Don't think it's enough to cut magical damage some when she's going last and quite likely getting 2HKOed (the HP is still bad and Nelis damage is pretty brutal). If I see her fire damage cancelling panels (I think I do), this gets worse.

Corselia (S:T) vs. Bernadette (S5) - Way too much difference in resources, is my kneejerk. Both utterly fail at damaging each other (Bern walls Water and mocks the physicals, Corselia mocks the damage from magic and inaccurate physicals), but Corselia has like 1/5 the healing.
Corselia (S:T) vs. Bazba (S3) - Bazba is horrible.
Corselia (S:T) vs. Meg (S2) - Don't think any command runes in S2 are ITE. That said, Meg has above average accuracy and deeper resources than Corselia, which doesn't bode well for her.
Corselia (S:T) vs. Lucied (WA) - Lucied fails to break through the regen alone. This is horrible.
Corselia (S:T) vs. Reis (FFT) - Breaths ignore evade, Faith (do they ignore Shell, though? That may change my mind), and Reis is a magical tank. There we go.

Not that she needs it, 90% PC HP in fire damage may be enough to 2HKO Estella anyway, and Estella herself ain't 2HKOing due to lower damage than Nelis by a notable margin.
