Pretty sure the Luc there is supposed to be Tir.  You know, if they knew enough about the game to have Windy on the cover they at least have to have the main character.  Luc is only noteworthy in S1 in retrospect.

Who the hell wonky cleavage girl is on the right (Or is it cleavage with no depth of field?), I dunno.  I want to think that it could be Odessa but wouldn't put it past it to be Cleo.   Odessa lines up with the Conan Elf being Kirkis though, cause there is something from more than the opening of the game then!  Obviously enough to be Futch on the dragon though.

I like how... 80's everyone looks. I mean, the Luc person could be the Last Starfighter. I'm still pretty sure it's Luc. Very obviously a mage, and even kinda dressed like Luc.

The guy center left has a bow and arrow... definately Kirkis. I was thinking Odessa for that one though, yeah.

The Luc person is also dressed like Tir, since both Tir and Luc wear vests.
