Not too much of a jump from Julian Casablancas to Juan Corrida really. Same ethnicity, same hair, same propensity for cosplaying as anime characters.

Oh yeah, should note that the sig comes from metroidcomposite. Feels wrong not to credit Captain K, though.

She...doesn't, actually. That's just an odd angled shot that makes her look like KOS MOS. Here's a different in game shot (her rendered shot is...ah...not very representative of her, making her look MORE like KOS MOS):

Though, really, thing is, having a girl with blue hair in that art style is going to yield similarities to KOS MOS anyway, facially, so it was kind of inescapable.
