Godlike:
Ghaleon (Lunars) vs Claude Kenni (SO2)- Claude puts up a halfway decent fight for a borderliner at least.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4)- All the rest have happened before or feel really obvious
Rhapthorne (DQ8) vs Masaji Kato (SH2)
Lambda Zellweger (WA4) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC)

Heavy:
Jack van Burace (WA1) vs Presea Combatir (ToS)
Borgan (Lunar:EBC) vs Lin (BoF5)- Borgan respect not found.
Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN)- No great respect for Pokemon Paralysis
Momo (BoF3) vs Id (XG)- Doubles and two turns right off the bat.

Middle:
Darc (AtLC) vs Akihiko Sanada (Pers3)- Hmm...well, if Darc can get Ice with Pyron (And then I guess also depending on how much damage), he might take this. Don't find the storebought armor stuff legal anymore.
Nadia 'Marle' Guardia (CT) vs Axel (Dis2)- Axel is average damage in all forms, so he's not OHKOing her. Haste-heal-wear down works, especially since Axel isn't status immune.
Kazin (SF2) vs Titania (FE9)- Speed demon doubler=not good for Titania
Sprigg (CC) vs Paine (FFX-2)- Oh fuck, it's Sprigg. Gut reaction is as always "Not Paine" because that whole charge time/recharge time thing or going Berserk but having your buffs wear out long before the Berserk does really don't work all that well. Sprigg has some healing stuff, and situational Phys/Mag Negate stuff too, I guess.

Light:
Gogen (AtLC) vs Noel Chandler (SO2)- Noel. His healing outpaces Gogen's damage enough to eventually get in enough shots. Pathetic match.
Rozalin (Dis2) vs Tao (SF2)- Faster 2HKO.
Krin (S1) vs Hanako (Dis2)
Celine Jules (SO2) vs Anna Zirski (PS2)
...into the nightfall.

Godlike:
Ghaleon (Lunars) vs Claude Kenni (SO2) - Though, frankly, I should math this out... for me it's actually impressively close. EDIT: ...he gets really damn close to it but can't pull it off. Ah well.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4) - Also cute, but.
Rhapthorne (DQ8) vs Masaji Kato (SH2) - ... oh, hell.
Lambda Zellweger (WA4) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC) - ...oh, hell part 2.

Heavy:
Borgan (Lunar:EBC) vs Lin (BoF5) ahahaha, yeaaaaah.
Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN) - Need to think, since I do respect Paralysis.

Light:
Gogen (AtLC) vs Noel Chandler (SO2) - ... uh... this is... ...

Godlike:
Ghaleon (Lunars) vs Claude Kenni (SO2)- What Dhyer said.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4)
Rhapthorne (DQ8) vs Masaji Kato (SH2)
Lambda Zellweger (WA4) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC)

Heavy:
Borgan (Lunar:EBC) vs Lin (BoF5)- Borgan is better than Lin without status, damn it.
Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN)- Can't vote. ;_; Though I techically did get Zapdos right before quitting..
Momo (BoF3) vs Id (XG)- Slaughter.

Middle:
Nadia 'Marle' Guardia (CT) vs Axel (Dis2)
Sprigg (CC) vs Paine (FFX-2)- Not Sprigg.

Light:
Gogen (AtLC) vs Noel Chandler (SO2)- Noel is awful, but god- damn- can Gogen not handle healers.
Rozalin (Dis2) vs Tao (SF2)- Remake Tao fails as always.
Krin (S1) vs Hanako (Dis2)- No.
Celine Jules (SO2) vs Anna Zirski (PS2)- Isn't Celine.

...Noel's damage fails enough that Gogen's MP BUSTA manages to run him out of MP first, and then Gogen just slugs him down, unless I'm mistaken? Noel 9HKOs, probably 8HKOs Gogen. Gogen MP busts in 4 rounds, then has 4 rounds to kill?

this is all based on me correctly remembering both Noel and Gogen, but...

Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4) - Wren needed his healing to be full to have a chance here.

Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN) - RBY Zapdos lacks Thunderwave, which it really needs to have a chance here. Thunder is too unreliable to even heal lock, while Drill Peck is resisted and pretty close to useless.

Gogen has like 150% PDur (where higher is worse), and has the MP Stealing, which is 26% CHP a round. So he'll probably need at least 5 rounds to get all of Noel's MP, and possibly more since Noel does have good MP. Granted, Noel doesn't 9HKO normally, but probably still 8HKOs Gogen, and the physicals come out pretty quickly.

