(From Fenrir)
Hey you guys, EB boss stat topic! (That was just for Grefter)
*Onimous silence*
IT BEGINS.
The game uses substractive defense that affects everything.

Say something nasty: Lowers guts by 1!!
Coming out swinging: 10
Brandishing a knife: 20
Averages:
HP: 60
Damage: 24
Comments: He's supposed to mirror Ness, I guess. Kind of sucks, but not a bad light. Also sexy. And if you let him summon Frankystein Mark 2 (like Yuna!!), he goes in middle!
Frankystein Mark II
HP: 91
Reduces damage by around 7
Faster than Ness
10% evade
Generate a burst of steam: Nothing. Needs to be used every two turns.
Throwing a punch: 16
Tearing into you: 28
Averages:
HP: 60
Damage: 24
Comments: Doesn't he have a barril head? Frankie is freaking badass. His robot isn't a rude bastard like another bot you all know about. Sadly, he's also weaker, with even worse speed due to the steam thing. Light.
Titanic Ant
HP: 234
Reduces damage by 10
Faster than everyone.
Takes 50% from fire and ice, resists flash
Biting Attack: 24. Rarely does 40 damage. (not a crit)
Psi Magnet Alpha: Drains 4 PPs.
Shield Alpha: Raises defense. Reduces Ness' physical to 11 damage. Gone after the third hit.
Defense Down: Self explanatory. Pathetic effect, raises Biting Attack to 25-26 damage.
Black Antoid
HP: 34
PP: 25
Average defense
Faster than Ness
Lifeup alpha: Heals 100 HPs. Costs 5 PPs.
Averages:
HP: 90
Damage: 32

Comments: The fight begins with one Titanic Ant and two Black Antoids. Durability is rad, damage isn't. Middle.
The Cop
HP: 75
Average defense
Faster than Ness
Attack: 14
Crushing Chop: 29
Captain Strong
HP: 140
Average defense

Losing his temper: Raises offense by 1. Stackable!
Coming out swinging: 24
Grappling and using his submission hold: 44
Average HP: 92
Average damage: 33 (70 with Psi Rockin Alpha)
Comments: Nobody knows who you aaaaare! Woof woof woof woof. The mad road blocking skills don't prove to be too useful, but at least Strong can lose his temper a few times to own Mint. The "better cops than Aya" go in light.
Everdred
HP: 170
Average defense
Faster than Ness
40% evade
85% accuracy
Steal in the confusion of the battle: Attempts to steal an item. I think one random item from the inventory is selected, it doesn't work if the item is important or equipped, and it's 100% otherwise.
Biting Attack: 29
Attack: 30
Knitting his brow: Usable at low HPs (!)
Having a big grin on his face: Scary.
Average HP: 106
Average damage: 40 with physical, 70 with Psi Rockin Alpha.
Comments: Mass evade + Steal! You really don't have to rely on items or you're toast! How are you going to survive without that ketchup? Crime leaders don't really get any better. Knitting brows also cancels Auron's Threaten. Light but triplechamp material.
Mr. Carpainter
HP: 262
Average defense
Faster than Ness
Crashing Boom Bang Attack: Nulled or reflected by the Franklin badge for 120 damage, lightning.
Paint Attack: 32
Psi Shield Alpha: Nulls three shots of magic
Lifeup Alpha: 95 healing
Average HP: 165
Average damage: 46 (Physical) / 90 (Psi Rocking Alpha)
Comments: ^__^ Anti magic.
And if you let Ubar Crashing Exploding Boom Bang Va Voom Attack works, he's a heavy.
Still, uh, Light. ^_^; Blue, blue.
Mondo Mole
HP: 498
Reduces damage by 20
Weak to paralysis and flash.
Takes 50% damage from ice.
Slower than Ness

