Going with Drachma. My logic!

1. Drachma stays up all night on several occasions.
2. He's ugly, he's old, and he's half a man, hence, 2.5/3.
3. Best dueler of the series and his initial color is blue (aka wind), IIRC.
4. Probably reference to that Whale thing, where after he finally lost to him, he sees that he too was suffering the same way, and warms up.
5. He's a tank. Need I say more?

Never got around to recruiting him, but I'm quite certain he laughs at puny physicals. Also, fits the UOM criteria, also from a game with the proper 3 elements. Also constantly falling asleep mid-conversation.

1. Sleep is overrated - Like I said very obscure. Legend had it that Fogel fought for 7 consecutive days.
2. Scores 2.5/3 on being an Ugly Old Man - Like 800years old, Ugly as hell, but really only half man because of the curse
3. Proves that Wind is more powerful than Fire or Ice - Fogel is Wind, Slust is Fire, Fenril is Ice. Fogel is said to be the strongest in game and he is on paper too
4. Likes it when you kick the shit out of him, but only if you're in the "In" crowd. - You have to beat Fogel to get him, but only with high reputation (hence in crowd)
5. Being ugly and old doesn't stop him from laughing at your puny physicals - Physical tank
6. "Insert name" was a man... I mean, he was a dragon man, or maybe he was just a dragon, BUT HE WAS STILL "Insert same name!" - Dragon/Man reference, stealing from Trogdor obviously (Fogel also works due to syllables)
