Are my clues that bad? Okay theres two I can think off right now and they are both such giveaways. So I'll post the least in that regard first.

1. I have problems getting through doors.

3. I am someone who can use the power of the Universe in my attacks.

You'll make me sad if you don't get it now. I've tried to make it as less guessable as possible.

2. How did that pretty boy knock me out in one move? He couldn't knock out a child with such an attack. - See any RPG character where plot power != in battle power.
3. I am someone who can use the power of the Universe in my attacks. - RPG Plots. See like any number of bosses and even party members/main characters.

So you're just saying that nearly every single character in existance can fit those clues. Okay you are in fact right on number two, the others not so much.

The first is from a funny scene involving the character, while the third clue doesn't involve plot in slightest. Its a clue to a certain quote the character does in battle.

I am not saying that every single character ever could fall from it, just your clues are a bundle of vague ones and don't be shocked that no one has got it yet. That is pretty fine for first three clues to be honest. Edit - Remember you are delivering these clues to people with a large number of games to try and pull this from with NONE of your frame reference. They have to pick one character of several thousand that they know of from games they have played and there is always the chance that they haven't played your specific game of choice.

Good clues, the first few, should always be the kind that are applicable to a number of characters. The person who figures it out, and the rest of us after the fact, are going to have an 'aha' moment when the end comes. These clues seem to fit that mold. No sense criticizing the clues until we know the answer. No sense, also, whining that we haven't gotten it yet.

Gadwin. At one point Justin is forced to take Gadwin's test because he couldn't fit through a door. Mullen knocks him and Justin out in one move despite having crap damage once you actually fight him. Gadwin also says "Come power of the universe" when executing his strongest move.

Anyway, I'm going to sleep soon and won't be on the computer for some time tomorrow either. If I'm right, someone else may feel free to take the next one.

Rozalia: Don't worry about people not getting your clues; it doesn't mean they are bad (in fact I think yours were rather good). Yes, they may seem obvious to you, but you know who you had in mind - we don't, and we may interpret your words differently from intended. For instance, your "power of the universe" clue referred to a battle quote, and it was probably obvious to you that it did, but Lance interpreted as a reference to Sephiroth's Super Nova, and Miki to Colette's angelic powers, which are also pretty reasonable interpretations.

All you can really do is keep providing clues every few guesses until someone gets it. I'm used to it taking 3-4 clues myself, and we've gone as far as... 9, I think? In this topic.
