Gijimu may be a simple man with a simple approach to battle, but his previous results should show how effective he is in the arena. He’s already won the Light championship before, and he’s looking to take yet another as easily as he did previously. His double strike rune ensures that his physical will always sting, and honestly, his opponent Liz is more than likely to damage himself while trying to lob bombs at Gijimu, assuming Liz doesn't go even further and accidentally poison himself instead, spelling his eventual, slow, painful demise. This may be the first time that the gruff warrior may not need to lift a linger to win a fight, admittedly although he’ll surely go all out against Liz even if it isn’t necessary. He's not going to take any chances in his quest to get back to Middle.