Lifeup Alpha: 100 healing
Offense Up Alpha: Raises offense by 2. (Raises his damage by 10)
Faces Ness and Paula
Average HP: 122
Average damage: 99
Comments: 2HKO gets the lesser mole to Middle. The bad speed keeps him from being too good. That's it! Nothing particular to say!
Boogey Tent
HP: 570
Average defense
Takes 200% from fire, 50% from ice.
Faster than Jeff, slower than Ness and Paula
Spewing Fly Honey out of his mouth: 1 turn stun.
Defense Spray: Raises defense by 4
Attack: 50
Psi Flash Alpha: Inflicts statuses, MT. Can be crying incontrollably and feeling strange. Status rate is quite godly, around 100%.
Faces Ness, Paula and Jeff
Average HP: 109
Average damage: 115
Comments: Awful durability, below average speed... But the status is really good. Uh... Still probably not good enough. Would be Light, but since it's a boogey tent, Middle.
Mini Barf
HP: 610
Reduces physical damage by 40
Takes 50% from ice, 200% from fire
Attack: 50
Spitting out a sticky muckus: One turn freeze
Exhaling a blast of stinky breath: Inflicts Crying incontrollably, MT, 100%
Venting a terrible odor: Lowers offense by 4
Average HP: 136
Average damage: 123
Comments: A lot like Boogey Tent. They're the exact same damn thing, in fact. Light.
Master Belch
HP: Infinite / 650
Reduces physical damage by 15
Faster than Ness, slower than Paula and Jeff
Weak to sleep and confuse. Takes 150% from fire and ice.
Burping and blewing his nauseous breath at you: Inflicts nausea, 100%. This seems to lower accuracy, and drain 20 damage per turn.
Calling for help: 70% chance to summon a Slimy little pile. I'm not getting their stats. Heresy!
Losing his mind while wolfing down "Fly Honey": Does nothing
Average HP: 148
Average damage: 131
Comments: He has infinite HPs at first, but if you use Fly Honey he gets 650 Hps and is forced to lose his mind every turn. Something tells me he isn't really rankable.
Trillionage Sprout

Slower than Ness
Strong agianst paralysis, Takes 200% damage from fire
Attack: 55

Attack: 15
Sowing seeds: Summon another Tough Mobile Sprout. 30%
Average HP: 156
Average damage: 145
Comments: You fight one Trillionage with two mobile sprouts. Status whore. In a duel, he begins by making you cry, then trying to turn you into stone. What a bastard. I guess there is a lesson here for us all. Middle.

