Umm...well normally the clues are primarily skeletal, but it's hard to be sure of skeletal structure unless the person is pretty skinny. There's no sign of facial hair, which is also a commonly used clue. Hard to draw conclusions from the clothing, either.
And yet, something feels off to me, with respect to a lesbian read. Everything looks big; the size of the head relative to the eyes and mouth, the size of the neck, the breadth of the shoulders. I also feel like I might be seeing an accute jaw angle, though again, very hard to tell bone structure here.
I'm also wondering if I'm picking up clues from local skull structures having lived in Atlanta for a while. A lot of white men local to the area initially looked like butches with facial hair to me.
