Yes. Original-flavored Kira Yamato with some of the best evasion in the game, and he is not only a ranged attacker, but the default pilot of the Huckebein Mark III, which combines with the AM Gunner to have nearly as many weapons as Strike Freedom.

Suikoden plot doesn't really deal extensively with Jeane's appearance and everything, but she is hinted to be something enigmatic and grand at multiple intervals.

She's the only one to appear in each game.

She doesn't have a True Rune on her. Or at least, none that people can find.

Bardiche: Well, if we're only counting mainline Suikodens... Viki's been in each one too, right? (Also if Jeane does not have a True Rune she's got some 'splaining to do about appearing the same age in every Suikoden. At least Viki seems to be teleporting through time as well as space, so she might have aged only ~3 years across all the games.) (Not really a complaint, btw, as one of two is still pretty unique in the general sense of the word.)

That could easily be explained as a side effect of the Charm Rune.
