Baton Pass (Pokemon R/S/E) vs. Tri-Ace(Star Ocean 2)- Stylish. Ashton's late moves were in general.
Summon: Doomtrain (Final Fantasy 8) vs. Power Dance (Star Ocean 3)- Antivoting anything that had to do with FF8 summons.
Rah-Rah Cheer (Grandia) vs. Liberate (Parasite Eve)- ;_; Cruel first round draw.

Hell (Suikoden 1) vs. Earth-Rending Fury (Live a Live): Effective.
Kemaro (Legend of Legaia) vs. For the Children (Shadow Hearts 2): FTC wasn't SH2's big move. Kemaro gets you past the Delilas and that damn time-limit monster.
Goodbye Tink! (Disgaea 2) vs. Hand of Fate (Skies of Arcadia): More Tink death. Hand of Fate wasn't as good as Vyse's big damage move I want to say.
Quicksilver (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs. Diamond Dust (Final Fantasy X): Infinitely more stylish, and Quicksilver was good but ultimately limited.
System ID (Xenogears) vs. Nibelung Valesti Level 3 (Valkyrie Profile): Stylish and bloody effective add-on to an already awesome technique.
Invincible(Arc the Lad 2) vs. Quick Hit (Final Fantasy 10): QH is nice but ultimately limited by it's competition on raw effectiveness (aftergame aside). Invincible is a lifesaver in way too many situations.
"Trump Card" (Super Robot Wars: Original Generation)  vs. Dragon King Slice (Grandia): Much cooler, and similarly effective.
Sol Katti (Fire Emblem 7) vs. Crystal Water (Xenogears): Crystal Water is more of a tech. Sol Katti isn't really special as far as the technique of using it goes.
Wake (Breath of Fire 2 ) vs. Grand Lethal (Final Fantasy 9): Not sure.

Summon: Doomtrain (Final Fantasy 8) vs. Power Dance (Star Ocean 3): hax. Trains are pretty cool too, though... hmm.
Rah-Rah Cheer (Grandia) vs. Liberate (Parasite Eve): Very little is lamer than Puffy. I haven't played PE, but I'm doubting Liberate is.
Quicksilver (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs. Diamond Dust (Final Fantasy X): Turns!
System ID (Xenogears) vs. Nibelung Valesti Level 3 (Valkyrie Profile): As far as kill-all moves go, NV3 just has more style.
"Trump Card" (Super Robot Wars: Original Generation)  vs. Dragon King Slice (Grandia): Kyosuke's Trump Card was Revolver Stake~
Sol Katti (Fire Emblem 7) vs. Crystal Water (Xenogears): Hate for how Hyper DBs are gained.

Hell (Suikoden 1) vs. Earth-Rending Fury (Live a Live) - Tentative. Don't know ERF, so this might change once I get a chance to look it up.
Kemaro (Legend of Legaia) vs. For the Children (Shadow Hearts 2) - While Kemaro is awesome, FTC is just awesomely memorable and pretty. Although, if this had been Theeder, I'd have given it to Legaia. Electric wang summon amuses me more than it should.
Baton Pass (Pokemon R/S/E) vs. Tri-Ace(Star Ocean 2) - Sword-slashy style
Summon: Doomtrain (Final Fantasy 8) vs. Power Dance (Star Ocean 3) - HAX
Rah-Rah Cheer (Grandia) vs. Liberate (Parasite Eve) - Aw. I really like Rah-Rah Cheer, too. Liberate is tough first match.
Goodbye Tink! (Disgaea 2) vs. Hand of Fate (Skies of Arcadia) - SoA has much better offerings than Hand of Fate.
Quicksilver (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs. Diamond Dust (Final Fantasy X) - I'm sure I nommed this. I think it's champ-powered in terms of stylish-ness.

Vanish(Final Fantasy 6) vs. Mechanus Cannon (Planescape: Torment) - Breaks the game.
"Trump Card" (Super Robot Wars: Original Generation)  vs. Dragon King Slice (Grandia) - Yay, a cool Grandia move!
Sol Katti (Fire Emblem 7) vs. Crystal Water (Xenogears) - Smash Bros Assist trophy version hype?
Wake (Breath of Fire 2 ) vs. Grand Lethal (Final Fantasy 9) - As amusing as healing your party members with BEATINGS is, Grand Lethal was pretty cool.

Summon: Doomtrain (Final Fantasy 8) vs. Power Dance (Star Ocean 3)
Rah-Rah Cheer (Grandia) vs. Liberate (Parasite Eve)

Floral Ray (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) vs. Dream Super Combo (SaGa Frontier) For use I'd say they were about even because Floral Ray was extremely effective at killing randoms. So it comes down to appearance.

Baton Pass (Pokemon R/S/E) vs. Tri-Ace(Star Ocean 2): Hahaha.
Summon: Doomtrain (Final Fantasy 8) vs. Power Dance (Star Ocean 3): I cannot deny style here. Both are hax.
Wake (Breath of Fire 2) vs. Grand Lethal (Final Fantasy 9): Beat them back to life > some pink DBZ laser or whatever.

Kemaro (Legend of Legaia) vs. For the Children (Shadow Hearts 2) - SH2 is technically For the Child >_>  Wins either way!
Baton Pass (Pokemon R/S/E) vs. Tri-Ace(Star Ocean 2) - Tri-Ace!  Perfect insertion of the developer into the game.  If only it hit multiple times >_>

Yay Power Dance is getting votes ^_^

Tough competition - The Doomtrain summon is incredibly awesme and cool animation and TRAIINS~ but Power Dance doesn't look too shabby either ...

Going to go with actual usefulness here thus -

Not sure how much credit the move will get as we go along, but the novelty of one person self-comboing in SGF1 is a strong one.

Hell (Suikoden 1) vs. Earth-Rending Fury (Live a Live)
There's something about that ratcheting sound that just does it for me.  Well, that and the compression.

Kemaro (Legend of Legaia) vs. For the Children (Shadow Hearts 2)
Kemaro is nifty.  That said, I can't find any clips of For the Children (though there are tons of emo AMVs and one SH series zionist conspiracy clip), so no vote.

Baton Pass (Pokemon R/S/E) vs. Tri-Ace(Star Ocean 2)
What can I say, really nifty concept as opposed to another boring hack'n'slash.  And not even his nifty hns.

Eh, I'm torn here, generally prefer NV2 because it's shorter.  But, while System Id is brutally effective, there's just not that much to watch.  And NV is pretty.

"Trump Card" (Super Robot Wars: Original Generation)  vs. Dragon King Slice (Grandia)
It's just got that effective feeling combined with a nice, simple, yet effective animation.  Really does a good job of getting across the fact that it's a power move.  As opposed to Trump Card, which is really just chaining everything else together.

Bonus points for the crit animation here.
