Lloyd (LoD) vs Persphone (WA5): None of these seem exceptionally difficult to me. Well Lavos is good for headaches but besides that. The other three too obviously rule at slugging.

Heavy:

Leopold (DQ8) vs Lang (LoL2): Tanks an MA + warmup shot if need be.
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias): Physical resist! Totally needed for me. <_<
Maya Schroedinger (WA3) vs Tidus (FFX): Survives Maya's full-HP stuff, Hastes up, Cheers, and does that whole crazy-number-of-Quick-Hits thing.

Middle:


Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8): Obvious.
Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD): Flash.
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT): FF9 against status.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1): Copper Flesh is SP rape.

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2): Boom.
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1): Goes first and 2HKOs, I think?
Noel Chandler (SO2) vs Peco (BoF3): That regen rapes Noel.

Violetta (G3) vs Lavos (CT)- Lavos needs more HP or speed. Not a bad fight though.

Heavy:

Vigoro (SoA) vs Zerase (S5)
Leopold (DQ8) vs Lang (LoL2)- MA does it for me here.
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias)- Easy OHKO. Healers almost never beat Gades.
Maya Schroedinger (WA3) vs Tidus (FFX)

Middle:


Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8)
Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD)
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vsBeowulf Kamdus (FFT)
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1)- All four of the fights are easy here.

Vivi Ornitier (FF9) vs Beowulf Kadmus (FFT) - Status.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1) - Um, yeah, Eileen lasts eighteen turns before any durability applies with Copper Flesh. Alice has what, 12 SP? Alternatively, she might just 2HKO on a double and that's that.

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2) - Squish.
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - Go first and 2HKO works. Zhuzhen is underwhelming.
Noel Chandler (SO2) vs Peco (BoF3) - Noel has issues against the regen alone. Peco also has healing added to that, sooooooo.

Piastol (SoA) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC)- False Althena. Big old HP difference. Piastol's Mdef and FA's defense make their damages more equal...but FA still has notably more HP and their speeds are pretty similar. Piastol might 3HKO, but FA 2HKOs.
Violetta (G3) vs Lavos (CT)- Violetta. Lavos respect lacking.
Lloyd (LoD) vs Persphone (WA5)- Persephone

Heavy:

Vigoro (SoA) vs Zerase (S5)- Zerase. Should avoid being 2HKOed with Fire Res. Not by much though!
Leopold (DQ8) vs Lang (LoL2)- Lang is throwing out about 125k damage, gut says that barely manages to kill. Lang.
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias)- Gades. Speedy+Constant 2HKO keeps her pretty locked down.
Maya Schroedinger (WA3) vs Tidus (FFX)- Tidus

Middle:

Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8)- Margulis
Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD)- Haschel. He's faster, and after his initial SP build up using the Energy Girdle, he gets two turns in Dragoon form to unleash magic. 4100 damage takes Yuki out.
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT)- Beowulf
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1)- Eileen

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2)- Taya
Imoen (BGs) vs Jewel (S4)- Imoen. Jewel lacks SL!
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1)- Zhuzhen. My counter views allow Zhuzhen to get by on this one.
Noel Chandler (SO2) vs Peco (BoF3)- Horror.

Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8)-Margulis 1 manages this I think. Yangus isn't all that strong, sadly.
Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD)-EDIT: I've played enough G3 to see Flash. That alone seals this.
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT)-He'll status him out without much effort, yeah.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1)-No brainer.

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2)
Imoen (BGs) vs Jewel (S4)-Don't think Jewel ever gets SL, yeah.
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1)-Yup

Sephiroth (FF7) vs Yunalesca (FFX) - I do allow Absorb to hit bosses.  That said, the healing is basically nothing for her.  (Like 3-4% HP healing vs a normal Aeon.)  All Absorb does is give her some passable damage... if you consider 50% PCHP passable.  Sephiroth is faster and can Fly/SF/SF, outtanking 2 absorbs.  What's sad is the closeness of this fight IMO, Seph doesn't have great HP and a third absorb would win it for Lesca.


Heavy:
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias) - Yeah, heal lock or something


Middle:
Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8) - XS1 Marg is kinda... meh, guessing this isn't his form to vote on
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT) - I'm pretty lenient on FF9 status protection since they can have so much in game.  Beowulf... still goes way beyond this in his variety of accurate status.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1) - Obvious

Light:
Imoen (BGs) vs Jewel (S4) - Imoen for champ!
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - 2HKOs, you really want evade to take on Hawkeye.
Noel Chandler (SO2) vs Peco (BoF3) - Awesome

Piastol (SoA) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC): Uhh... both had infinite TB speed so it came down to OHKO vs. Overkill. Granted the defensive stats favor Piastol but I don't think by enough?
Violetta (G3) vs Lavos (CT): How do you take Lavos?
Lloyd (LoD) vs Persphone (WA5): Boom.

Heavy:

Vigoro (SoA) vs Zerase (S5)
Leopold (DQ8) vs Lang (LoL2): Barely, sure.
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias): Undead up and OHKO. Trying to tank through it is pretty useless, as they are similar on speed and the second she does something offensive in nature she dies.
Maya Schroedinger (WA3) vs Tidus (FFX): Sure, apply the speed game and go to work. Limits don't work too well on Tidus unless they are FF7-style.

Middle:

Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD): Its Pevade and Mevade, too. Like in FE, except G3 actually has ITE spells.
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT): No explanation required, I think.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1): Yep.

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2): boom.

Piastol (SoA) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC) - Piastol.  Faster, does more damage, tanks magic! 
Violetta (G3) vs Lavos (CT) - Lavos.  Definite respect for Violetta, however...she's got to deal with the arms from the first part of the fight, then the final core section probably just does her in on sheer annoyance, possibly killing the scythe too.  Close fight, though. 
Lloyd (LoD) vs Persphone (WA5) - Persephone.  Lloyd sucks and is no Godlike.

Heavy:

Vigoro (SoA) vs Zerase (S5) - Vigoro.  Overkill'd.
Leopold (DQ8) vs Lang (LoL2) - Lang.  Leopold's defense is numerically below average, and he's slower.  A healing/regen set-up probably can take this.
Nina (BoF4) vs Gades (Lufias) - Gades.  Yay HP-1+Poison.
Maya Schroedinger (WA3) vs Tidus (FFX) - Maya, I think. 

Middle:


Margulis (XSs) vs Yangus (DQ8) - Margulis.  Pretty straightforward.
Yuki (G3) vs Haschel (LoD) - Yuki.  LoD magic is evadable.  FLASH GRANTS EVASION TO MAGIC AND PHYSICALS, IF THEY ARE EVADABLE.  So yes, goodbye Haschel.
Vivi Ordiner (FF9) vs Beowulf Kamdus (FFT) - I let FF9 block status with crystal skills.  Sadly, I don't think there's a way he stops them all.  Fuck FFT.
Alice Elliot (SH1) vs Eileen (S1) - ...Eileen.

Light:

Tempest (Lunar:SSSC) vs Taya (SF2) - Taya.
Imoen (BGs) vs Jewel (S4) - Imoen.
Hawkeye (FE7) vs Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - Zhuzhen, I think.  It's...remarkably sadly close.