Godlike:
Ghaleon (Lunars) vs Claude Kenni (SO2): Just plain OHKOs, although he doesn't have to.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4): The healing issue is overcomplicating the fundamental point that Odd Eye one-rounds average and Wren isn't 2x average durability, so the 2HKO is pretty clean.
Rhapthorne (DQ8) vs Masaji Kato (SH2): Not... horribly unclose, actually. But yeah.
Lambda Zellweger (WA4) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC): Enough speed and durability to win this.

Heavy:
Borgan (Lunar:EBC) vs Lin (BoF5): I dunno.
Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN): Heal-lock with Drill Peck -> Thunder. Think Cristo beats all the other birds, just dislikes his lack of lightning resist here. Kinda hope Cristo wins because he beats Id to me. <.<
Momo (BoF3) vs Id (XG): Oh yay, focus whoring~

Middle:
Kazin (SF2) vs Titania (FE9): Desoul.
Sprigg (CC) vs Paine (FFX-2): Don't know, don't care.

Light:

Although this is obviously premature, discussion is fun and therefore how exactly would Cristo beat Id? Even should he live through Id's first barrage, his choices are either heal and face a double and therefore death, or Upper and assuming that completely nulls Id's physical damage, face a double ether spell and death.

Cristo resists wind in either form (Sacred Robe works for original), though I'm not entirely sure if you see Flying=Wind.

Jack / Presea - discussed this on chat at length. Jack goes first and they start trading turns.
Presea can get the EXSkill "Guard Status" for full status immunity, so I'd see Jack's awesome ID as missing here. Jack needs 3 hits to kill Presea while Presea wouldn't need more than 2. If she's using Pow Hammer DX, she also gets 2x damage vs. Humans, so arguably she could OHKO Jack.

I have less respect for Id's damage than you. I think we spelled that out pretty clearly back in Season... 14 or something. Might be a few extra levels or a few extra defensive equips, I have no idea. So yeah, survive DB, Upper, survive laughable Ether.

Alternatively you could just not allow focussing, like some people seem to do with Loki and Genevieve.

On Cristo resisting Wind, well, hmm, that's a point, although Drill Peck being Wind is frankly very weird. It's a strange situation, since many attacks introduced in more modern games that are Flying are obviously wind-like, but in RBY all the flying attacks involved, like, bird's beaks, while Razor Wind and Gust were Normal.

Is Guard Status unique to Presea, and is it a compound EX Skill?

Guard Status doesn't block ID in ToS (ToS has no ID). It is worth nothing that blanket status immunity in both series doesn't grant ID immunity (Sheriff Star in WA1 is just every skill in the game). WA2, ToL, and the other WA games don't provide for blanket status+ID immunity. Indeed, it isn't common in many games at all.

Guard Status is an EXSkill formed from Eternal+Immunity; and it's not unique to Presea. But since there's enough EX Gems in the game that everyone can get this skill, I allow it. EX Gems are even storebought late in the game. It's essentially this game's version of the universal status blocker.

Godlike:

Ghaleon (Lunars) vs Claude Kenni (SO2) - Maaaaaaaaaybe if your healing was faster, better and you weren't being OHKOed as it stood, Claude.
Odd Eye (SF2) vs Wren (PS4) - Yeah, 2HKOing Wren infinitely off better speed is fatal.
Lambda Zellweger (WA4) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC) - Hmmm, yeah, EBO FA has the stats for this.

Heavy:

Cristo (DQ4) vs Zapdos (PKMN) - Nooooooooooot a ton of respect for a heal-lock off an inaccurate attack, myself. Cristo may need two shots of status to win here, but I think he can get it.
Momo (BoF3) vs Id (XG) - ;_;

Rhapthorne (DQ8) vs Masaji Kato (SH2) - Kato always loses

Jack van Burace (WA1) vs Presea Combatir (ToS) - ACF Jack can't do much here, I don't think~?

Jack can Accelarator on turn 2 likely (Taking the minimum damage from an attack gives him 24 FP so...), and Accelarator Laser Silhouette murders things badly.

I tend not to allow blanket status blocking to cover ID unless the game explicitly does so for this exact reason, so as much as I want heavy champ Presea, I guess this season I'll have to root for heavy champ Jack again.

does that mean ingame Wren is incapable of not being hit by an attack?  alternately, is SF2 reliant on the defender's stats for a miss to occur?  I always kinda assumed it was mostly hitrate on the part of the attacker, though thinknig back on SF, that's probably not true.
