1- Yes, I am the only one in my game with this accent.
2- I am no less than two different tropes that have the word "Badass" in their name. That's probably the only reason fans wish I was recruitable.
3- It might have been my awesome weapon, for all ten seconds you got to use it. Then they raised the level cap and it wasn't even good anymore.
4- I don't get it. My boss gets to keep the same title as the guy before him, but I only get to be a Colonel instead of a General.

It's the Enclave general from Fallout 3. Forgot his name but he's the one with the special pistol you get to use for the whole 10 seconds of the game.

Colonel Autumn has a southern accent for some reason, even though his family lived in California for three hundred years.

Colonel Badass, Badass Longcoat. When Broken Steel came out, people really really wanted him to be a joinable NPC, since you don't HAVE to kill him.

Colonel Autumn's Laser Pistol was broken as shit. It was like the third-most powerful weapon in the game and it ran on small energy cells. When Broken Steel came out and you got to keep it for more than ten seconds, they nerfed it so it was slightly better than using a normal SMG.

Normally, the head of the US Army would be a General, but Autumn is a Colonel.

5- I'm not even sure he's constitutionally eligible for the position, being a computer and all.
It is illegal for computers to be President. ILLEGAL I SAY.
