SRW:OG2 changes a lot. Lee's less of an ass so far (he comes off as rather calm, instead of the RAGING CONDESCENDING BULLET OF FEAR he is in the games), Bullet's name is translated to "Brit", Excellen's still awesome and they first engage Archibald in his carrier plane. Huh? Lamia comes to save Excellen instead of the reverse and Lee doesn't engage in combat with the Shirogane?! Definitely reason to watch it. It also did away with the weird 3D stuff OG1 anime did.

Star Driver is so incredibly fabulous. The main character is "the Galactic Pretty Boy". Oo...kay. I assume his liberal use of FAAABULOUS is just miamia having fun. Not sure if I like it because of it being interesting, or just the plain fabulous trainwreck imminent from episode 1.

Finished Heroman, too. Finally. Ending is... OK, I guess. Definitely lost steam during its centre, because the start was good and the ending was comparable, but yeah. I guess I liked it, but the middle had trouble. Joey is given a more active role instead of just commanding Heroman which is always good.

Star Driver- Hilarious fun. Silly and nonsensical from the outset. The first ep is almost as big, if not bigger, a trainwreck than Code Gaess episode 1, and yet since it's clearly not trying to be serious it ends up much more enjoyable. Incredibly pretty show. The designs remind me of Gunbuster 2 almost. Bishou-bot seriously looks like Quatre-Vinght-Dix.

Tiring of the trend that it's okay to skip over minor and major details and basic scene transitions that seems to have permeated the industry in the last year or so though.

Yep. Though I think after ep 19 when the OP changes and the show takes a turn for the serious it completely falls apart. I like the very end though.

The World God Only Knows- They leave out a few of the plot things about Hell from the introduction, but mostly for pacing. We'll see what the second episode does. Good OP. I like Keima's voice. And... they're using the old Lum flying SFX for Elsee. Which is <3 <3 <3

Otherwise... first ep is first. Ayumi is blander than bland, but works as an intro. The first couple girls are almost routine while they establish Keima and Elsee and their surroundings before they get further into the meta and more complex girls. Still a fun time. Needs more SD Keima.

The TWGOK manga has been going on for a while. You should read the manga, if you can. It's really good once it gets going. As far as I know, OreImo is original. Maybe based on a game? Coincidence I guess.
