Merric (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Setzer Gabianni (Final Fantasy VI) - Kneejerk, may change depending on how I feel about Fixed Dice today.

Jagen (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Cinna (Final Fantasy IX) - Jagen sucks, but it's -Cinna-...
Healie (Dragon Quest IV) vs Big Joe (Xenogears) - Ooh, another one that look entertaining.
Tricia (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Augst Henriksen (Wild ARMs 4) - Wow, really scraping the bottom of the SN barrel here. Interestingly enough, Vitali would have had less trouble with this fight. Still, Tricia has Evade, so she should be fine. She spends her first turns Moving and Buffing, then on turn three/four she should be able to 2HKO him by spamming her Limit Nova Storm
Tony (Wild ARMs XF) vs Malak Galthana (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Oh geez, this is a LOW Light field...

Arceus (Pokémon) vs Ryu (Breath of Fire III) - Think Arceus goes first, don't think he can kill/disable Ryu in one shot. Open to arguments.

Heavy

Shaymin (Pokémon)  vs Pamela Ibis (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) - hm, gutchecking Shaymin - but if you consider only Land Form Shaymin it's Pamela's match I think, Seed Flare doesn't kick in soon enough. Skymin/Sky Form Shaymin easily wins, though, so.

Middle

Slime Knight (Dragon Quest V) vs Aila (Suikoden III) - EDIT: Screw it, you're getting a DQM2 vote. ...Slime Knight 4HKOs Aila, practically ignores all damage she does after the first turn (if she bothers to Battle Oath he Uppers again), but can't break through her six shots of healing before she permanently stuns him. While the odds aren't 100% (about 85%), that's not factoring in how often he'll be paralyzed during the match.

Teddie (Persona 4) vs Alma Beoulve (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Stalls longer.

Light

Izanami (Persona 4) vs Ghaleon (Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete) - Izanami utterly loathes Chaos Shield: it entirely ruins her first form shenanigans and effectively halves her offense. It's made even worse by the fact that she goes last, which means she gets nearly no damage in during her first phase. Her second phase gets easily two-turned by Ghal (may get one-turned if she doesn't Debilitate), and she can't say she can do the same to him at all. Feels pretty clearcut.

Heavy

Roddick Farrence (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Zera-Valmar (Grandia II) - SO1o's suckass paralysis blocker sees use here. Failure, Zera.

Middle

Slime Knight (Dragon Quest V) vs Aila (Suikoden III) - EDIT: Right, Slime Knight's damage blows and hits Aila's modest, but decently effective here evade. Then, she actually can afford to hope she haxes with the perma-freeze.
Teddie (Persona 4) vs Alma Beoulve (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Alma 2HKOs Teddie, so he needs to Marakukaja ASAP or die. Then, when he -does-, he has serious issues breaking through Alma's wall, and she can just staff-thwack until Maraku runs out, and recasting Marakukaja is an expensive ordeal. Feel like she can handle this.

Light

Healie (Dragon Quest IV) vs Big Joe (Xenogears) - Big Joe.
Tricia (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Augst Henriksen (Wild ARMs 4) - EDIT: Right, buffs.

Arceus (Pokémon) vs Ryu (Breath of Fire III) - Think Tai's right here?
Persephone (Wild ARMs 5) vs Profound Darkness (Phantasy Star IV) - I dunno why CK thought this was actually a match.
Levin Branton (Wild ARMs XF) vs Empyrea (Dragon Quest VIII) - Yeah, Cancel Strike doesn't get frue double acting.  Empyrea 2HKOs, but Levin has enough evade to have good odds of dodging one out of two, so he gets three turns if he uses Cancel Strike twice or two turns if he doesn't.  His best damage here is Blast due to Empyrea's defense and that's not even average damage.

Ranked sweep?  CK, you're getting bad at this.

Teddie (Persona 4) vs Alma Beoulve (Final Fantasy Tactics): Can just run her out of offense at worst.
Viola (Eternal Sonata) vs Ryudo (Grandia II): Roughly the same speed, but Viola can just Hawk Eye her first turn and pass the remainder to make her second come quicker and strongly lap him. So she wins even if Ryudo goes first.

Arceus (Pokémon) vs Ryu (Breath of Fire III): Worst case scenario, Ryu goes Tiamat and hurls Shadow Breaths until the ID hits.  Arceus shouldn't be able to kill Tiamat before this occurs.
Persephone (Wild ARMs 5) vs Profound Darkness (Phantasy Star IV): Durability difference is the key factor here.
Levin Branton (Wild ARMs XF) vs Empyrea (Dragon Quest VIII): Yeah, Cancel Strike hits only one action.

Angeal Hewley (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) vs Fei Fong Wong (Xenogears): one of Angeal's good stats was his defense, and Fei aint beating him in a straight up slugfest.  Think he even has a defense buffer to boot.
Roddick Ferrance (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Zera-Valmar (Grandia II): I feel confident of this based off Star Ocean 1 Original <_<!
Shaymin (Pokémon)  vs Pamela Ibis (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis): Sky Form feels legit to me, which means Shaymin slaughters.  Worst case scenario, Air Slash heal locks Pamela, gets its flinch to kick in (OR Shaymin double turns due to near Jolteon level speed), and finishes off with Leaf Storm.  Skymin is cruel, and such.

Middle

Slime Knight (Dragon Quest V) vs Aila (Suikoden III): Kneejerk.

Persephone (Wild ARMs 5) vs Profound Darkness (Phantasy Star IV) - PD.  Not even close.
Levin Branton (Wild ARMs XF) vs Empyrea (Dragon Quest VIII) - I would see Turn Cancel getting the entire double-act.  Unfortunately, it doesn't matter at all.

Heavy

Wylfred (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Suicune (Pokémon) - Played a little thus far of VP DS, so...go Wylfred.
Angeal Hewley (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) vs Fei Fong Wong (Xenogears) - And played about half of CC!  Go Angeal.
Roddick Ferrance (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Zera-Valmar (Grandia II) - Zera.  Ratix really is not up to fighting a boss.
Shaymin (Pokémon)  vs Pamela Ibis (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) - Pamela.

Tricia (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Augst Henriksen (Wild ARMs 4) - So...This is interesting.  Augst, being a boss with physical resistance, owns her, sadly.
Tony (Wild ARMs XF) vs Malak Galthana (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Malak.

Reading over some of the other comments, I'm changing a few kneejerk votes:

Arceus vs. Ryu3 - yeah, Ryu3.
Levin vs. Empyrea - Empyrea since apparently Turn Cancel doesn't get double-acting.

Angeal vs. Fei - Angeal tanks better than I thought.
