Dissidia: Did some more Duel Colosseum stuff, got a bunch of...random crap, including enough Megalixirs to get me 5 Pride of Youths, and ALMOST enough for 5 True Pasts.
Also did TIme Attack with Terra and Cloud. Terra didn't go over so well cause FUCK Tidus in Crystal World, and the set up was with button commands I'm not use to ("Ok, Tornado is good here...wait, shit, on this set up, its FORWARD HP, not Back! ARGH!" type scenariios, or me trying to hurl Blizzara instead using Holy Combo, which...yeah...), not to mention can't really abuse the EX Form nonsense I built her around for Duel Colosseum and such...
Cloud? First try, did it in 13 minutes or so, won 10 Megalixirs and 10 Rosetta stone items. Even though I am more use to how Terra works than Cloud, the main thing Cloud had going for him? his skill set up was almost identical to what I use; the only difference was Firaga or something was in place where I put Blade Beam, but I rarely use Blade Beam anyway (its a fall back ranged move at best), so it didn't matter. So yeah, adapting to the Arcade Mode Cloud was incredibly easy...cause its something I'm use too.
Probably go at it again, maybe with Firion or something, cause its a good way to get Megalixirs, and if I fail, its 10 Transmorgridusts, which are also good, cause god knows too many mid level fusions need these damn things (and I need 99 for a Super Ribbon anyway <_<)
Also, got a full Snow Petal set, so yay!
KH 358/2 Days: Bought this, started it up. I...think I'm still in the tutorial section of the game, cause I'm still learning the basics. Just did the shit with Laxrene, in any event.
So far though, while my experience is idiotically limited? Game is shaping up to be what I was expecting and more or less hoping it was. Finally we get to see an actual side of Orgy 13 that's more than just them being douches, finally we get some insight on Roxas and...yeah, its doing a good job of working its "Prequel to KH2" self. Gameplay, its KH1 so far, which works well enough for something like this. I just wish they adopted the old NES style of controls so that A was Jump and B was Attack, since that throws me off at times that they're reversed!
Still, game seems like it should be solid just based off initial impressions. Crisis Core was giving similar vibes when I first started it, and it generally lived up to those, and the game feels similar to Crisis Core, in how it relates to KH2. So yeah, looking forward to making actual progress when I sit down and actually play the game <_<
