Dr. Thaddeus 'Rusty' Venture- Zenny. Nobody else has a sexual appetite THAT unsatisfied.
Brock Samson- N/A. Casting Brock Samson is like casting someone to play the offspring of an atom bomb and Wilt Chamberlain.
Hank Venture- NEB. Cause NEB and MC are a duo.
Dean Venture- MC. Cause MC and NEB are a duo.
H.E.L.P.eR.-  Hal. He suffers for you bastards, you know.

Dr. Byron Orpheus- ORPHEUS, motherfucker. Anyway, Meep. It's the long-windedness.
Triana Orpheus- Ciato, because I'm working with what I have and there are basically no girls on the internet, as we all know.
Pete White- Trips. I don't know why but I always read his posts in the Pete White voice anyway.
Master Billy Quizboy- Whoever has the biggest head.
Dr. Jonas Venture Jr.- Strago, cause he and his semicolons are cooler than you.

The Monarch- I'm pretty okay with getting nude or wearing only a banana hammock.
Henchman 21- NotMiki. Comic books.
Henchman 24- Soppy, because Soppy is a long-suffering bastard.
Dr. Girlfriend Mrs. The Monarch- I dunnow, does anyone seethe frustration this much?
Phantom Limb- OK, because OK radiates smug.

The Sovereign- David Bowie. Sorry, Gref, I know you wanted to play David Bowie, but you don't have the chops for the role.

Bugs Bunny - Nitori. Just... Nitori. The trolling is S-Grade.
Daffy Duck - VSM. I mean, I don't think -anyone else fits nearly as well-.
Porky Pig - Hm, the Taitoro? VSM/Toro dynamics work, sure.
Granny - Elfboy. Is the pokémon trainer of both Sage and Meeple (and secretly the whole DL).
Elmer Fudd - Ko. Someone has to keep up the Irotin dynamics.
Marvin the Martian - Grefter. Seriously, people.
Pepé Le Pew - VSM. Not my fault VSM fits so many Looney Tunes characters.
Penelope Pussycat - EDIT: oh, that. I have no idea and I can't cast the universe if I'm going by a consistent thematic.
Sylvester - Meeple. Tries to capture Sage and fails miserably. Also speaks faster than his tongue allows.
Tweety - Sage. The adorable Satanspawn that mocks Meeple's attempts to eat.
Wile E. Coyote - VSM. Thinking on it, I could just call the entire cast VSM and call it a day and it wouldn't even be horribly wrong. Christ, he -is- a cartoon.
Speedy Gonzales - Magic. That's a lot of non-sequiturs.

Didn't cast the rest because I have no idea who fits who particularly well. Hilariously, the DL doesn't quite translate very well to Looney Tunes.

Wile E. Coyote - VSM. Thinking on it, I could just call the entire cast VSM and call it a day and it wouldn't even be horribly wrong. Christ, he -is- a cartoon.

Bugs Bunny- Grefter.  Trickster.  The carrots are wang jokes.
Daffy Duck- Super. Angry, occasionally spastic, and the universe it out to get him.
Porky Pig- CT.  Unfailingly nice, some struggle to understand her.
Granny- Sage.  Usually sweetness and light, occasionally tempermental.
Elmer Fudd- Ciato.  She really just stalks us for sport.  Honest.
Foghorn Leghorn- Excal.  Sometimes wins, sometimes loses, but either way it's because of misdirection.
Marvin the Martian- Hal.  Just wants an Earth Shattering Kaboom with his Hatbot.
Pepé Le Pew- Djinny.  Everyone just misunderstands his love!
Penelope Pussycat- Alex.  Relentlessly chased by stalkers and can't stand being hugged.
Sylvester- Dune.  Suffers so prettily.
Tweety- Nitori.  causes people pain and always seems to come out ahead.
Yosemite Sam- Snow.  Fastest snark north, south, east, and west of the Pacos.
Wile E. Coyote- VSM.  The comedy is not so much his suffering, but because he could give up at any time but never does.  His own stubborness is his karma.
Road Runner- Mia.
Tasmanian Devil (Taz)- Tai.  Generally just wants dinner and to destroy everything in his wake in the persuit of dinner.
Speedy Gonzales- Meeple.  And then he kills me.
Sam Sheepdog- Shale.  Very quiet, owns people, but it's never personal.

Bonus Casting: The Venture Bros.

Brock Samson- Trips.  Unrestrained killing machine when necessary, sarcastic bastard the rest of the time.

H.E.L.P.eR.- super.  Suffers continually.  Nobody seems to care.

Dr. Byron Morpheus- OK.  Well, he's the resident doctor, is melodramatic about the most inappropriate things.
Triana Morpheus- Alex.  There's a gateway to neather-realms in his closet.  Punching Puppet Ghaleon will strangle him in his sleep.  Also because I already cast Alex as a girl this round and it amuses me.
Pete White- Sopko
Master Billy Quizboy- Andy.  I like Zenny's hetero life partners reasoning, but reversing the roles seems more logical.
Dr. Jonas Venture Jr.- Elfboy.  Tiny, token 'good' twin to Zenny.  100% logical *nodnod*

The Monarch- Grefter.  Wants to hurt Zenny, shouts "MINIONS" a lot.
Henchman 21- Meeple.
Henchman 24- Sage.  Meeple's straight man.
Dr. Girlfriend- Metroid.  Hypercompetent, to the point that everyone is confused why she puts up with this madness.
Phantom Limb- Hatbot.  You cannot see his machinations, but they are everywhere.

