Sorry for the delay. However, we have learned a couple of interesting things- apparently Missiles are conclusively better than Tanks.

Silver Eclipse(Skies of Arcadia) vs. Dark Holy (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Wait, what?!  I can vote on Dark Holy?  How'd that happen!  Anyways, um, yeah.  Easy pick here.
Dark Matter (Chrono Trigger) vs. Ness Ness Ness Ness / "You cannot comprehend the form of Giygas's Attack!" (Earthbound) - I like Dark Matter far more visually.  But the Philosophy nerd in me loves the idea of an incomprehensible attack far more.
Spicule (Star Ocean 2) vs. Shark Missile (Mega Man X: Command Mission) - I have no idea who shall lose, but I do know that we, the audience, as the winners here.

Silver Eclipse(Skies of Arcadia) vs. Dark Holy (Final Fantasy Tactics)  - I didn't expect Dark Holy to get this far.
Dark Matter (Chrono Trigger) vs. Ness Ness Ness Ness / "You cannot comprehend the form of Giygas's Attack!" (Earthbound)  - Nor the incomprehensible attack. Though it's looking to have a shot at the semis.
Spicule (Star Ocean 2) vs. Shark Missile (Mega Man X: Command Mission)  - Champ-powered?!

Silver Eclipse(Skies of Arcadia) vs. Dark Holy (Final Fantasy Tactics)- The scream in the Middle is nice. Attacks are about equal otherwise.
Dark Matter (Chrono Trigger) vs. Ness Ness Ness Ness / "You cannot comprehend the form of Giygas's Attack!" (Earthbound)
