A good 4 years ago I ran an Obscura ... thing.  I am doing so again.  Votes will be tallied when I can be bothered.  Let us see if anyone has played anything over the last few years.  If you cannot vote on the match just say if you can vote on the character.  This is the exact same run as last time.



Microwave (Freedom Force) VS Darg (Shadow Madness)

Akkadias (Beyond the Beyond) vs Robert the Wise (Might and Magic VII)

Sly Boots (Anachronox) vs Maya (Persona 2)

Xorphitus (Wizardry 6) vs Mammon (Quest 64)

Black Lord (Phantasie) vs Quanlee (Grandia Xtreme)

Ari (Okage) vs Stark (Shadowrun, Genesis version is where I got him from, may be in other versions)

Microwave (Freedom Force) VS Darg (Shadow Madness) - Know Darg semiprettyvaguely OK, it has been a while.

Akkadias (Beyond the Beyond) vs Robert the Wise (Might and Magic VII) - Akkadias is also vaguely familiar but no dice on Robert the Wise.

Sly Boots (Anachronox) vs Maya (Persona 2) - Know Maya way too well, only seen a small bit of Anachronox.

Xorphitus (Wizardry 6) vs Mammon (Quest 64) - Gut and memory.

Black Lord (Phantasie) vs Quanlee (Grandia Xtreme) - Know neither.

Ari (Okage) vs Stark (Shadowrun, Genesis version is where I got him from, may be in other versions) - AFAIK Stark is not in the SNES version, I don't remember the Genesis one enough to comment on if Stark was there or if he was the MC or the final or what. I remember it being fuzzy.

This needs more Lord British.

Lord British is not Obscure.  Half this stuff isn't really as obscure as it was 4 years ago I guess.  This changes nothing.

Well season 1 was all about pitting not so obscure stuff at the time against some kind of obscure stuff.  Season 2 only has 2 votes, your own and Fenrir's, I think Gourry was the only one actually able to do so properly and he opted not to do so.  I am waiting for a few more votes before I close it off.

Maya's the only other person I can vote on.

Stark might have been in SNES Shadowrun but if so I don't recall it, didn't get far enough in the Genesis version to see him.
