (though I think it can be blocked, but that isn't relevant here).

Edit: To expand on this, an FFX damage average with Aeons is probably 10,000 damage a turn (conservatively, it's probably more).  So 25K damage = PCHP.  Anima's attack does 1x PCHP damage, and Oblivion does 100K = 4x PCHP damage.  So Anima has to survive to land 5 (!) attacks on Vayne, then finish up with Oblivion.  Unless you see Vayne's damage as truly wretched, that isn't happening.  Additionally Vayne's magic paling goes up at around 60% health, and arguably might block Oblivion anyway, and also means that Vayne's damage spikes since he can use Piercing Holy.

Alouette(La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Don Mole (Dragon Quest 8) - Don Mole isn't exactly great on damage, Alouette's fine.

Yay for pretty much my only voting in all of NR.

Er, not really. Bubba is really slow AND skips his first turn, so Wizard gets in two shots.

I think he factors in charge time, which I do as well. Granted, for me it's very close to an OHKO, and I'd have to math it out to be sure.

Godlike:
Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII) vs. Anima (FFX) - Vayne isn't troubled here. Vayne could proberly take Yuna and her army so what chance does Anima have by herself?

Again, you seem to missing the point here, which is that Bubba is slow.

This means Wizard does have time to charge before his second turn. If Bubba is 8 FFT speed, which feels generous to him, then Wizard can get off a Bolt 2 before his second turn. If he's 7.5, then it's a second Flare.

I'm not sure I see Bubba as that slow, but I'd have to look at things. (For one, I'm pretty sure I consider him at a lower level).

But yeah, Wizard's got a good shot, don't get me wrong - it's why I haven't made up my mind yet.
