Dhyer: I'm not seeing how Killer OHKOs, offhand. I can't ever recall him using a combo in which one of his Prone attacks comes first (SH bosses do have set combo restrictions, remember). Even if he did, I don't think it matters. Ryu has beastly defence, and Killer's best damage is physical in these circumstances (Vice Blade for the opener, since Malice Dirge is explicitly end-combo only, then Physical or Instant Death). His best Vice Blade->magic is 460 damage, assuming Prone for the magic, which OK lists as average HP for that fight, so even if you see that as a bit high, Ryu should still survive.
There's also the issue with Killer going first in the first place; he is notably slower than Gilbert or Lady so I can't see him as at all far above average.
Super: Your interp of Serph should crash hard to Seth, unless I'm missing something? Seth should win a speed tiebreak due to omgwtf movement which lets him strike first in-game, and 3HKOs first. (If you don't buy the speed tiebreak argument, then Seth still has a better chance to evade.) Granted, non-average stats Serph should 2HKO (he's not too far from it with average stats, though clearly misses it) and quite possibly avoid the 3HKO, so he doesn't have this issue.
Pretty sure Demi wins if you don't see Whirl working, but not sure how I feel about that one myself.
Hiro beats Bosch.
Bowie/Delita is I dunno. Bowie is definitely faster, though? I remember Bowie being average (SF RNG), but even if he's below, it'd have to be quite a bit since SF2 speed is average after the first turn, and Delita himself is 10% below average, which is significant. I kinda lean Bowie but Delita could evade his way out of trouble? Need to look at that one more closely later.
Karn clobbers FF4o Edward.
Don't know/care about Jibril/Tio and Mogu/Shiba.
I think other matches are probably straightforward.
