Cecilia is fairly powerful for a princess. However, quite seriously, how far can a princess get against (one half of) a god? Ryu the fourth may not hold the same mind-numbing veratility as his immediate predecessor, but Kaiser is always a hard thing to argue with. Certainly none of his mage foe's spells will be able to get around a maddeningly powerful and blazingly fast dragon that can dispel her out of cheap tricks. And so the pretty little blond girl with the nice smile and the urge to cut her hair gets snacked on by a giant dragon on his path to another Godlike title. Perhaps Cecilia should grow some wings and try a slightly different and more flirtatious approach. It would at least give her better odds than trying to take on a god in mortal combat.
