Cmdr gets it

1) You wouldn't guess it, but dogs love me. After you beat Bulkogidon, a pack of dogs show up to give Liz and Ard a sendoff, this confuses the party and Liz mentions that the dogs are friends.
2) I like bombs, but they tend to backfire in my face :-(. Reference to Liz's bomb attacks, which hurt him and Ard as much as your party.
3) Who needs TOOLS when you have to power of FRIENDSHIP. In Reyline Observatory Liz and Ard solve some puzzles for you that can't be solved with your tools.
4) I call myself a scientist, but none of my creations turn out successful. All the monsters he creates to defeat your party end up dead right after he introduces them, his flying saucer also falls apart in mid air.
