Answers that amused me:
Alex went with Ted Cruz for 16 (perhaps from the game Cruz'n USA?), which seems accurate.  He also puzzled out a few suspicious ones, correctly noting that 22 was way too generic and must be some sort of trap.

Twilkitiri had some great ones, notably guessing Wolfenstein 3D for 20.  (Hitler changing countries from good to bad would make a lot more sense than the actual answer.)  New Super Luigi Bros. U for #2 also puts an...  interesting spin on that sibling relationship.  He also went with Umineko for the Portal 2 quote, which would be an... interesting... crossover.

9's mention of "guardians" harvested two separate Wild Arms 2 guesses and a Wild Arms 3 guess.  Mwahaha.

Most gotten: FF7, followed by FF6, followed by XG / TF2 / Portal 2 / LLTQ / Metroid Prime / CoL / CT / Myst.

I almost guessed "something annoyingly pretentious" for both 16 and 18, but decided not to in case either was something that Snowfire liked. <_< #25 was very Chocolina but I couldn't place which game. I almost didn't get FF6 despite how many times I've seen that one.

Stuff I missed from games I've played in full:
-Duran: Oh man I'd forgotten there was a game that ripped off Darth Vader that hard.
-Sea Mother: I remember nothing about this scene except "shloop shloop splat" and how bad the voice acting was.
-Ryudo: The "princess" thing threw me.
-Cyber Peacock: I've seen this one so many times, so I really have excuse, except that I wasn't expecting this context I suppose. Definitely the one I feel worst about missing.
-Mitama: Probably should have gotten this one too, though I've only seen it once. I remember it now.
-Richter: As if I remember any SotN dialogue aside from That One Scene.
-Nyna/Elice: I have in fact gotten the bad ending of this game... the first time I played it, which was with a menu-only translation patch. :\ That said, even if this weren't the case... see previous comment, minus the one scene.

Congratulations to CmdrKing and NotMiki, joint winners of the no-Alex division.  (and, uh, Sir Alex for the less-prestigious open division that doesn't ban OP submitters.)  Good times.

Frequently gotten:
Excal guessed that FFT (9/14) would be the most-correctly-guessed entry, and FF7/8/Portal/DMC wouldn't be bad guesses either (11/14 for FF7 & DMC, 10/14 for FF8, 8/14 for Portal), but it was actually our Star Oceany opener, which received around eighty correct guesses for 100% completion.  Who knew it was the memorable Work Of Our Time.  Crawd Kenni, advancing forward!  (ME2 calibrations also did better than expected to at 10/14, not bad for the DL.  Undertale at 9/14 was also impressive.)

Rarely gotten:
Nobody got B3., which was admittedly very evil (It's a line ONLY in the ending version of the song, not the in-game dialogue & final boss music, so pay attention in the credits), although a lot of the track titles & chapter titles in Fates reference the lyrics, and one of the main big battle themes is "Thorn in You" which makes it vaguely fair?  Apparently not.  (I liked NotMiki's guess of VA-11 Hall-A, seems like it'd fit, though.)   And while CK got the Threads of Fate clue, it was only with a prod that "hey you actually know this one submit a darn guess."  AAA was the only one who directly recognized some vintage Mithos (I actually unironically like that quote of his), Elf the only one who got grim spaceship cover-shooter Phoenix Wright, Alex the only one who recognized TWEWY spicy tuna rolls (except apparently due to a reference in MTBMMCAHANIHTDWAGSAADBWWMIAB?!), and only CK knew his Radiant Historia endings as yet another game with a dying badass swordswoman.

Other oddities:
#9 gathered four guesses of "Ogre Battle", and it does seem like it might be a Deneb quote.  A lot of people went for "Secret of Mana" for #19 (both here and on an FB group for a different group of RPG fans), and I can totally see why with the reference to the sword... but as a reminder, Secret of Mana was translated by Ted Woolsey, and Wild Arms 2 was translated by very smart and erudite Martians with access to a Japanese-English dictionary. 

Alex's answers were all a joy to read, but I'll just call out these two:
- "YOU'RE NOT MY REAL MOM!" - Alucard, SOTN, shortly before killing his real dad.
- Lord Yuna, Breath of Fire 4, except he won't because shortly after the credits roll Ryu uses the last remnants of his power to teleport the party to Yuna and gank him.

Twil gets bizarre psychic bonus credit for wildly guessing Legend of Dragoon in the bonuses for B3., when that was actually the last song lyric I cut to knock it down to 5.  ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBabT4hDZts , good times.)

DragonKnight Zero guessed "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" for #5.  Young SnowFire actually *did* play that game, although using 80s Infocom Text Adventures might be a little brutal with this crowd!  At least Vogon poetry can't be transmitted in the vacuum of space, either...

super went with "Mortal Kombat" for B5 which was pretty amusingly good as a guess.

Both NotMiki & DarkHolyElf threw some shade at the stately, cultured punctuation famed Italian poet Dante used in #6, preferring instead the more plebian " fill your dark soul with liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!" Not here, I say, if you want wacky dialogue and expressive characters, go play the sequel "Dark Souls".

Huh, didn't realize that I actually knew four of the five songs.

I realized Otherworld like a day after I sent in my guesses, but was too lazy to send in a correction, while I've always heard that P4 line as "Set me free from fear and doubt" so I don't think I was ever gonna get it.  Also, colour me shocked.  Granted, it's a throw away spell quote that I suspect most of the locals skip, as opposed to the major character trait of a main PC, but I am surprised Garrus got more recognition than FFT on the FFTSB 2.0.
