Chalk it up to delayed justice. Blanca fit the previous clue entirely too well - I was absolutely sure I had it on that one, though obviously Regal fits too. (Side comment: So... how old was Alicia, anyway, when she & Regal were a pair? I'm fuzzy on that recollection since I pretty much hated Regal and didn't pay tons of attention to his mostly extraneous plot.)

Anyway, let's give this one a go.

Presea's SPOILARreal age is 28 SPOILAR and Regal is 33. Alicia was Presea's younger sister (partly why everyone was weirded out by how young she looks), so they're probably at least two years apart by my guess. Not only that, but it had been a few years since Regal and Alicia... dated, or whatever.

And I'll guess Lock Cole.
