Zenny gets it.

1. His dungeon is the game's token underwater one, the Sunken Shrine.
2. As you might expect of a water dungeon, most things in it are weak to lightning. Wraith has ridiculously strong lightning magic.
3. He has something like half a dozen voice quotes which are just crazy laughter. Also, he mentions that he's lived for centuries.
4. Hard Mode only. His VA is used for when other ghost-type enemies cast Great Magic, though. This one was really meant to clue people in towards VP, since few other games pull such similar bullshit with difficulty modes.
5. Holy Water of Mithra hits him for 100k. (He himself does something like 60k with Gravity Blessing.)

The next clue was totally going to be "Still can't figure out who I am? Just Captain K it!" I really wanted to use that one, too. <.<
