Ghaleon (L:SSSC) vs Ameno Sagiri (Persona 4) - Uh... fuck. Lemme think.
Nyarlathotep (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment) vs Lenneth Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile Series) - Gut says Lenneth doesn't manage it. May be wrong. Also think he has a status -somewhere- to play douchebag here.

Heavy

Faval (Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War) vs Popoi (Secret of Mana) - Whoever goes first, I think. And I think I allow SoM magic to be average winning tiebreaks (physicals being average losing) whereas FE's just average. So... yeah, status and kill.

Light

Soldier (Dragon Warrior III) vs Shiki Misaki (The World Ends With You) - Shiki's physical can't kill before Blade Armor reflected damage (which is ITD on Shiki) + Soldier physicals kill.

Ryu (Breath of Fire III) vs Arceus (Pokémon): This looks familiar too. One of Ryu3's lowish accuracy, fatal statuses secures a long match like this (Arceus doesn't have safeguard)
Ghaleon (Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete) vs Ameno Sagiri (Persona 4): It takes letting Ameno go first and allowing his stat downs to work to make this a match, but I give him both assumptions. HP respect tips it. (Elaboration: Ghaleon spams chaos shield + physicals which do about 40% PCHP after Tarunda, Ameno lands half his hits for considerably more damage than that, and his doubleturns cancel out the fact that he has to waste some turns reapplying debuffs. Ghaleon surely has more HP, but it needs to be a lot more, and the difference isn't that big to me.)

Cecilia (Wild ARMs) vs Sora (Kingdom Hearts Series) - I'll buy into Sora OHKO hype for now.
Ghaleon (Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete) vs Ameno Sagiri (Persona 4) - Same as Izanami to me, really, only he doesn't even have the first phase to buffer damage. Losing the first blow to Ghaleon just gets him killed (I'm pretty sure Ameno-Sagiri could cope if he went first, I definitely let his buffs work. However, after Ghal's first turn, Ameno is dying to low 3HKO damage, and nothing he does can fend off -that-).

Faval (Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War) vs Popoi (Secret of Mana) - Nah, don't think Faval dodges reliably enough.

Bowman Jean (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs chaos (Xenosaga Series) - XS1 chaos for me. Go die.

Also, if Gordon and Millie 3HKO each other, Millie borderline autowins because of healing. People who fail to heal-lock healers with deep resources tend to not beat them unless they're constantly doubling, which doesn't happen very often.

Estellise Sidos Heurassein (Tales of Vesperia) vs Misha Arsellec Lune (Ar tonelico: Melodies of Elemia) - Misha has physical damage (which is ITD even) in Meteor and Void Slasher, but has to charge them up to overkill.  While Estellise's damage sucks ass, she does have Sleepy Thrust and Charming Thrust to stop the charging, and while that doesn't take up Misha's song uses, it should delay the fight long enough for a Fatal Strike to happen.
Bowman Jean (Star Ocean: The Second Story) vs chaos (Xenosaga Series) - Kneejerk.
Esuna (7th Saga) vs Cornet Espoire (Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure)
Sapphire Rhodonite (Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice) vs Ronnie Bell (Suikoden) - I... maybe?  Did Ronnie ignore evasion?  Otherwise Sapphire needs to 2HKO and I'm not sure on that.

Light

Black Wizard (Final Fantasy) vs Nakil (Suikoden Tierkreis) - 2HKOs faster.  Not to mention paralysis odds.
