On the heels of his enforcer's demotion, Seifer Almasy, the Head of the Disciplinary Committee, has sworn to fulfill his "Romantic Dream" of a Middle title and restore the Committee's reputation. His first foe, recently arrived from a lesser division, claims to be a master swordsman himself. Seifer will show No Mercy, however, as his limits are capable of inflicting a large quantity of damage, and without him having to be half-dead like those chickenwusses that follow Squall. And while his opponent claims to have great speed, Seifer is no slouch and shall match him blow for blow! Seifer will soon show this pretender, as well as the rest of Middle, why the Disciplinary Committee is to be feared.
