Depending on how coordinated you are drunk, Patapon. Wipeout on Rapier or Phantom also can concretely determine if you are okay to drive.

One quick question: I have a 2003 Ford Taurus SES.  I fit 3 passegers comfortably, and 4 not perfectly comfortably.  In the groups with 4 people, are you guys ok with being a little squashed in the back seat?  The drive is about 30 minutes.

In regards to being seeable...well, I was going to wear the Kaiba costume, but considering the damn things cost $300 at a minimum, I can't get one ;_;  Maybe I'll wear my labcoat, or just something more conspicuous.

DL people usually aren't hard to spot.  We're the people sitting by baggage claim playing a PSP/DS.  Or a more exotic portable as the case may be (there's very little that's a bigger "RPGDL" hint about someone than a Sega Nomad loaded with a Phantasy Star game).  Some of us also have ridiculous hats (Ran-hat, rainbow hat, etc).
