And here's the last of the first round. First, the 1-B results. We had a number of complete and total blowouts- Remember, Super Kicking, Demonic Power, and Newbie Valkyries beat TNT, Evasive Kicking, and Magic Bags, everytime. Also I apologize for Shadow Kill sneaking in, my research sources failed- but it lost anyway, so it is doubly shamed.

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6) vs. Train Wreck (Phantom Brave) - CHAIN SAW.  I am in full support of having chainsaws as primary weapons.
Broken Time Bomb (Megaman Star Force Pegasus) vs. Armageddon (Persona 3) - Come on.
Revitalize (Tales of Vesperia) vs. Deadly Fingertips (Suikoden 2) - Always liked this stuff.  The MT healing spells in Tales are always cool.
Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4) - Sexual energy heals.  It is badass
Shatter! (Breath of Fire 5) vs. TimeEclipse, Saga Frontier - Actually has a cool name too.
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Surf (Pokemon RYB ) - AETHER!
Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) vs. Life (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - LIFE IS DEATH
Energy Ball (Ar Tonelico) vs. VegOut (Chrono Cross) - Badass name.
Pancake (Rhapsody) vs. Morph (Final Fantasy 6) - Pwns this field.

Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4)
I swore off using Intrude completely because it was too broken. Hustle Dance, by contrast, goes and sits in a corner because Sage Stones make it feel sad.
Shooting Star (Final Fantasy X) vs. Summon: Fenrir (Final Fantasy 6)
Not that many FF6 summons are worth voting for, and Fenrir isn't one of them.
Holy (Final Fantasy T) - Priest vs. Summon: Tritoch (Final Fantasy 6)
Tritoch...might be, but not when the ultimate Calculator doom spell is on the other side.

Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4): Hustle Dance is an insultingly bad 100 SP skill. Intrude is just wonderful silliness.
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Surf (Pokemon RYB ): Actually relevant to gameplay. (And really awesome at that.)
Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) vs. Life (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest): Leave the rest to me~
Shooting Star (Final Fantasy X) vs. Summon: Fenrir (Final Fantasy 6): Fenrir's one of the coolest FF6 summons, but it can't beat the baseball samurai.
Metronome (Pokemon D/P ) vs. Twin Dragon Lash (Dragon Quest 8): Ah, now there's an awesome Jess move.
Lo! And Behold!(Legend of Mana) vs . Weaken (Wild Arms 3): Weaken rules, LoM attacks pretty much fail.

Pancake (Rhapsody) vs. Morph (Final Fantasy 6): Pancakes.
Holy (Final Fantasy T) - Priest vs. Summon: Tritoch (Final Fantasy 6): Both are kind of eh, going for the one with gameplay worth.

Ignis Fatuus (Tactics Ogre :Knight of Lodis) vs. Flower (Ar Tonelico) - Uh... go Flower!

Unsure on the exact rules, so will only vote on moves I know!

Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4): One breaks WA4, the other requires raising Jessica up a less than optimal path.
Shatter! (Breath of Fire 5) vs. TimeEclipse (Saga Frontier): Move that makes Lin's damage not suck for bosses vs. move that's replacable with other status to some degree, on a chracter with far more evil/
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Surf (Pokemon RYB ): An HPSA...on an HM...for a damn common typing...against a random move? Uh, yeah, sorry Ike.
Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) vs. Life (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest): One is Broken, the other is merely solid.
Shooting Star (Final Fantasy X) vs. Summon: Fenrir (Final Fantasy 6): Best method of physical immunity vs. move whose entire merits are style...I'm going with the wolf.
Double-Edged Sword (Suikoden Tactics) vs. Nurse (Tales of Symphonia): Rafalak on crack > MT Healing!
Metronome (Pokemon D/P ) vs. Twin Dragon Lash (Dragon Quest 8): I'd vote most things over Metronome since outside of RPGmon silliness and ref headaches, its not much.
Coup de Grace (La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Spacial Rend (Pokemon): Tiebreaker is that Prier > Palkia for coolness.
Holy (Final Fantasy T) - Priest vs. Summon: Tritoch (Final Fantasy 6): Tritoch is a summon that doesn't totally suck! ...but I think being part of the evil Math Skill trumps it badly.

Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4) - What boss?
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Surf (Pokemon RYB ) - Would counter Djinn with 'surf is more useful in SSBB' but being awesome trumps such things.
Shooting Star (Final Fantasy X) vs. Summon: Fenrir (Final Fantasy 6) - FF6 summons.
Metronome (Pokemon D/P ) vs. Twin Dragon Lash (Dragon Quest 8) - Tralalalala
Holy (Final Fantasy T) - Priest vs. Summon: Tritoch (Final Fantasy 6) - Asplode!

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6) vs. Train Wreck (Phantom Brave) - Normally Train Wreck would get my vote on principle, but Chain Saw has the hockey mask when he does the ID, so...  yeah.  Null vote here.

Hustle Dance (Dragon Quest 8) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4) - Intrude is effective, but boring as all get out.

Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Surf (Pokemon RYB ) - Backflips > Water

Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) vs. Life (Final Fantasy Mystic Quest) - Style > Cheese

Energy Ball (Ar Tonelico) vs. VegOut (Chrono Cross) - Staple vs. unmemorable

Shooting Star (Final Fantasy X) vs. Summon: Fenrir (Final Fantasy 6) - Another one batted out of the park.

Double-Edged Sword (Suikoden Tactics) vs. Nurse (Tales of Symphonia) - Way more stylish with that ominous CHUNK! of doom.

Metronome (Pokemon D/P ) vs. Twin Dragon Lash (Dragon Quest 8) - Never liked Metronome much.

Lo! And Behold!(Legend of Mana) vs . Weaken (Wild Arms 3) - LoM knew how to be pretty.

Holy (Final Fantasy T) - Priest vs. Summon: Tritoch (Final Fantasy 6) - such a nice looking spell.
