59-0 game is hilarious for the lulz, Baltimore/Vikings suuucked, Saints winning was kewl though.

Snow + Patriots = :)
Rocky: you do know what an A-bomb is, right?
Bullwinkle: A-bomb is what some people call our show!
Rocky: I don't think that's very funny...
Bullwinkle: Neither do they, apparently!

The only explanation for Belichick keeping his starters on the field that long is that he has some serious insecurities to work out. I usually put on my second unit when I get out to a 35-0 lead, but that's only in video games.

He did it for the lulz. To be honest, when your team is that bad, you don't deserve the mercy. Now, if Brady had been injured...

The only reason I can possibly see why he would keep the starters in that long is...

A) He is a complete fucking asshole.

B) He wanted his starters to get their rhythm back.

Doing it for the lulz and being a complete fucking asshole is basically the same thing, which is what I suspect. As CK said, he has reached cartoonish supervillain level.

Nope.

In other, more relevant news (because the Bucs are as relevant as they are good), the Saints flew off the goddamn handle in the second half. Holy mother of fuck.

It's nice to see Rodgers play a game and not get hit every other drop back. I could get used to that.

Dear Chicago Bears Offensive Line:

I guess nobody told you, but the idea is to NOT let the other players through to Culver. Maybe you guys should work on that.

Love,

Don't think of it as a novel. Think of it as a chance to retroactively win every argument you have ever walked away from.

Something tells me that the people who did the MNF schedule for this season are pretty upset right now.

And now for something completely different.

I think my favorite is "Minnesota Avenue to be temporarily renamed 'Aaron Rodgers Drive.'"

A villain is not a good villain if they don't win. I mean, who would give an f about Belichick's daunting, undeniable evil? Old evil bastards oppress the youth, but it won't be for long. The white knight will strike again... in the playoffs!

Alternatively, the Super Bowl will be Broncos vs. Vikings and I will probably cry myself to sleep.
