Team Whip It Good -v- Team God-Killers - Whip It Good has brokenly good MT offense, and they're all faster than the opposition. Ryu3 even absorbs fire, but this just means Jessica focuses on OHKOing Yuri and Fei instead, while Lucia and Feena mangle Ryu3.
Team Heavy-turned-godlike Swordgirls -v- Obviously Compensating for Something - Um, kneejerk is Emelious needs to solo this whole team and that's asking a bit much from them.
Lady's Entourage -v- Hell's Angels - This hinges on whether Piastol+Sephiroth can 2HKO Lady. If Seph tries Wall, he's asking for Lady to get a turn. So. I don't think they quite manage, soooooooooooooo. lol mt overkill into death combos ensues.

Team Whip It Good -v- Team God-Killers - Magic Burst.  If Ryu3 survives it, Feena mops him up.
Team Heavy-turned-godlike Swordgirls -v- Obviously Compensating for Something - Man, what a headache.  A time when the initiative of all Emelious's parts is quite relevant.  Knee-jerk...  the swordgirls need to throw everything into killing Emo right away.  He's got too much offense.  Emelious gets some damage on Bea though, Cloud & Arngrim finish the job.  Round 2, Eirika...  starts hitting Arngrim, I guess.  Arngrim overkills Celes before she can go again with Final Blast, Cloud zaps Eirika with magic.  Eirika finishes off Arngrim, she eats another magic zap, she chips Cloud with an Iron Sword or something, eats more magic, then kills Cloud if she's still alive with her Sacred Twin.  Hmm, I think can Eirika survive 2 Bolt3s and dodge the other.  MT damage from Emelious might make it chancy, but Emelious's MT is much worse than his ST, so assuming that didn't happen.  Close.
Also note that Beatrix wants to avoid her boss form at all costs for this match.  Normally the final-attack-HP-1 thing is a cool random bonus in team matches, but a horrible idea against Cloud, and I'd rule she can't suppress it, so PC form it is.
Lady's Entourage -v- Hell's Angels - Unless there's Lamington speed hype I'm missing?
Team XTREEM Speed -v- Team God Kitties - Opening Hastega puts it too far out of reach.  Rika is probably not living to get a turn, which means no counter-Haste.  KOS has MT for Belial but Hasted Jude, after Rapid Attacking someone earlier, Assault Busters which might be enough to eliminate her anyway.  And losing Belial isn't even fatal anymore, likely, Hasted Tidus & Jude can take down Mewtwo & KOS.

This came up before on Lady vs. Jessica, but the DQ8 stat topic is misleading here.  I confirmed with OblivionKnight...  that is a level 65 Dragon Soul in the averages, vs. level 40 abilities for everyone else.  If you believe that Dragon Soul is legal, then great, but then take everyone at level 65.  Otherwise it's the equivalent of tossing lvl. 98 Celes into the damage average (because she needs to be level 98 to learn Meteor!!1!1!).

Jess's MP goes up in those extra levels, so she's still having a brutal Magic Burst even in the level 65 averages.  In a Gigaslash average, she has a 1.7 PCHP Magic Burst; with Gigagash, a 1.53 PCHP Burst.  Her level 65 Magic Burst is roughly 1210 DQ8 damage; I have no idea what the new damage average at lvl. 65 is with Dragon Soul, but I'd wildly guesstimate it to be at about 300-350 damage, meaning 1.4-1.6 PCHP damage still.

Yuri's got good HP but he doesn't have THAT good HP.

More to the point, it doesn't matter. Even WITH Dragon Soul in the averages, Level 40, etc., Magic Burst still maanges 1.25PCHP.

Yuri has either 1.13 (SH1) or 1.09 (SH2) times the average. He's not tanking that. Even calling him "good HP" may be a bit of a stretch, actually...

EDIT: Also, SH2 form has about 1% above average mdur due to bad MDef.

Feena doesn't OHKO Ryu with her Time Stop combo, I don't think. It's mostly physical and he's tanky. He also walls her non-End of the World magical damage (which blows anyway). EotW makes this actually sorta close, but the physical reliance just hurts there.
