As a refresher:
Bold = New/ChangedProposed Contest Format:- 96 contestants.
- 8 brackets consisting of 12 each. One contestant from each bracket will advance to the quarterfinals.
- Voting format: 7 rounds with a 2-3 day voting period.

- Rufus and Clive, who came in 1st and 2nd place respectively last time, are being excluded.
- The other 6 who made it to Round 3 (Seifer, Yuri, Lawfer, Rune, Ephraim, and Raven) will be seeded.
- I have made up 1/2 of the contestant list using contestants from the last tournament, people you wanted to see in the tournament, Guy because I forgot him last time lololol, and 2 trolls at the end.
- Please nominate new contestants, up to 6 noms per person like nomming for a division in the DL.
--- You can nominate someone who someone else has already nominated if you want to for higher frequency.

If it's short of 48 unique nominees, then I will fill in some, or Captain K will be allowed to enter as many UOM as he likes. Or I will be add in cute animal characters... Like Mieu.
- I don't see anything wrong w/nominating DL members as long as they're male and have pictures.
- I don't see anything wrong w/nominating genderlol confused characters either (hi Jenna) or joke/troll characters (hi Cagalli).
- If you can justify an anime character who has a video game appearance (ie: me with Schneizel in the Geass DS RPG), then sure whatever.
- RPG characters preferred, but if you think the game has a large enough following in the DL or the artwork is easy to find to show people the character, then sure~- While the contest is all in good fun and lulz, cute guys are actually very serious business. If you genuinely think that someone shouldn't be on the list for whatever reason or you don't think that there's enough art for people to judge if they're A+++ hotness or not, then just say so in this thread.