Begins battle with Shield Beta already cast
Tearing into you: 134
Attack 59
Lifeup Alpha: 100 healing
Shield Beta: Reflects half of the physical damage taken back, lasts for 3 physical attacks.
Average HP: 172
Average damage: 154
Comments: The third strongest mole among all of those is a middle! The world is saved. They do die to a sneeze, but otherwise rock. High 2HKO, high speed, massively antiphysical. Do not underestimate the power of being third.
Department Store Spook
HP: 610
Slightly below average speed
Reduces physical damage by 60
Psi Magnet Omega: Drains 5 PPs
Psi Freeze Alpha: 165, Ice. 40% chance to make opponent waste his next turn
Lifeup Alpha: Heals 99 Hps
Psi Fire Alpha: 85, Ice, hits a row
Brainshock Alpha: Makes the enemy feel strange. Never hits.
He fights only Ness and Jeff
Average HP: 215
Average damage: 365
Comments: Quite the average damage boost since the moles, eh? The new storebought Big Bottle Rockets define shiny. This guy's offense is downright scary, but nothing can save that durability. Light.
Evil Mani-Mani
HP: 860
Reduces physical damage by 60
Attack: 65
Psi Magnet Alpha: Drains 4 PPs.
Emitting a glorious light: ID, MT. 40%
Emitting a pale green light: Dispel, targets everyone
Paralysis Alpha: Inflicts paralysis, never works.
It fights only Ness and Jeff
Average HP: 243
Average damage: 345
Ness' PPs: 100
Comments: Well what did you expect, it's a statue. EVIL statue, but still. Light. At least it spoils SO3 thanks to MP busting!!
Clumsy Robot
HP: 962
Reduces physical damage by 30
Faster than everyone
Begins battle with Psi Shield Alpha (Nulls 3 shots of magic) cast
Immune to bottle rockets
40% evade
Re-applying a bandage: Does nothing
Firing a missile, making himself dizzy: 280 damage to one PC, half to the other
Losing a gear and some bolts: Does nothing
Stumbling, but firing a strange beam: One turn freeze. 70%
Cleaning the area: Does nothing
Being wobbly: ...Uh yeah
Wanting to go and get a battery: Still nothing.
Eating a bologne sandwich: Full healing. Useless (read below)
He's unusual in that he gets a plot death after losing 962 HPs, regardless of bologne sandwiches.
He only fights Jeff and Ness
Average HP: 244
Average damage: 365
Comments: Uh... Thanks to the bottle rocket nulling, the damage you do to him in game is a lot lower than it seems according to the average damage here, take that as you will. In any case, Godlike. That damage and magic is halving is too good, regardless of durability woes.
Shrooom!
HP: 1700
Average defense
Faster than Ness and Jeff, slower than Paula
Takes 200% damage from fire
Scatterring some spores: Inflicts mushroom or poison. 100%
Lifeup Alpha: Heals 105 HPs
Disrupting your senses: I don't know. It never works.
Bashing you: 90
Mushroom is kind of like confusion, the shrooomed character has a 50% chance to attack someone in the team with the attack selected instead of the enemy. Unlike confusion, you always know what you're going to use, just not who's going to be hit. Poison just makes the character lose 20 HPs per turn.
He fights Ness, Jeff and Paula
Average HP: 226
Average damage: 318
Comments: One of the few bosses noteworthy enough to have a ! in his name. That's something. In a duel, Shrooom! statuses until mushroom hits (really wishing it hits before poison), then bashes a few times. There really are better strategies, but hey. Light/Middle.
Plague rat of doom
HP: 1827
Reduces physical damage by 80
Slightly below average speed
Takes 150% damage from fire
Taking a bite using its poisonous fangs: 15 damage + 80% Poison
Attack: 15. 80% chance of critical for a 160 damage.
Having a big grin on his face: EB loves those.
He fights the 4 PCs.
Average HP: 255
AVerage damage: 285
Comments: Plague rat.... of doom! Um... 2HKO, but the durability and speed really aren't too hot, and this 2HKO really isn't reliable. Light Middle.
Thunder and Storm
HP: 2065
Reduces physical damage by 60
Below average speed
Takes 150% damage from fire and ice
Attack: 60
Crashing Boom Bang Attack: 2 unfocused hits for 140 damage, lightning
Taking deep breath for the next assault: Charging for Rush
Rushing in, and intertwining with you: 310, needs to be used after taking a deep breath
Summoning a storm: Inflicts statuses, MT. Can be crying incontrollably (biggest chance), feeling numb, feeling strange, and ID, 90%
Average HP: 262
Average damage: 303
Comments: OHKO! But, um, charging move, and with that durability... Its best bet is spamming statuses until ID hits, which only really scares fighters. Light/Middle.
Kraken
HP: 1097
Reduces physical damage by 60
Slightly below average speed
Crashing Boom Bang Attack: 2 unfocused hits for 125 damage, lightning
Breathing Fire: 250, MT, fire
Generating a tornado: 150, MT
Emitting a pale green light: Dispel, affects everyone
Psi Flash Beta: Inflicts one status, MT. 90% Can be crying incontrollably (biggest chance), feeling numb, feeling strange, and ID.
Average HP: 275
Average damage: 305
Comments: Awesome character design! Like most bosses in this game, it 2HKO and has poor durability... Really, really awful durability, though. Probably Light. Blah.
Guardian General
HP: 831
Reduces physical damage by 100
Slower than everyone
80% accuracy
Takes 150% damage from fire
Attack: 90
Coming out swinging: 105
Charging forward: 200
Making something spin around: 6 PP bust
Shrieking a war cry: Target loses 8 power and 8 defense
Average HP: 281
Average damage: 300
Comments: Physical tank in game! Doesn't make him less auto battle bait, though. He's lucky he has that charge he never uses in game, but that doesn't save him from Light.
Master Barf
HP: 1319
Reduces physical damage by 30
Slower than everyone
Takes 150% damage from fire
Exhaling a blast of stinky breath: Inflicts Crying uncontrollably, MT, 100%

