And once again, it looks like Day 1 is going to be the day of, "This is how you don't play town" tutorials.  Typically with the graphic lesson of a good lynching at the end of it.  Which, given the liklihood of finding real scum on minor leads, is a good use of a bad day.

That said, I'd like to toss a Finger of Seduction: Ciato out there, for her being such a cruel and heartless mistress.  Poor Rat, he's doing his best to use those quote tags as god meant him to.  It's just not his fault that God (aka Hatbot) also meant for him to always be scum.

However wasn't one of the previous lessons to be more Articulate?, Alex's Haiku's although are amusing, also can confuse matters slightly.

I apologize if trying to work out if there was any motive behind the posts, correct me if i'm wrong, but don't scum sometimes have roles to? also although i have seen Alex "act strange" in both his games, it now seems to be more the norm for him, Yakumo on the other hand is the first time i have seen him do it, hence i was wondering if he was playing around with whatever flavor or if there was a link.

On top of that, "This is how you don't play town" tutorials have ended up badly every time i've seen it happen, seems more of a smokescreen to me, but hey i'm the one being tutored so please continue.

That said, given this is random Mafia, and Alex is speaking purely in Haikus, he could be trying to roleplay whatever the hell his role is.  Granted, I have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE who that'd be, whether its scum, town, 3rd party, or some sort of unholy combination of the 3 (Hey, its random Mafia; I wouldn't be surprised if OK made a role says "You win so long as you aren't killed!" even though I'm not sure how the exact mechanics would work <_<)

That said...I still got nothing of actual worth to be said.  There's like nothing to go on, and I don't think "This is not a scum ploy!" is enough of a reason to vote someone; could just be someone being very paranoid about being lynched Day 1.  Of course, it could be an actual Scum Ploy and we're suppose too...ah screw it, not worth going into it right now, since I think its pretty obvious where I'm going and saves everyone Time and some sanity from having to read a useless Meeple Rant.

Quandary: meatbag titled 'Dread Thomas' generates suspicion, however, behavior fits previously observed patterns.  Suggestion: consider situation before applying locomotive appemdage to food consumption orifice.

That happens at times. Just pretty much avoiding death lets you win. See Grefter in WoT Mafia.

Anyway, silliness aside, I hate Day 1.  There really isn't a good place to start a conversation that might lead to a scumbucket outting themselves.  Until the seriousness overcomes the silliness, we get to just stumble along.  Although, I admit this is one of the more fun day 1s with the way folks are talking.