The Sovereign- Hal.  All-powerful.  Inescapably awesome.

Dr. Thaddeus 'Rusty' Venture-Redhead with great aspirations living in the shadow of most people he knows and is addicted to diet pills?  Could there be anybody else?

Brock Samson - DNR.  Nobody even comes close.
Hank Venture - Slow, rushes headlong into things, is actually a clone?  Djinn. 
Dean Venture - VSM.  Puberty!  Is actually a clone.
H.E.L.P.eR. - Super.  Whipping boy who keeps coming back for more.  Falls from planes a lot.

Dr. Byron Morpheus - Grefter.  Interacts with dark forces on a regular basis.  Wears a cape.  Not actually David Bowie. 
Triana Morpheus - MC.  Only tolerating the nonsense around her.
Pete White - Andy.  Sopko's hetero life partner. 
Master Billy Quizboy - Sopko.  I have no basis for this except for the way he called me "Homeslice."
Dr. Jonas Venture Jr. - Actually has his life together.  Strained relationship with Dr. Venture the other one.  NotMiki.

The Monarch - Bane of my existence, lives in a beehive.  NEB
Henchman 21 - Excal.  Elf henchman.
Henchman 24 - Nerdy, easily excitable, makes for a poor hench.  OK.
Dr. Girlfriend - Ciato.  Actually a man.
Phantom Limb - Invisible arms, spiteful and vengeful, gets owned by David Bowie.  Rob.

The Sovereign - Grefter.  Actually David Bowie.

Jude Maverick
An innocent, excitable young lad who eventually goes out on a mission to Save The World. I feel compelled to cast Meeple in this role, if only because he's the only member here that I know who's easily excited and enthusiastic.

Yulie Ahtreide
A sweet, apologetic girl. TranceHime here─when someone says "TranceHime", the first thing that comes to mind is "apologises". It's like he was made for the role. Since he earlier said he was a girl to me once, I don't think he'll mind dressing in drag. PERFECT MATCH, would cast again.

Arnaud G. Vasquez
Confident in everything above the neck. Also, the universe hates him and, somehow, he gets dragged around a lot and gets into a dramatic love affair. Not sure whether he's that confident, but superaeilman fits the bill with 'universe hates him', so let's go with that.

Raquel Applegate
A pretty awesome female character with a large sword. Determined, knows what she wants, and somehow dramatic as well. I've no clue who really fits the bill with Raquel, but intent on leaving no role unfilled, I'm casting CmdrKing for this one. Hey, this is a no-brainer, he already has the avatar going.

Kresnik Ahtreide
Protective older-brother type. Pyro immediately clicks to mind from reading the DLCon reports.


Lambda Zellweger
Somehow, only AndrewRogue seems able to fit this bill, if only because...

Farmel
can be LadyDoor, unwaveringly loyal to Lambda, despite his shortcomings.

Jeremy Non
Passionate guy. I'm pegging Zenthor here, because honestly, who else can be so full of rage? Well, Grefter, but I had to pick someone here.

Enil
Nitori, because being a schemestress afraid of her shadow and being a schemer with failed plots of revenge are just two sides of the same coin.

Hugo
Ah, our swordfighter who BEATS EVEN TIME!! Sage seems like a reasonable guy, and so did Hugo. Also, they're both four letters! let's ignore Sage's full nick is SageAcrin

Balgaine
DEEP and wants to die. Gee, no one here really fits that bill. But he's pretty buff, and my image of Grefter involves burly, hairy men, so there you go.

Augst
For this guy, Alex immediately springs to mind. Calculative, with a bad sense of humour and generally an agreeable guy.

Scythe
Misguided egomaniac. I'm going to ask OblivionKnight for this one. Scythe's someone to take pity on, and for some reason OK's Mafia performance from what I remember makes me go this way.

Belial
Batshit insane. So it can only be VSM, because I assume the 'mad' in his nick refers to madness, and not anger.

Gawn Brawdia
Yoshiken here. Generally agreeable guy that is secretely deceiving you all along. If Yoshiken turns out to be from the FBI, I'd be completely surprised, and since Jude and Co were surprised when Gawn turned on them...

Hauser Blackwell
This can only be mein overlord Tonfa. All heil the vice president!

Asuka Langley Soryu - Idun.
Not-so-secret wannabe dominatrix. Also, matching genders helps as an excuse for bad decisions. ^_^
Kaworu Nagisa - TranceHime.
There were a few different people I thought of here, but Trance just seems to work too well. Creepily quiet, ridiculously nice, innocent guy who is obviously an evil genius mastermind behind the scenes.
Rei Ayanami - Taishyr.
Doesn't really do much in the way of talking, but just goes in and gets stuff done. I'm attributing any personality traits of Tai to 'fan' interpretation only.
Gendo Ikari - Hal.
The guy pulling the strings from the back. Ominous and scary, but doesn't actually do all that much evil stuff. It's just a natural aura of evil.
Misato Katsuragi - Ciato.
This just makes too much sense to me. Loud hyper female who is responsible and irresponsible at the same time? Yeeeaah.
Ryoji Kaji - Bardiche.
Seemingly innocent, nice, likable guy. Secretly betraying everyone and working solely on his own hidden agenda.
Pen-Pen - Niu.
Token mascot.

Pen-Pen- Tal.  Hyperintelligent bird who totally steals the show.