Calling for help: Summons an Even slimier little pile. 50%

Even slimier little pile
HP: 326
Takes 45 more damage from physicals
Exhaling a blast of stinky breath: Inflicts Crying uncontrollably, MT, 100%
Calling for help: Summons an Even slimier little pile. 50%
Spitting out sticky mucus: 1 turn freeze? 0% accuracy.
Attack: 50
Average HP: 309
Average damage: 700
Comments: Multi Bottle rocket OHKO the loser, and he has pathetic speed. Mwahah. Light.
Starman Deluxe
HP: 1400
Reduces physical damage by 30
Below average speed
Begins battle with Psi Shield Beta already cast
Takes 150% from fire
Firing a beam: 110
Calling for help: Summons a Starman Super, a Starman
Psi Shield Beta: Reflects three shots of magic
Psi Starstorm Alpha: 345, MT
Starman Super
HP: 565
Reduces damage by 20
Bad speed
Firing a beam: 65
Calling for help: Summons a Starman
Psi Shield Beta: Reflects three shots of magic
Healing Omega: Heals all statuses and revies. I doubt he can actually revive in game, though.
Starman
HP: 545
Takes 30 more damage from physicals
Bad speed
Firing a beam: 50
Psi Magnet Alpha: Steals 5 PPs
Using Sudden Guts Pill: Raises guts by 50.
Psi Shield Alpha: Nulls three shots of magic
Average HP: 339
Average damage: 717
Comments: *Shakes fist* I'd like to not underestimate them, but it's impossible. Multi bottle rockets will just ruin every boss from now on. Starman Deluxe... Well at least he OHKO, and is anti magical, enough for Middle. Woo.
Electro Specter
HP: 3092
Reduces physical damage by 70
Below average speed
Takes 150% damage from fire and ice
Begins battle with Psi Shield Beta cast (reflects three shots of magic)
Electrical shock attack: 2 unfocused hits of 135 damage, lightning
Using the hungry HP-sucker: Drains 40 HPs. 15% success rate
Using the neutralizer: Dispel, affects everyone
Using the shield killer: Destroys shields, MT
Average HP: 357
Average damage: 735
Comments: Get the Franklin Badge or you're toast! Or not. Another boss with cool design, 2HKO, anti magic stuff, but all that being just nothing with that durability and speed. Light.
Dog
Carbon Dog
HP: 1672. Turns into Diamond Dog after losing them
Average defense
Below average speed
Takes 10% damage from fire
Making a loud, piercing howl: Does nothing
Spewing out a flaming fireball: 310, fire
Biting attack: 130
Shooting out a spray of fire: 300, fire, MT
Charge Forward: 320
Diamond Dog
HP: 3344
Reduces physical damage by 60
Below average speed
Begins battle with Shield Beta cast. Works on the last attack used before the form changing
Emitting a glorious light: Inflicts one status, MT. Can be ID (most of the time) and crying incontrollably. 60%
Biting attack: 270
Shield Beta: Reflects half of the physical damage taken back, lasts for 3 physical attacks
Biting you hard: 160
Making a loud, piercing howl: Does nothing
Average HP: 381
Average damage: 743
Cmments: Durability?? Well, that's still not anywhere near good, sadly. And the speed is still unimpressive, and the physical reflect with low durability is useless since he takes the same damage anyway. Kogoro's better than this mutt, Light. Good Light though, unlike the last bosses.
Ness' Nightmare
HP: 1654
Takes 90 less damage from physicals
Slower than Ness
Begins battle with Psi Shield Beta already cast (Reflects three shots of magic)
Emitting a glorious light: Should inflict one status, but it just doesn't work. MT
Psi Rockin Alpha: 50, MT
Psi Rockin Omega: 585, MT
Lifeup Beta: Heals 290 HPs
Shield Beta: Reflects half of the physical damage taken back, lasts for 3 physical attacks. Cancels Psi Shield Beta
Ness' Nightmare fights Ness alone. Or with a flying man, but I didn't include one. (Getting one to survive that far is a challenge)
Average HP: 615
Average damage: 550
Comments: Enil?? First decent boss in a while. Having both kind of EB shields is nice, and Psi Rocking Omega hurts like hell. High middle! Unless you give him low credit because of the rolling HP thing, because spamming physicals takes care of him nicely even if he does use PSi Rocking Omega. Then Light.
Heavily Armed Pokey
HP: 2000
Takes 60 less damage from physicals
Slightly above average speed
Discharging a very stinky gas: Lowers offense, MT
Charging forward: 230
Tearing into you: 250
Comments: Sigh. While decent in game, Pokey falls apart in a duel. 2HKO off decent speed is nice, but the durability just isn't there. Light.
Giygas
Giygas 1
HP: Unlimited / Changes forms when Pokey is defeated
Reflects everything
Faster than Kai, slower than the rest
Psi Rockin Alpha: 70, MT
Psi Rockin Beta: 200, MT
Giygas 2
HP: 2000
Takes 60 less damage from physicals
Faster than Kai, slower than the rest
Immune to Multi bottle rockets
You cannot grasp the true form of Giygas' attack!
Attack 1: 140, Fire, MT
Attack 2: 2 unfocused hits of 125 damage, Lightning
Attack 3: Inflicts statuses, MT. Can be crying incontrollably (biggest chance), feeling numb, feeling strange, and ID, 90%
Giygas 3
HP: Unlimited. Defeated by praying 9 times.
Faster than Kai, slower than the rest
Same attacks as Giygas 2
Average HP: 459
Average damage: 476 (Big Multi Bottle Rocket defense boost for everyone in the final)
Comments: If you allow Giygas 2... He's about the same thing as Pokey, but with status. That does probably push him to Middle, but we were still expecting more from the ultimate evil.
