Pretty much everyone made propaganda in the 40's. See: Bugs Bunny yammering on about Japs; comic book covers featuring grotesque ethnic caricatures (I'd guess superdickery.com has a sizable collection of these?)

Yes.  I work 16+ hours a day - it takes me a while to build up.  Besides, lots of tournaments going on...don't want a glut of them.
